Placed an online order. Prepaid for our order arrived to find the store was closed. Their phone number is never answered and appears to be closed. They will allow you to place an order when they aren't opened.It's been 5 days and I still have been able to connect the local store. I reached out to their main number and was told I would hear back from a manager about getting my refund and they informed me it would take anywhere between 3 to 5 more days before I get my refund.

Went for 2 20$dollars Nintendo eshop cards for my Nintendo switch and they didn't even have them in stocks at this time and it's the 2nd time they been sold out to so I nicely asks for them to restock these because they are vital to all!they need to be regularly restocking and ordering items such as this for the costumers needs.

as reading some of the other reviews I find them not helpful most of them are talking about another location about 10 miles down the road this store specifically has changed a lot with in the past 6 months or so they have new management and a new staff they are always so helpful and friendly. sometimes they aren't stocked but after speaking with one of the workers she said they are having trouble getting there trucks on time( sometimes 5 days late) this store is one of the cleanest stores I've been to in the area and I will be back to this location again

Friendly staff however talking on the personal phone not being attentive to the customers needs is bad customer service. The store is in absolute disarray, an unorganized mess. not able to maneuver through any isle due the cluttered rolling racks of inventory blocking items that I am wanting to purchase. Shelves are empty or scattered about and prices are not displayed correctly under the items. This makes me willing to drive a little further and pay a little more to avoid the headache.

They are always out of essentials such as sugar bread milk etc they never keep the stores stocked properly. I can hardly ever find what I need and I have to either buy up pay more for a brand name that I don't want I think the managers should have more say in what gets ordered when.

The store is an absolute disaster. you can’t even walk up and down the aisles. every single aisle that I went down (which was almost all of them) had a cart full of stuff to where you could not get around. Also some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. literally throwing my things as they were checking me out. never spoke to me once. Also huffing and puffing because they actually had to work. super rude.

This store was looking much better, but now its starting to look just like before. Boxes in middle of halls and in front of racks where you can't get to anything, the shelves looking really bad. I understand that trucks come in, but if thats the case put more people on shift to put everything away.Nope hasn't changed still buckets everywhere trashnon floors.

It seems that the Wilmer DG is about the dirtiest store around. Plus the fact that the stock is either on the floor in the way or nothing on the shelves.They have a sign at the register," Please use self checkout " if I do that do I get a discount, because in a sense I am working there if I do their job. No discount then no I don't check myself out. PS: fix the front door.

I do like this store. However, sometimes, there isn't a cashier at the checkout and you have to go and find her/him. There should ALWAYS be a cashier at the checkout;at this store, anyone could easily grab and go and it would be 5 minutes before a cashier would know because sometimes it takes that long, you get tired of waiting, then you have to go find someone, and it's like, do they really care about the store, the customers, their jobs?

If I could rate lower than this I would!!!The manager and every employee in this store is absolutely rude and no customer service skills. They cough and sneeze with no hand washing or sanitizing. They have conversations about other coworkers and personal things in front of customers. Most of the time customers are standing and waiting for someone to come to the register.

Usually understaffed and workers are either A) not very friendly or B) not very bright. I feel kinda bad for saying that, and I'm NOT intending to seem judgemental or rude, I'm simply being honest. . I have been here dozens of times and have NEVER seen more than one register open at a time. *There ARE some employees I've encountered that have been fine, but 80% of the time I'm underwhelmed.

Love pricing, but I asked if I could put my business flyer on the door or something and was told absolutely no. I think that Dollar general should embrace other local businesses and put up job boards and community boards at all their different locations

I love dollar general but my store is the worst! Employee's never even speak to you and boxes are so bad you can't move around. They actually told me I was going to have to wait check out because the boss was on the phone, :( I hate Walmart so I would much rather go to Dollar general but the customer service is so bad I just don't know.

I really do not like to leave a bad review but Semmes Dollar General was a disaster when i went in yesterday. There were trip hazards all oner the store. A stepping stool left out in the isle like to have caused me to fall. I wasn't looking for it so i fell into the cooler doors. Every isle i went down had open boxes and items out on the floor of the linen isle. The parking lot looked like a waste basket had been dumped out and scattered in the wind. There was only one employee working that i could see and i was in there for at least 30 minutes. The gentltman working was as polite as could be and im sure you can only do so much by yourself. I would not recommend trying to go in with a buggy and definitely pay close attention to items littering the floor and isles.

This store is old and needs remodeling. The store was well stocked compared to other Dollar General stores in the area. The employees here were friendly and helpful and doing the best they could sweeping and mopping.

This is the cleanest, most organized Dollar General ive ever seen. Usually, in all stores there's freight everywhere needing to get put up. This store was not only spotless, all freight was put up.

had one Price on the Shelf when you go to the register they're showing you something different with other words you pay more people outside smoking when you walk in you smell Nothing But Smoke and nasty inside and out bad service no help from the people working there

Used to be a clean, organized store with with a nice, likeable staff. Hopefully, they are just off work for three holidays. I've never seen so many hickies on one person behind a register!
