Im a transplant patient of many years. My medicine is important hourly. These people call me, text me that my meds are ready and I get here and its an hour wait. I was with Winn Dixie where they showed they cared about their customers. Here they don't even talk to me. Total silence while I sit here. DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! If like med your meds are life and death I promise these people will kill you.

This is a review for the drive through.I went through the drive through to attempt to purchase some COVID-19 test strips via self-pay at approximately 5:55 P.M. today, as I'm currently having COVID-19 symptoms, and this was the preferred method of purchase by the pharmacy the last time I was in the same circumstance.She attempted to look me up for pickup. I tried to explain to her that I'm self pay, and she asked me for my date of birth. I gave it to her and she said that there was nothing for me to pick up.I tried to explain to her that I was self-pay again, but she went on about possibly different birthdays. She said I didn't have an account and she couldn't help me. There was no-one behind me in line. I asked her if she recommended me to go inside to buy one, and she responded again that she couldn't help me, I don't have an account as if I were speaking a different language. . .The failure to explain potential company policy changes, and potentially intentional miscommunication seems to violate the company code of ethics regarding communication. The ethics code regarding a commitment to a safe and heathy workplace seemed to be violated as well; she passed the buck to those who don't have glass shielding and safer transaction protocols to protect them from a potential pathogen working outside the pharmacy.I have received multiple vaccines from Walgreens, and my test results were thankfully negative. I would rate the cashiers outside the pharmacy as as 5-star, but I don't feel it was their responsibility to check me out in this case, or in the very least, that responsibility wasn't communicated to shift liability to the customer in the event of transmission. Even a "the drive-through line is for only prescriptions ordered by a physician", would have been sufficient if that were the case.

Don't bother with this company folks. They no longer care about customers. It is just profit. They closed the second Semmes location to save money. Now you have twice the number of customers in one store. 20 plus minutes in the drive thru and 30 minutes plus on hold on the phone. No phone call telling you your prescription is ready. On and on. Not the old Walgreens we used to know and love. Buyer beware.

I’ve never left a review on anything in my entire life. The pharmacy here is incompetent. Spent an hour on hold for them to never answer. 30 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me to come inside. Then another 45 minutes for them to check me out. I’ll never be back

Unprofessional cashier named Gloria literally threw $50 worth of pictures (for a funeral) at my sister when she requested to review them before paying. The person in charge at the time, Jennifer, gave all of the information needed to report this disgusting incident.

Very nice customer service, shelves are stocked and clean, clean bathrooms, clean floors and counters, very helpful and attentive to the customers, a elderly lady lost her purse and even the manager was helping look for it, very beautiful hearts these employees have.

The pharmacy staff here are fantastic!! I am in the process of switching to a new insurance plan and am currently uninsured. My heart medicine was $92 for a 3 month supply. They found a coupon to get the prescription for $30! Super compassionate and awesome customer service! Thank you!

These people are very courteous, attentive, & friendly! 5 stars! My family's used this store since they opened. The drive threw wait time would decrease if customers would come prepared & some issues should be handled inside. Highly recommend this store 😊😊😊

Terrible drive thru always backed up!!! 6 cars deep in drive thru been sitting here for 22 mins in drive even called the store while still sitting here and no answer. Pitiful drive hire more people or learn to equaly divid your atrention between drive and the customers inside.

I love this store. From the front door to the back and back again, every person who works there is friendly and welcoming, helping find what you need, taking you to it, not just saying look on isle 4. I did a LOT of my cmas shopping right there. Great stocking stuffers, beautiful greeting cards, snacks - BROOKSIDE chocs!! : < } I'm glad you came to Semmes.Great store.J Miller

Wish I could have left 0 stars. Had surgery this morning and dropped off my prescription at 2 pm they told me it would be 5 before it was ready it's now 10 minutes until 6 and it's STILL not ready. Very rude customer service also. Last trip there for me!

The wait at the pharmacy is always dreadful. It’s only with this Walgreens as well. I’ve never had this issues else where. Not sure why there is always 4 cars in the drive thru and a line inside. ALWAYS!
