Overall, the women in Talladega Marvin's are Super! They are knowledgeable, professional, and have made my trips there very rewarding. Update: Over the last 2 1/2 years, I have built a 11' x 14' room. Everything was purchased here. Even had some stuff delivered. Super place recommended them highly .

No problem finding items I needed. Customer service very low. Had to do a job on off day, went to get paid for items used and found that cashier gave WRONG ticket. Had to waste time and gas going back to get correct ticket, not cashier's co-workers suspended ticket.

I give them a plus staff was good and they offer help and are very courteous. The store is stocked out good and full and they have some bargains but some fee items seemed over-priced. But I still give them a five star rating because of the nostalgia of the place. I remember that when I was a kid there were very few options to get deals good on hardware you would have to drive to Sylacauga to go to Marvins.Good to see some business left in my home town.

Called the store and asked for a price and availability on 4 boards before driving from pell city. Drove to talladega paid for the boards and proceeded around to the Woodyard to pick them up. After looking for the boards for 15+ minutes I couldn't find the boards I purchased nor could I find an associate for help. So I blew my horn in my vehicle in hopes someone would be around to help only to be told they didn't have the boards and I needed to return inside to have my money refunded. Associate returning my money confirmed the inventory even showed that they had none of what I called and asked about. On top of that I have to wait 2-3 business days for money to be refunded to my card. Every employee in the store has a bad attitude. Bad customer service. Bad store. Bad town. Ill never buy another thing from marvins.

You know this is the first time I'd ever been in Marvin and I was pleasantly surprised to see most of what I needed however it is a bit pricey and the cashier was friendly, but loud. Also one guy asked me if he could help me I know at least seven times, which is over kill. I get that it's a slower moving store. If you go to home Depot people look at u stupid if u ask for help

Went to look at their tree options. I. Must add absolutely beautiful trees this year. And i would love to shout out a BIG thank you to Mr Tommy he had some very seasonal stories to tell me and Grandbabies. Mr Tommy has so much chritmas spirit and love in him made our adventure so pleasant. Thank you again Mr Tommy and to all A Very Merry Christmas ❤🎅🎄😁

Came in store 11-16-17. Had to replace water lines from house to meter.The lady helped get all items.She was very helpful and had knowledge of items that was needed for the project.
