We love our Dollar General it's close got most items needed to grab on a hurry or if you forgot it at grocery store. The employees are friendly for the most part , have the occasional bad day not that they project it onto the customers or anything . Overall satisfied with it

This Dollar General had a lot of everything. I know they are all supposed to stock the same things but I swear they had more cool stuff. Plus they have a great clearance aisle with good percentage markdowns. The cashier was quick in her job and cleared the long line with a smile.

First time to this store, the cashier greeted me as I came in, even though she was busy she looked me in the eye and smiled. Got what needed, and noticed she was very polite and professional to everyone. Fast and friendly!I would go back to this store because of her. Her name started with A, wish I could remember. I Go to DG in lincoln and riverside she was awsome.

My favorite store in this area. They have a big selection of everything you need. The only thing I am unhappy about is they stopped having Dairy Pure milk, so now I have to drive all the way to Walmart in Pell City to get it, and most times they are out of it.

Dollar general is Handy to have around, but shopping there is annoying because there are ALWAYS carts in the way. Those who manage the stores do not understand customer relations or they would make sure there were no barriers to hinder the shopper.

Pretty good customer service. I wish they were open later. Only complaint I have is cashier smoking at the door and coming in to ring me up with out washing their hands.

The "manager" Ms. Paula is very rude and hateful. My friend and I were using coupons and one would not take, so we did a second transaction then coupon took but had to get another item to which the manager rudely replied we do not give money back. Well I know that hence the reason I got another item. Not sure why she was so rude. Maybe not a nice person or mad I saved money. No need for her acting the way she did. Forgot to say the cashier was very nice and kept apologising for everything. Maybe a sign that reads not coupon friendly would help.

Girl didn't know what safety pins were. Pointed me to bobby pins and clothes pins. Just left after that. Overall, store was in good shape and seemed clean.

When i pulled in at 840 i was told they closed early now so they can have everything done. A worker actually stood on the other side of the door and waved saying bye. Disgusting service.

Its a dg! Theres one about every 50 feet or so anymore so most folks already know the ins & outs of what there about. But this store had me & my girlfriend waiting in line for about ten minutes so the cashier could socialize with everybody. He was cool I guess but I dont do much visiting at the DG! I use DG get my little bit & get gone again as quick as possible!

Sunscreen was on a $4 shelf near the cashier,but when I went to pay it rang up $8... I'm sure its a common mistake but casher should have either put it back on proper shelf or put it out of way.,

This store is so very unorganized, and the staff has no clue where stuff is, either. However, everyone that works here is SUPER nice and the store is clean.

Today I came for the"as seen on TV" items BOGO and snagged 2 grabbers for $20 and 2 copper 9 by 13 baking pans for $10. I'm happy!

I just hate that they have such a high turn over rate with their employees. Just when they get to know you, and you them.... There aren't seen again. :-(
