I showed up for my dogs first ever grooming appointment and I was told there’s a chance he wouldn’t be groomed that day due to “stress” and I took that conversation as they will attempt to groom him but would stop if there was signs of aggression. I showed back up an hour later and they told me he was peeing too much so they didn’t groom him due to him being “stressed”. So now I have to spend more money than I wanted to go somewhere else to get my dog actually groomed. I picked him up and they told me he was the sweetest boy and they even trimmed his nails which I figured would have been the hardest part of the whole appointment honestly! I knew my dog would never give a hard time and he's a dog.. so he’s going to pee over all the new smells, that’s what they do.. this experience made me feel like they just didn’t want to groom him and make me bring him back to spend more money.

They do a fantastic job on Layla, my Yorkshire Terrier. I've taken her there since she was old enough to be groomed and she handles it well. The place is always busy and it's usually a couple of days before you can get an appointment when you call them. They also have a small store that carries a lot of essentials needed and others that are just for your pets entertainment. I DEFINITELY recommend Bella and Bows!

Bella &Bows is our favorite place for grooming! Our poodle is 16 years old and startled easily. They always take great care of her and it's a calm environment! Can't recommend them enough!

I have been a faithful Bella and Bows customer for about 3 years. I had an appointment and ended up walking in the door a few minutes late. (It was within 10 minutes of the appointment time.) They have a 10 minute “late policy” saying they don’t have to provide you a full groom if you are beyond 10 minutes late. I drop my dog off with no issues. After I dropped the dog off they call me about 10 minutes later saying they will not do a full cut since she was late. I am frustrated because I was within the time and they still did not provide the service or notify me until I had walked out and drove away. I understand that rules are rules, but their policy is even more strict than what they list. So for existing/future customers, do not be late. They are serious about their appointment times. They always do a wonderful job with their cuts, but I will probably look for a new grooming business that values their policy and provides better customer service.

Amazing service! 10/10 recommend! Staff is so sweet and caring. They do an amazing job every single time! My fur babies are always taken care of. I love that they do not sit in a kennel all day long.Extra points for the fact that it ALWAYS smells so good! It’s so clean and the items in the boutique area are so cute! My babies love the bakery treats!

I’ve been going to Bella and Bow’s with my dog since they opened. Holly and her staff are always friendly, take the right amount of time with Lulu, and do a great job at the grooming. On top of that, I can tell they are not just in this business to do work—they love the pets that walk through their doors. Keep up the great job!

My normal vet's groomer was unavailable for my pup to get his summer haircut because of the quarantine. They suggested Bella & Bow's, so I set up an appt. I must say, the staff that helped me was really kind and informative. The prices were affordable, their building was clean and stocked, and they made my fur baby Jack look his best. Don't like how they treated my aunt. As in trying to make her feel bad cause of a little issues.The workers that work on the evening shift there, were very very concerning .They kept talking about the well being on the dog over and over.Like it's a dying emergency or something.Which we know, we do take care of our dog and nothing was wrong.And if so, our vet would have told us that she unhealthy and sick or not in a great perfect condition.Didn't like the way they kept assuming and judging the dog.Not only that, they kept talking about other people business to other people.And the dog situation was only dirty and tangle hair and long nails. Not to mention, basically trying to make us feel bad cause of that.But ya are call Bella and Bow's that does GROOMING ( which includes bath and hair treatment and so on.) I don't see where it's also locate where evaluation or inspection or even criticize is at. I'm concern for who ever the next customer that have to seek help from this particular groom. At this point people might as well start doing their own dog groom or go somewhere with a friendlier atmosphere. That the only choice I have.But I should be able to rely on the grooming store . When I can't do it or tired or busy with work . But today wasn't the day at all. I hope your worker do better. Shalom ❣️

My bichon frise has been to Bella and Bows several times and I have been very satisfied with their work. Bella enjoys being groomed and always looks so very cute with her bows or bandada.I am a satisfied customer and will continue to support them in their business.The people are very nice and I know Bella is happy.

Being going there every six to eight weeks for over 2 years. It just seems like they dont care as much about good service. Really let me down on the way the groom my dog last time. Forgot to trim her tail. And they clipped her nails, but did not file them scratched my husband arm bad. Finding a different groomer.

Amazing how they do exactly as advertised! You schedule your appointment for drop off and they call you when ready and it's literally just long enough to get everything done you asked them to do! No long times locked in a cage waiting, and they do amazing work with dirty dogs lol love love love it here!

The first time I brought my puppy to Bella and Bows, it was a great experience. It’s clean, the owner is very nice and respectful, and Mila was ready within an hour. She’s been back twice since then and today my mother brought her in. The front desk was rude to her and told her that she was late for the appointment, when I had proof that she was on time, according to their schedule. They then called and told my mother that Mila had several matts and that they would do what they could, but she would have to be shaved. I brushed her out this morning and know that she was NOT as matted as they claimed. She had a few knots. Nothing too difficult to brush or cut through. My mother picked up Mila shaved down all over, even her little face is shorter than it should be, and she’s all gapped up. I’m a hairdresser. I know what can and can’t be done for a clients hair, to preserve length while also making it healthy. Mila cried all the way home and I’m going to have to buy her a sweater so she doesn’t freeze with it becoming increasingly colder. I’ll not be taking Mila back to Bella and Bows. I’m VERY disappointed in the treatment of my mother and in the way they so carelessly groomed my Mila.
