the Dollar General on 280 by the flea market is worth the drive. I pass 10 Dollar Generals omw to the river and I will ONLY stop and shop at this location.What I like most about this particular store is how CLEAN AND ORGANIZED it is. Always fully stocked and did I say ORGANIZED. it’s SO easy to shop here.Friendliest customer service.Karen was my cashier and was so sweet, i complimented her on the store and then she asked me to share with her manager Sandra. DEFINITELY 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the worst dollar general in the whole area. They kinda do whatever the hell they want. I went in and was trying to use coupons (digital and paper) which dollar general website and corporate confirmed I'm able to do and the red headed lady gonna try and guilt trip me saying her boss said she can't take paper coupons and she would get fired, so I explain THEIR policy and she gets all snarky and says okay! I'll take it , what is it but just my job. It's a paper freaking coupon lady and it is in your policy that as long as they're not the same coupon you can take them! Have been several times recently and within the last year and they have been closed way before the posted time. And they're all just kind of rude and they rarely ever have anything in stock. The store is always a mess and it's just not a good experience shopping here. Not that any other dollar general is a good experience, but this one is by far the WORST.

Absolutely the worst Dollar general I have ever been to. They were supposed to open at 7:00, they didn't open until 7:11. Then when the lady open the door she didn't say a word to anyone she just turned around and went back to the office and disappeared. Somebody needs new management because she was there 5 minutes before the store was supposed to open. I don't understand, if she was so busy why couldn't she stop and unlock the door and go back to doing what she was doing why did she have to wait until 11 minutes after? And all the rest of the people standing around out front waiting said this was a common occurrence for this store.

I shop at the Dollar General stores all the time and have had nothing but good experiences except for this location. My first indication that this wouldn't be a good experience was the fact that as I approached the store all but one employee was outside on break( I guess). The young man in the store advised that there was a self check out...he was pleasant enough but he was kinda all over the place. I bought several items but my purchase seem to be too much. When I got to my vehicle I checked my receipt and noticed I had been charged 5.00 too much--charged twice for one item. I showed the young man the error and he told me to bring all the items back in the store. Once I bought all the items back one of the other "breakers"told me I had to go to the end of the line which had gotten long by now because every one was on break.😖 Fortunately the other customers heard her tell me to get in back of the line and allowed me to move back to the front of the line.😀 Needless to say I will never visit this location again. I wish there was a way to rate this store zero stars bcos that is what it deserves. $$5 would not break me but it was my money. If your clerk make a mistake you should try to make it right without any further inconvenience. This did not happen in this case.☹☹

This is by far my favorite Dollar General. It has a nice layout. The size is bigger than other local DGs. The variety is good too. The people working there are also friendly.

This is the best place. Honestly I do all my shopping here. I never in my life shopped at dollar general let alone eat the food from there. But this location isn’t like anywhere else. They have a wide range of different types of foods and the fridge/freezer section is awesome. So many choices plus there’s no high end price tag attached. So it’s good food for low cost. I am here pretty much every day. Staff is super friendly. You just feel like it’s the place to be. There’s also a redbox outside so that’s a win win for me lol. Overall 5 Star and this is coming from an outsider who moved here not to long ago.

Only one cashier and he was chatting away with a customer. To me that's fine, but there were 4 of us waiting and finally another cashier came after a few complaints. To me, Dollar generals are always dark and messy. Stuff in the isles. I wouldn't have gone but needed sprite and Walmart was 20 mins down the road.

This is the best dollar general in the area and the cleanest by far. Cashiers are actually friendly at this location unlike some of the others. Very well clean stocked and organized. Good job staff and managers

Does this location have a schedule time it's open. The website says one thing but the store just closes randomly. Like tonight I pulled up at 8:40 and closed. I guess it's at managements discretion after 8pm.

The employees act as if they are doing you a favor by just being there so don't ask for any kind of help. The isles are ALWAYS over flowing with the things nobody wants but the shelves are always vacant of the proper merchandise. There could be 4 people behind the checkout counter but they ignore you and act as if they can't see that the line is backed up into the middle of the store while only one person will run a register. I know a lot of people that refuse to return to this store, myself and my family members have joined the group to not return. This store will be closed soon.

I have a love hate relationship with DG.. Lol can never get only what I go for.. I always end up finding 10 other things that catch my eye and end up walking out with way more than I went for :/

Only thing is sometimes they run out of things it takes a while to get them back in other than that good customer service that's why I gave them four stars have a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Usually have everything im looking for. Most of the time go for quick incidentals. I would not shop for bulk items, but definitely last minute items. Usually in and out. Masks required at this time.

The worst DG I have been to so far. The younger lady manager was very rude, arguing with me over a sale price, which I was right, LOL.. And I love me some DG, but I will never go back to that one, I was not impressed!

Always greeted with an upbeat "Welcome to Dollar General!) by employees who seem to WANT to be at work, not just people collecting a paycheck. AJ is awesome and I SWEAR has got the entire store's contents mapped out in her head or tattooed inside her eyelids because she ALWAYS knows EXACTLY where an item is at, no matter what it is! Everyone who works there is sweet, helpful and friendly. They always have a smile even if it'they are having a bad day!

I love my DGs.These stores are great and everywhere.Most employees are friendly and helpful.They do have a large employee turnaround though.The prices are fair and they stock alot of stuff you use everyday.Its usually not very crowded and if they keep the store stocked up its a quick trip and you 're done.Nice experience.

I always check the time it said open at 7 online we got to the store sign on doorsaix starting 11-19 they open at 8 but its 7:54 on 11-18 so why is the door locked . But I like the dg so I will deal with it even thou it's cold

This store is ridiculous boxes all over the place until where you couldn't even push your buggy around.The staff is horrible,I asked one of the cashiers to show me where a item was & she looked at me with the worst attitude ever if you don't want to work stay at home simple as that.
