Had my water heater delivered here. Was delivered and went to pick it up and was told ups didn't come. I called ups they said it was delivered and signed by someone named walker. Was lied to by 2 employees. Not OK to lie to your customers!

The Thomasville, AL location is very clean and well organized.The manager, Ms. Kimberly is wonderful and works very hard to keep "her" store in tip top shape. Her "crew" is very pleasant and doesn't hesitate to help a customer when needed.This is my "go to" TSC store hands down, I also love the fact that TSC is very pet friendly, my dogs absolutely love this store.

My mother and I just got followed to the car and accused of shoplifting a 3+ year old crate/cat carrier (that is missing pieces, has been chewed on/obvious signs of wear and tear, and came from a Pet Supplies Plus)... with a whole cat in it. Told the lady that yes, it is our crate and that we didn't steal the cat inside it, either. The lady rolled her eyes and went back inside without even trying to apologize or say "oh" or "my bad" or anything. We were there for the vet clinic so I wanted to buy something because I felt bad. I don't feel bad at all about not buying anything now.

Cashier by the name of Erika needs to be trained on customer service. Although my husband & I found everything we needed, one of the items didn’t have a bar code. Erika handed it back to my husband, “this doesn’t have a bar code”. Didn’t bother trying to get someone to look it up or find it herself. After spending over $700 dollars, she just handed the receipt to my husband. She never said Thank You, have a nice day, Merry Christmas..... didn’t even say Hello at the beginning of the transaction! Well Ms. Erika.... you are there to help us! We are not shopping there to do you a favor. Without customers.... you have no J-O-B!

Tractor Supply started out with a really great new business and people who truly cared about the farmer and his needs...About a year ago they came in and fired the whole crew, manager down to floor sweepers...they replaced that good crew with a "selma local" crew....That crew didn't work out, so now they're on their 3rd crew....Tractor Supply needs to re-hire their first crew!!!

If you bought Solar Lights from Tractor Supply made by Red Shed how long did they last, paid $14.00 to $24.00 per light I have about 14 lights only work 1 year put them away for the winter and I live in Alabama this year they won’t work is this normal for Solar Lights. Need to Know most won’t work about 3 still work.

Tractor Supply offers a wide variety of goods, mostly for the farmer or DO IT YOURSELFER. Some prices are good, some are not. Dallas County is an impoverished county with incomes far below the national average So I would be very surprised if this store lasts.

Had a brother person tell me they hardly ever opened on time another customer that was in the store one person to cash register paged somebody to answer a question nobody ever showed up I play a very poor business
