This is a nice little grocery store! Despite it being so small, it actually has a good variety of food options. If you just need a few things and want to be quick, this is a great spot. It has lots of cheap options and the staff is pretty cool, I have seen some that were an okay bunch but for the most part I've had nice experiences with the people working here. It's very clean and everythings always put in a nice order, so I would recommend this spot for someone looking for a quick place to shop.

The lady manager in my opinion has a holier-than-thou attitude. But the employees are pretty nice. I wish there was a piggy wiggly here even though they are over priced also, they put burtons to shame. Over priced for meat that most the time I go in their looks like it will make someone sick if they digest it, I've gotten a moldy king cake from there, wilted salad, molded vegetables, dry as a rock bakery items, freezer burnt frozen items. It's just sad.

It's simply mediocre. No overly friendly workers . Store is old and dusty. Always check your expiration dates on your purchases, because some items look like they were there when the place originally opened.

Good Small Town Grocery Store with Nice Workers! All the meat there is Good! The Store is old and and has your basic items if you just need to pick up few things. It beats going to Walmart just to pickup dinner and Burtons meat is better

They uses to have a great meat department but after they terminated the butcher that had been there for years their meat department is terrible and doesn't even look clean. Meat looks old. I understand why they terminated him but they need to bring him back. I will not go back. We have lived in Springville for 17 years and it was always where we would go to buy our meat but I personally will not go back.

My mother used to Manage F&D Years ago. Back when things were Priced, Stocked, and didnt share the Looks&Smells of expired Garbage. Not only am I disappointed in the Epic CrashDive in the meat department I am also BAFFLED how the New Store manager is able to Continuously be such a Prude.. but I guess if I had a Tampon behind my ear and couldnt find my pencil too.. I'd understand better. Let's just sit back and observe if the Store manager will last as long as the Slimed wilted bag of expired Shame..errr, "Salad Mix" I seen and lost lost my appetite from....So depressing going from NummNummNumm-to-NopeNopeNope.

Only been in here a few times but every time someone asked if they could help me and they were all nice and polite and they had what I was looking for. Other than being a little more expensive than other places but that's to be expected at these small grocery stores. Even Piggly wiggly"s prices are outrageous

Hometown grocery store that has nearly everything, at good prices, very clean and the staff is very friendly. Super meat selection, very fresh. Or value- priced for middle-aged beef. Like me!

A nice alternative to Walmart. The parking lot is always packed. I dont shop here often and don't know my way around inside the store, but I'm sure I will go back.

Everyone don't shop at Burton's in Springville anymore my Dad called them other night to ask if they had any cream cheese and a really nice younger girl answered the phone and said yes they had a whole case come on we close in 30 minutes you have time and my Dad came on and he pulled up within 15 minutes before they closed and when he got to the door this really rude older lady locked the door on him and said were closed it's not right that she closed the store before their closing time when another worker told us to come on that's not how you treat customers.

So ..I Used To Say That Burton's Had The Best Steaks,Thick Chops..BUT ..TODAY..I Was Disappointed,The Steaks Were Terrible Looking 14 Bucks..Lettuce WAS $4:35 A HEAD, So I Did Get Pork Chops Under $4 WHAT HAPPENED..🤷‍♀️

Drove all the way from the other side of Springville and they closed 15 minutes early. I talked to a young lady ; she was very and checked to see if they had the product I needed. She said to come on. I got there in plenty of time

I needed to pick up a couple of things while my nephew was staying with me and I didn't want to take him into a big store. Went in hoping to grab what I needed from Burton's. Who knew they wouldn't carry something as common as baby soap and/or shampoo, in any brand...

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Managers are rude and unprofessional. I don't know who let them run this store, but they need to be pulled.
