I had been waiting to check out for a few mins with no line and only 3 items to buy while my 2 dogs waited in the car. A line started building by the time the person in front of me had finished. When she walked away, I started to walk to the counter when another lady saw me but still chose to walk up then put her full order of items on the counter. The cashier saw this, but did nothing about it. That was my first and last time going there and I'll advise anyone else to not go to this location. This cashier really did not have good customer service unless you were a regular.

I stop in here typically every Sunday while I am running my errands. Everyone who works here is always polite and friendly. The store is always clean, well stocked, and organized. I always have pleasant experiences there- hence my making it part of my weekly shopping!

Lisa was the most courteous sales associate that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in what seems such a long time in this day and age to have such a cheerful person that truly enjoys being employed you have to give her a raise at the very least give her a employees of the month plaque. It's a little out of my way to go there but I will be back.

Rude employees that don’t honor the sales they have in their store. Why put it up if you’re going to argue the price later? Makes you wonder if other things scan correctly or not and people just don’t notice.

This is the new family Dollar which opened up also is a Dollar tree it was very clean pretty well full and easy and easy out.... Except the parking lot has big holes in it someone forgot to look

I Wouldn't Give 1 Star, I Just Witnessed Such A Heartless Act. A War Veteran In A Beat Up Truck Fought To Get His Wheel Chair Out Then Struggled Getting Out Of His Truck, Mind He Has One Leg. He Finally Makes It To The Door And Is Turned Away. They Wanted To Close 30 Minutes Before They Were Supposed To. I Understand Wanting To Go Home To Your Family But That Man Risked His Life For Us. He Deserves More Than Anyone To Be Respected. I Really Hope The Man Found A Place With Kind People To Get What He Needed. Family Dollar Won't Be Getting My Service Any Longer

Do not shop here they will fraudulently charge you twice and then tell you they cannot refund your money they just get to keep it. I entered the store paid for my stuff they charged my card twice after 2 weeks of fighting with them to get my money back they said we're not refunding your money.

Much less traffic than the big box stores. Convient.not being forced to use self-checkout is a big plus as well
