Customer Service was Amazing!!! We were visiting Walmart because we were blessings a dance team with water and snacks. As a Travel Business Owner and my husband owning his own HVAC Business we love giving back because God has been so Amazing to us. We will definitely be back.

I found the stuff I needed fairly quickly, but there were no manned checkout lanes open, and the self-checkout lanes were mostly closed, with a long line of people waiting....this is why I go to Walmart only once or twice a year, when there is absolutely no other choice.

Had a great clearance in the garden center! I bought chair cushions and pillows at an unbelievable price! Got the wrong filter for my lawn mower, and double charged myself for an item I have to get corrected. But am still pleased with my deals I got!

If you don't trust your people to buy their own groceries then maybe you should put more of your employees back on the register. I will not go to Walmart again. Can't wait to go back north to meijer!

It's the difference in daylight and dark compared to SELMA WALMART...ANY other walmart I've been to has friendly associates and shelves are stocked....not in selma

Selma Walmart won't sell alcohol to you if you have a Canadian driver's license. They said it has to be an American ID. I think that is utter bull.....

I thank God that there is still a Walmart in Selma. Thank you, Walmart, for consistently serving our community!!! Thank you for being organized enough that the when the app helps me find specific items, the item that I am looking for is there. I've had multiple vehicles serviced at the Auto center, including the Teslas, and from the managers to the technicians, they work with you and communicate to get the job done.

The cashier was to lazy to call for A price check , when the watermelon didn’t have A sticker on it that my husband put on the counter he , said she wanted his to go and find one with A sticker on it of get another, he told her this is the one my wife picked and wanted , so when I can over from self check out , she said to me ma’am the next Time you get A watermelon get one with A sticker on it , I told her A lots of them didn’t have one which I didn’t see a sticky or a price , bad customer service , I did not know what was going on with her. She acted like she was upset with me and I was not in the line. I just walked up to Join , my husband. and I A senior and I did not deserve that from her. Neither did my husband it not our jobs to find a price on something we do not work there. There are no prices on a lot. Are things in that store. I went over to the self check out and check myself out and bag my food myself I was not in her line. My husband was in her line and she can after me , she need to have a better attitude working with customers. If she was in Chicago where I came from, she would be fired treating a customer the way she treated us .

This Walmart is always doing things to make improvements. Glad to see they care about the store and about the customers. Would like to see more attention brought to customer satisfaction. Would like to see the scan and go check outs opened more and out signs up so people don't use them as regular check outs. Thanks for improving this Walmart.

The good the bad and the ugly. For the love of Christ please give your staff some customer service training. Good products at great prices when available. Please keep the deli stocked with hot grab and go food. Please teach your deli employees to be available when you need to have cold cuts sliced and for the love of God space the cheese with sheets. Just in general hire more people that actually care about their jobs and are not there for a paycheck. The bad is that you're not always stocked and items that show online many times are not there when you get to the store. And you have some great employees especially the ones that are older and have been there for a while. But my goodness greet a customer when they approach you for assistance and stop talking about personal things like the customer is not standing there, but I guess if you're not raised with respect then how can you respect others, SMH. I love self checkout because you don't know what kind of customer service you will get at the register but, the downside is when you have an inattentive employee that is having a personal conversation and makes you wait forever for assistance. Or accuses you of not scanning and item when it is on the screen again SMH Selma could be a good place again but it will take the effort of many young and old and whatever is in between. This is a historically place.

I am not from the area , I was coming to buy a few things for my emotional support animal when I was greeted by a worker who told me that me and my ESA was not welcome, and that I would have to leave him in the car. Usually any other time after telling them that he’s a ESA animal it wouldnt be much of a problem. , also Ive never had this problem. I ended up not shopping there due to having a panic attack. I am disappointed at the working for being told to leave him in the car. As if its not hot outside. We need more workers with compassion

Lots of parking. Store stocked pretty well. Prices going higher! Large family size bag of M&Ms went from $10 to $12. String cheese from $6 to $9 in two weeks. 60 count eggs $15. Mostly self-checkout.

Terrible customer service. The workers never know where anything is. They stand and watch you like a hawk and sometimes hover over you at self check out. Fruits and veggies there aren't good. Just overall not so great experience. I wish Selma had a Publix

I stopped in to get aluminum foil. I purchased the Walmart brand. Once home, i regretted my decision. It said heavy,but it's extremely lightweight.

Crazy busy, looked like it was stocking time. Pallets of product scattered all over the food isles. Still not a fan of the self checkout but I guess you can't fight the change. Parking was good and the lot and store was clean with exception of the pallets
