Last pic is what we expected. First pic is what we got back. I was APPALLED at what was done for grooming. They said our pups had too many mats but we have had these sweet babies for years and years. Did they try to trim without washing? Never will I ever take them back. They did fine in April but in July some “master groomer” named Jamie did this to them. I will drive them back over to Shampoochies in Pensacola before I ever bring them back here. Nothing but excuses for what they did. I can't even talk about the Dr. Seuss treatment to the tail. When I complained I heard stories of what they “said” they told my husband. Which didn’t happen. Please avoid this abuse of your babies.

Met Dr Flowers yesterday looking for a new Vet for my 27 Mo old pup, Buddi, male bishon/shih tzu. Buddi is the smartest sweetest athletic lovable lil baby. Never meets stranger and gives love to EVERY FRIEND AND STRANGER HE MEETS- elderly and toddlers alike! Ive spent two years training him and he walks off leash and responds on command. But Buddi’s last two vet experiences to get his shots hav been heartbreaking. Crying squirming striking out to flee bc at his first vet experience for shots the tech hurt him. A South Baldwn vet called us dangerous clients just 2 months ago and wanted to anesthetize Buddi just to get his vaccines. No way. BUT!! NOT TODAY! Made appt with Flowers after telling him Buddi's fears and defensive behaviors.DR. FLOWERS WAS AWESOME KNOWLEDGEABLE PATIENT LOVING KIND AND AMAZING. FOUR injections with NOT A MOVE!! THANK U DR FLOWERS AND SAC STAFF. We are SOLD! Everyone give them a try— theyre THE BEST!!

Our sweet puppy had to be put down, due to a neck injury. Dr. Hall and staff were amazing during the very difficult time. My Molly Kate was treated like family. I would recommend them to you if you want the best care for your pet family member.

I was there for 1st time today after a disappointing experience with my previous long time clinic. All the staff were extremely helpful...Hunter and Dr Hall spent a lot of time with us in search of a treatment plan for an ongoing issue. The facility was clean and quiet. I will definitely return.

I take my shih-tzu to Oscar the groomer. My baby had epilepsy and I feel safe knowing she is in a vet's office while being groomed. They are very friendly and show great care for my Presleigh.

Even one star is too much. I took my baby in for a checkup because she was very weak. Everywhere else was booked up. She had a low blood count. They drew some blood from her, I guess to test it or whatever. Then, they gave me a can of special food and sent me on my way. She perked up a little when she ate the food, but she was still too weak. I was told she should be feeling better the next day. She wasn't.The next day, I took her to another clinic because something felt off. They said the same thing, low blood count. However, they told me that because of that, no blood should have ever been drawn to begin with because obviously, if it's already low, why would you take more out? They came to the same conclusion without drawing blood. My baby was given a steroid shot, and it seemed to help a lot, but it was already too late. Sadly, my baby passed that night because she just couldn't fight anymore.Throughout the next week, I called at least 5-10 other vets, in the area, and even out of state to get more opinions, and I was told the same thing. "Do not draw blood if there's already a low blood count. It can be fatal." I blame this place for my baby no longer being with us, and I will never take another suffering creature to them again.I'm so sorry, baby. You needed help, and I couldn't get it for you. Please forgive me.

I took our new dog in to get her on medication, super simple appointment. Until I got there and my dog popped out of her collar and started running all over the place. I was so frazzled trying to get her and carry my 11mo old around that i didn’t remember their names but two of the employees and the vet came out to help me wrangle her inside so they could check her out. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and helpful during the whole thing. They really went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend!

I brought a puppy here last Tuesday that was diagnosed with parvo, they sent us home with medication and she still ended up passing away the next day. Then I had my other puppy start showing symptoms and when I called them they told me to go ahead and bring her in and then about three minutes before I arrived they called me and said that the doctor said he was going to be gone all weekend so he was not going to test her for parvo. They gave her a shot for nausea and send her home after telling me that she didn't look like she had parvo. 3 days later she was still sick so I called them back explain the situation and how dire it was that she got hydrated they told me that because she had an appointment the next day to just wait till the following day to bring her, that would have been four days in on not eating or drinking. I am very disappointed in this place I truly thought that they loved animals but they didn't even give my puppy a chance each time I would call them about her they would call me right back and explain why they could not do whatever it was I was asking. I pay in full every time so it's not even like I have a bill there, this used to be the place I referred everyone too but not anymore. I called central Baldwin and they told me bring her in immediately and now she is being well taken care of!!

The Staff goes way beyond to make my pets and I feel like we (all of us) are the only pet family they are there to serve, so much so, that we are surprised when other pet families appear! Gracious with their time, caring by nature and strive to be the best!

Dr. Flowers is the best veterinarian I have ever seen in my 60 years of owning pets. He is sincere, empathetic and very adept at handling my feisty cats who are extremely agitated about going to the vet. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

I take all three of my pets to SAC. This is one of the best vets in the area and I have been to many of them. Not only have I liked all the vets, but the staff is nice too. I've never had to wait very long and your appointment time is your appointment time. They really care about the animals.

The groomer Lisa was amazing, my puppies groom came out perfect! Although the groomer was excellent the staff left something to be desired. Staff forgot to inform me when my 9 week old puppy was done (over 45 minutes past) the time they told me she would be ready. Had to go in to see if my puppy was ready. I have to wonder if she was let outside to go potty or given water in the 4 hours she was at the clinic. Due to her being extremely thirsty and crying because she had to use the bathroom immediately when I picked her up. Everyone was nice and prices were good, just not the best overall service.

Loved it! The veterinarian was great with my dog! He is terrified of vet visits, gets very nervous and aggressive! He wore his muzzle and she got in the floor with him to examine him! The vet tech was precious and gave him treats after his exam!

Very helpful staff who say hi to my pets by name even if it’s been a while since I’ve been back. I’m generally scheduled in quickly and the well-being of my animals are their top priority. Recently I felt the heartbreak of my departed cat and they were very helpful and supportive through the whole process.

We took our 3 dogs to Dr. Flowers and he was great with all of them. One of our dogs was very sick and the emergency vets office wanted to charge several thousand dollars to run tests. Dr. Flowers ran one test and got us a diagnosis and treatment that worked. He was also very available to answer our questions and even was willing to come back from his vacation early to take care of our sick dog during closed hours. He is a nice and friendly vet with a lot of care and compassion for our animals. I highly recommend him.
