I went into this Family Dollar store to purchase a few things and I can definitely see why it's closing, CNN verified that several family Dollar stores are closing due to mismanagement and poor public safety, (stock always in aisles) not to mention the poor attitude of the employees. After getting home with my purchases I realized about 4 items were 3 months expired, two of them not even rang up on my receipt, meaning that the employes truly didnt care. These were supplements that I had bought for me and my 13 year old daughter, so I took them back to let the store employees know and they said there was nothing they could do and would not exchange them because the store is closing, and one employee said to me i should be glad i got some free items. Why? They will have to go into garbage being 4 months old, just like the money I have spent. So needless to say the store is all about the almighty dollar and not the customer. I'm so glad my daughter and I didn't take these supplements. I know things expire, but in a reputable store the expiration is not gonna be 4 months old and still on the shelf.

NEVER WILL ENTER THIS FAMILY DOLLAR, IF I NEED SOMETHING VERY BAD AND THAT'S THE ONLY PLACE THAT HAS IT AND IT COST $0.02 I'D JUST SUFFER WITHOUT IT. THAT BLACK MANAGER AND (IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COLOR OF HER SKIN) LOOK UP THE DEFINITION SHE ACTS LIKE A NIGER WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS ALL SHE IS INTERESTED IN TO IMPRESS ON THE CUSTOMERS IS HER POWER AND SHE REIGNS OVER HER KINGDOM AND PEASANTS (CUSTOMERS) SHOULD BE BEHEADED IF THEY DON'T KNEEL AT HER FEET!!!!!

I just saw a video of the store employee, call the police on a black and white couple, for a false report of theft. The women was power tripping as you can see in the video, the cop was power tripping and was just there to enforce her false claims that the people was stealing. The whole clip of the store employee, showed she is very rude not to mention her smoking and blowing the cig in peoples face, letting the smoke go in the store as people were coming in. I hope no one goes back to this store that are of color. The employee needs to be fired, you lose business just because the employee has a problem or makes up a problem. She needs to go.

Bought set ofbluetooth headphones only worked 2 days i tried to take back and swap out. The employee acted like the stuff belonged to her. Of course i had no reciept i just wanted to get pair that worked. NO HELP AT ALL.Maybe that why parking lot almost always empty. I told her i will never ser foot in store again and that means any family dollar. I work retail and our policy is in the end TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER THEY PAY THE BILLLS AND YOUR SALARY. I WILL SPREAD THIS ALL OVER FACEBOOK VERBALLY ANY WAY I CAN TO HELP OTHER PEOPLR FROM GETTING RIPPED OFF.

Went in there to use the restroom and the girl was on the phone and got smart with me she was stocking while on her cellphone and she had long hair and she was skinny she didn’t want to give me the bathroom key the parking lot here is always empty because of rudeness here is terrible I won’t stop in here at all anymore since what happened the girls said well if the bathroom is locked you can’t use it
