My first visit to this Tractor Supply. I have shopped others across the Midwest.I needed some garden items, and some pesky tree bug spray! There are so many items in this store, from hardware, clothing, hats, pumps, fencing material, trailer's, ATV's, animal food, dog bedding, plants, plant food feed for cows, horses and so much more. This is a good place for Farm, Ranches, and just about anyone!Customer service was just great, especially Ms Brittney who helped me with questions, and checkout. Also signed up for Tractors Supply rewards program.The Store is easley found at Co Rd 48, and Hwy 59 intersection. Try this store, I guarantee you will shop every aslie!

Friendly staff lots of selection, fair prices got low Tractor Supply :-) whether you’ve got a cat and dog or looking to take care of all the farm animals tractor supply seems to have everything you need. Really appreciate their friendly staff.

Big Shout out to Charlie at the Summerdale Tractor Supply. This guy is always offering great service every time I’m in there shopping. I have had a difficult time finding a good dog food for my 2 Labs, 1 being a charcoal male with allergies. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful about the different brands they offered. He suggested the wholesome sensitive large breed with salmon, no chicken additives. So far it’s been a big improvement.

Very unprofessional!!! Everytime we go to get get propane it’s a problem and when they are out of propane there is no sign! Then when you try to call before driving 25 mins they don’t answer!!!!!!!

Dale and his team do a GREAT JOB! They are friendly & welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Shopping at this local TSC store is more like visiting with family than actually shopping. The staff greets us by name, they are always ready and willing to help.Although it is a much further drive than our local Home Depot or Lowes, we always choose this TSC store simply because of their friendliness, willingness to help, professionalism and knowledge. I can't say the same for our local Home Depot or Lowes, where you can NEVER find an employee to help you.TSC also has a Neighbor's Club rewards program that makes you feel appreciated for shopping at one of their stores. We visit our local TSC in Summerdale 2 - 3 times per week.GREAT JOB Dale for running such an excellent TSC store. Kudos to you and your staff for providing UNSURPASSED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Staff was uninformed. I came in looking for hubcaps for a 1972 Pinto hatchback, and Blake was the only one who could help me. They didn’t have them but he referred me to a place that does. Great service Blake!

As a Realtor, my colleagues and I are always in search of lock boxes and this is one of the few places locally that consistently has them. My only gripe is that the staff could be a bit more knowledgeable about their inventory or have someway to check it. There have been several times I’ve sent someone in for a lockbox and when they ask a clerk they will tell them they don’t sell them. I then have to direct them to where they are on the phone.

My mom and dad came home and bragged to me about the GREAT customer service that they got buying an atv for my nephew Cam. There were two employees that helped one was Steven and she forgets the name of the sweet lady. But she was so very grateful for their help. Hats off to you and your awesome staff. You really made a great impression on my parents.

Never have what you need anymore from chicken feed to hose fittings. Hard to find anybody to help you with what you need and when you do find somebody they don’t have what you need.

The Manager at this store is one of the most helpful managers of anyone I have ever been to. And all others helped me.I went two days to wash my dogs and pick up some dog food. Very helpful.Thank you Mr. Charles.

After standing in line for an hour in this Christmas cold snap to get our RV propane tanks filled, my husband was turned away because our tanks weren't 'certified'. We can go to get them certified for $20 each but they aren't open till Monday after Christmas. No one in North Alabama has a problem filling them. I hope you feel happy with yourself while we freeze at the campground over the Christmas weekend.

This Tractor Supply is the greatest! The self service pet wash is the reason I go because it is always clean, well maintained and full of everything I need. The customer service is AMAZING and the store is full of all kinds of goodies! 5 star all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this chain and I'm glad to see them here in the South and up North. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well maintained. My only complaint is I wish there was more of a selection in regards to clothing and boots. This review is for all the locations I have visited. If they had a larger selection I would most definitely give 5 stars.

I always love browsing in the local tractor supply. They have good clothes, a bit pricey, great products for all sorts of animals, tools and basic needs, and even toys. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that they also offer cheaply priced vaccines/shots for cats & dogs. It's only during a certain time but I think it's great they are helping locals with their animals.

