Everyone is so nice and professional. Even the people that bring the groceries to your car when you order online. I went yesterday and the guy who brought the groceries to my vehicle was so nice and had to do a last minute exchange. He replaced and refunded an item without me asking him to. That is excellent service!

I always enjoy coming in here. I usually find everything I need but I was looking for file powder for gumbo. (Ground sassafras root). Not carried here. Also there bunches of flowers are 3 for $12.00. It's easy to pick them up when I visit. I prefer a specific kind that lasts a long time. I can usually find them here in the early stages of blooming. They will last almost a month! If they are all fully bloomed, they might last a week. It has been difficult to find bunches that aren't already fully bloomed and browning on the edges. I will keep going in to check though because there is just so much to love about this store and the people who work there are always so kind and helpful.

We were only in the store for a few minutes and five different employees either offered assistance or spoke to us.The produce section was great, and the meat looks much better than that of the competitor nearby. They even have a decent selection of both farmed and wild caught seafood.

I love this Publix. Last Saturday night and the nicest young man watched me to my car as he was bringing in buggies. They are so friendly and hard working here. The store is always well stocked and immaculate.

I will say this I really love this place they are always so nice and helpful and always trying to help their customers and the place is always immaculate I mean there is never anything out of place or dirty. And most of the time there is what you need at this location it is my new favorite store amd the employees are always so nice and helpful

I have always shopped at Publix, but the one in Sylacauga no more. I have purchased vegan peanut butter cookies that tasted nothing like peanut butter cookies and salsa that is sore and ruin.

Let me preface by saying I am a fan of Publix in general. I attended the opening in search of good dark beer, in short supply in the area. 0/3 on my list that consisted of Bell's Porter, Dead Guy Ale by Rogue, 1554 by Fat Tire. So disappointed. prices.

Very clean, organized, and environmentally friendly. The bathrooms are clean and do not have air dryers(air dryers release the bacteria in the air back on to your hands), but instead have environmentally friendly paper towels. The food options and brands are excellent and it is always peaceful in there. I appreciate that it tells you what is organic as well, very helpful!P.S. if you ever plan to buy a cake, consider buying from there. I bought a cookies and cream cake and it was delicious. I almost made myself sick from eating too much.

Customer service is far above average for this small town. They are always stocked and happy to help you find anything. Unlike Walmart they do not rearrange the store every other day so that neither you nor their employees can find anything. In my experience if you have shopped at one the layout is always very similar.

Anyone who knows me knows that this Publix store is my happy place. I can never be anything but blissful in this store. It's clean, amazingly stocked and the employees are just the best. I have only had 10/10 service from every single department in this store. When you shop at Publix you get an experience that is unlike any other grocery store. Thank you to all of the employees who work here, you are all amazing.

It's a Publix, the beer is better than the gas station, maybe they keep it refrigerated when it's delivered or maybe it's just fresher. They have the little fridge with the dog food I buy, so that's nice. I like Publix and it's nice to have one so close. Bought 2 racks of saint lewis ribs, not the frozen ones. Used my friends technique of making like a tin foil " boat" and boiling them on the grill seasoned with rub a butt some dales and kept adding beer so they wouldn't dry out. One you can see the bones coming out you throw them on the grill for about 5 minutes and I used the stubs honey bbq sauce. It was very nice.

I am so thankful for this new store. We needed this for our area. It’s the largest Publix I’ve ever been to. The employees are so friendly & helpful! I needed help getting my daughter’s cake (pictured) to the car & a lady that was working near the registers helped me. The cake is amazing & is four layered!Highly appreciated service & recommended store!

Always good and always fresh! Sylcuaga was in great need for a Publix! We all love the nice clean store with great food and always fresh products! My 2 year old loves the fresh fruit I always buy there! I buy most of his food there because I want him eating healthy! The employees are always polite and courteous! We all love our Publix! Thanks Publix for coming to sylcuaga...Bye Walmart 😃
