Took my dog to get groomed they did a terrible job. They changed groomers and her hair is uneven and gapped up. And charged more money. She didn't even smell like they gave her a bath. Will not be going back. So disappointed!!

I've struggled over the years for a good dependable groomer. Thought petsense was a God send. First haircut was great. Tried to schedule another appointment. Was told groomer would call me back. Had been 5 days and no call. Not very dependable. I'm no better off.

Brought my dog in the store with me, we like to browse all isles before we buy anything. We walked to the back of the store where the grooming is done; looking at a metal crate of products. We were met by an angry associate who told us we had no business being back there, "employees only". I apologized but frankly I believe she was in the wrong. I was looking at what I thought was Clearance, but there was no signage, just a rude employee. I know she could have reacted differently and addressed us appropriately but that takes training. I can buy my pets anything from anywhere..I chose local but it seems to be just another store with no customer service skills.

These folks carry my preferred dog food "Science Diet" it is not cheap but my dogs seem to thrive off of it. They also welcome pets. So few places do. This location also supports our animal shelter via fostering available Cats for adoptions along with hosting our spay & neuter program voucher sales. I really love and support this place.

Price is right. The young man, Tyler, who groomed my very shy, formerly abused Border Collie did an AWESOME JOB!!! He was very patient with her & instinctively knew that the Blower wd scare her, so he hand dried her with towels & carried her back & forth to my car. Excellent service from all the staff....THANK YOU.👍🤗

Don't recommend taking your dog for grooming. Took my dog and asked for a simple puppy cut and asked for her legs and face to be trimmed down also. Left special request for her tail and ears not to be clipped. Was told 2-3 hours so they could take good care of her. Arrived back at the 2 hour mark just to check in and my dog hadn't been started yet. They then bring her out and spend approx 30-40 minutes on her. The cut was horrible. Shaved one arm pit and not the other. Her chest wasn't trimmed at all. Legs weren't trimmed at all and her head was also left untrimmed. Just to top things off they clipped the tip of her tail hairs off, after I requested it not be touched.. Also did not wash her after her cut so I was covered in hair clippings. All of the requests were in writing. Was also told the reason she took so long was because she pooped in her kennel.. not sure what that had to do with anything other than inconveniencing them.

They offer $25 off coupons every few months to have pet neutered. Also, there is a program for people on government assistance to have their pets neutered including shots for ONLY $20. Great deal for too many dogs/cats don't have a home.

If there was a star lower I would! NEGATIVE STARS!!! The manager (I believe her name is Mary) had the absolute worst attitude towards me, the staff, and other customers ! I cannot believe I let them STEAL my money and my PRIDE I feel as if I have been brutally robbed and beaten. I tried to come in close to closing and was told that the registers were closed and I had to come back another day, it was only 6:35, and the sign said they closed at 7:00.

I take my German Shepherd here all the time. They have a great rewards program with dog food. For every 10 bags of dog food you buy you get a free one which is amazing if you like getting quality dog food for less. The groomer is amazing! Jen makes sure out dog is SUPER clean and happy. He is always excited to go to petsense and get a bath. He gets so spoiled there. Truely amazing place.

Ugh, I just can't. This is the only local place to buy feeder crickets in my area. Be careful, you will get OVER CHARGED for the amount you get... I don't think I'll ever give this place another chance.