Got double charged for $111.12 from this establishment because of slow Internet at the registers and the connections timing out. If you don’t have cash or are not worried about paying 2x the money on your card transactions then this is not the place for you. Was told it would be placed back into my account and it has been over a week. They practically scammed me out of my money.

Sorry there is no 0 stars. I just drove 30 minutes and waited 15 minutes outside only to have the cashier walk out and tell me it is too late to get propane tanks filled, It is 5pm on Saturday. The cashier did his job he called for the service twice and I walked inside and asked someone to come out as well. I was prepared to spend almost $100 in this store today instead I spent zero... I love tractor supply co. but this location will not get anymore of my money. Very disappointed with this location.

Summerdale, AL store -- lousy clerks. The gentleman in dog food told my husband repeatedly they didn’t carry the dog food we needed only to finally come look at the shelf and see they indeed did and the shelf empty. The product was in the back room. No apology - just attitude. The checkout clerk was equally unhelpful. She didn’t listen to my husband tell her about the Science Diet rebate and didn’t ring it nor could she confirm the other dog food rang as on sale. She had no idea what deals were in the flyer and told us “clerks didn’t memorize every item price in the store.” WHAT! Pick up the phone and confirm the price. Stop checking out two customers at once and pay attention to the ones trying to help you remember rebates the first time instead of being smart mouthed and flip and making three other customers wait while you have to return and re-do what you should have done correctly the first time!! Customer Service was lacking today!

Always love going to tractor supply has something for everyone really does . I mean animal lovers , to tools ,and clothes or boots to automobile enthusiasts. U can spend all day in that place. So go there for a specific reason or u could be leaving with a whole lot of things u didn't even know u needed.

Recently stopped in at this location in search for some pet supplies. I came out with a buggy full. This store has it all. Not just farming supplies. It has mower's, weed eaters, chain saws, clothes, pet food, pet medications, farming equipment, utility trailers and equipment, fencing, knick knacks, collector items, decor, shoes, farm animal feed, lawn care and maintenance products, and tons more. The employees were really helpful of their products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Prices can be higher on certain items, but if you need a lot of things, the trip is worth it. Thank you.

Our tractor supply staff is very friendly and helpful! They ordered a special unscented cat litter forme because I was allergic to all the others (scents). It doesn't seem to matter what problem I walk in the door with, they always seem to find a solution for me, even if it means sending me elsewhere! I love Tractor Supply!

Mathew Langley the store manager of this location, charged me twice for a purchase on Dec 3rd. And will not issue me a refund. I have spoke with several people from their corporate office and no one can seem to help me. Mathew was very rude and told me that I was wrong. The corporate office has admitted fault but not given me my refund. This was a substantial amount of money and it's so close to Christmas, that I most likely not will be able financally to go see my family unless they refund me in the next day or two. It's sad when employees and/or managers of a retail store do not know how to refund people or pull a daily sales reports to show that they made a mistake. I have never experienced such rude people, as I have with this store. Sham on you Mathew Langley, and Tractor Supply for waisting hours upon days of my time, trying to get my money back. Charging my account, in which I never recieved any merchandise. I will be calling the local police, if I do not see a refund in the next few days. They have my money and will not give it back. I do not recommend shopping here.

My husband and I drove 30 mins to try and find breyers horses that they said were instock, they weren't. I'm very unhappy as we wasted fuel on this, will not be going here again.

I LIKE the old fashioned tray I found at 50% Off before Christmas. My husband has a gift card there but still is "LOOKING" for something to buy. He's been a builder all his life so maybe this is a "farmer's store" more.

Not very good customer service. I waited in line for 5-7mins with no employee in sight. Couldve had a free bag of dog food if i wanted it but im honest. Then when the cashier showed up i had to ask if the register i was on was open. He told me he was the only one. Then proceeded to check out someone that had not been waiting. What a joke. Think ill stick with my local feed store.
