The RV hookup is one of Love’s best in the U.S. The staff was friendly and helpful. I haven’t seen a single piece of paper on the ground. Really clean compared to some other locations. The dogs seems really happy with their parc too. Well done Love’s with this location, the shower was in perfect conditions, I did enjoy my stay 👍

They literally have a CAMPGROUND with full hook-ups, beautiful cement slabs, community gazebos and fire pits and two excellent fenced in doggie areas. THANK YOU Love’s for remembering us RVers!

Overall the store and bathrooms are clean. It’s a safe location. Quiet despite the RV renovations on one side of the property. All staff was friendly and welcoming.Shower room was clean but the actual shower could use a good scrub. Take some shower sandals with you and you are good to go. Water stays hot which is a big plus compared to other travel/truck stop showers.

There is something seriously bad with Love's stores! There showers are infested with these slimy black worms! This is the third incident that my husband and I have experienced within a week! They are not cleaning the showers! Just nasty and filthy!🤮 This is a health hazard to the public! It's time for the EPA, OSHA, and the health department to get involved with the businesses that offers public showers to ensure that the showers are being cleaned and sanitized properly before there is another outbreak of a contagious virus or disease!😡

Clean store. Everything you would expect in a Love's. Full coffee bar, foods, many items useful for road trips. Very large and impressive dog park. Area was clean of trash with 2 bins for poop disposal. Double gated for pets protection. There are several benches and tables to sit at. Will return if we pass by it again.

Parked and shower. No floor mat for the dirty shower. Something splattered on the inside of the door, trash on the floor, and the shower room was still wet from the previous shower. Pure laziness.

AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO DOG PARK!! That was disappointing but the area is under construction for their new RV park, and there will be dog parks again, just not anytime real soon. It was quite busy when I arrived, but the store and ladies room were all in good order and the staff were quite professional.

RV/trailer parking spots are not labeled. Cars and trucks with no trailers were parking in the designated spots for RV/Trailer while plenty of normal parking spots were open. This caused massive traffic jams and delayed us departing due to it. Additionally trying to find a spot to park was near impossible towing a trailer due to this issue. I addressed my concerns to the staff and was quickly dismissed.

Needed to exchange propane tanks in the middle of night because my electric heat went out. Needed to use propane heater to keep my kids warm. They had tanks but wouldn't exchange mine because they "don't know how and aren't certified"If they employees weren't lying and that's true, that a huge failure on Loves corporate. If there's multiple employees running a 24hr fuel station and you can't sell me 2 containers of prepackaged fuel then your business practices are lacking.Otherwise I've never had problems at this location but this was particularly ridiculous that I had to drive miles down the interstate because a fuel business wouldn't sell me fuel.

My issue is with the shop. I arrived there early. The shop wasn’t open. Technician said they don’t open till seven. He took my name and my phone number. I needed a DOT inspection on the trailer 7 AM came 7:30 AM came. I’ve already been there for about two hours. Long story short when I did go back to the bay another Truck was there they didn’t have any knowledge of me even checking in or name or phone number and I had to wait till the other truck was finished. I just went somewhere else to get the work done . Not reliable

Nice stop , place was clean and well kept , bathrooms were very clean , restaurants were good and service was good , parking lot was fairly cleaned up , and Fuel island was kept clean

Loves Truck Stop in desperate need of management! I visited here 7 days ago and in the last man’s urineoir were 4 colored pieces of chewing gum. 2 blue, 1 pink, 1 white nicely lined up (man shouldn’t leave their chewing gum of course) 7 days later they were still laying in the same spot. This Loves is (especially during covid-19 a problem) ABSOLUTELY not as clean as other Loves Travel Stops. Also the soda machine ice dispenser was still broken, the cherry/vanilla/lemon/lime juice was STILL empty, the soda machine at Sub-way didn’t work at all, the soda lids from the soda I bought were not available because of “delivery” issues. Long story short: LOVES becomes too big to stay in touch with the visitors/clients! Tom Loves legacy is fainting. Profit over Quality... (I decided not to upload the bad pictures because they might improve and than the images will be forever online.)

I always stop at this Love's if I need gas or food on a trip that takes me this way. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Their shop is well stocked, and the restaurants in inside are clean and have a good selection of food. The restrooms are kept clean.

The old lady that sounds like she smokes 5 packs a day was very rude and disrespectful to a truck driver that was washing a few of his dishes she definitely should be nicer to her customers and of course couldn't get her name because she was running all over the place like a crack head..

Service here is okay it all depends on who serves you I'll leave the parking it's very nice and comfortable and you can see the Love's from the street the entrance is the same exit but it's wide so multiples can go in and out inside you can find a Hardee's she want a good burger not much variety there but the food stand is pretty big and coffee's good

Ladies this was THE cleanest and nicest restroom I stopped in across 10 states from Louisiana to Pennsylvania. Even the tile was decor vs standard public restroom fodder. An unexpected break from the road. Everything was well-stocked, easy to find, and the lines flowed effortlessly. The clerk was the nicest lady who not only knew about the company she worked for, along with its origins, but had pride in service to Love's. That's a testament to a well-oiled machine.

Here we are another Loves and the same problem with everything we have done so we could pay at the pump and it doesn’t work !! People in the business don’t seem to be able to help from Michigan to Florida so I give up! I’m going to use your competitors no problem for me. And don’t tell me to call Corporate we have!! And we drove from our home 35 miles to a Loves in Marshal Michigan to make arrangements per Corporate!

Husband and I are hitting the road once more, making a quick stop to refuel both our car and ourselves. We decided to grab breakfast, opting for Subway as our go-to choice. We indulged in a delicious breakfast sandwich, along with a mouthwatering meat sandwich and some crispy chips. Additionally, we took the opportunity to replenish our propane supply. Ready to continue our journey!

Customer service was just shy of flat out rude. I was unacknowledged after three attempted conversations with the same employee! Even when we pointed out there was no cream for coffee the answer was oh well..And did nothing about it. That was after we purchased gas and could watch and count with the hundredths on the gallons go by. So slow I stopped at half a tank. Do your self a favor and go up an exit or to the raceway.

Convenient location from I-59 in Steele Alabama. It is also convenient for those traveling in that remote area. It is the only station in that area that is open 24-7. They serve hot food and it is very tasty. They have gasoline and diesel fuel. Nice and clean store with lots to choose from and the prices are competitive. The service is good.
