Don't park here, bad crime area. Thefts happens, my trailer and other truck with meats was stolen. DON'T PARK HERE. OFFICER SAYS TO PARK AT WALMART IN SELMA.

I have travelled this route hundreds of times and stop there only in daylight hours. This is a bad and dangerous area for truckers. Go on out off the bypass toward Montgomery a couple miles and there are safer fuel stops.

Truckers do not park here! Trailer broken into. Parked here as a last resort and didn’t check the reviews. Woke up to a missing lock and damaged door. No product missing thank goodness. Restaurant closed. Ordered a pizza and had piles of red pepper poured on it.

I ended up doing a restart here and I am glad the place is here. The store part is a average convenience store price wise. The restaurant was a basic menu but the food is good. The outside area leaves a little to be desired. I have a empty 53' reefer and I woke up to the right door swinging in the wind. The police had warned me that it would happen.

With the mandatory breaks required I didn't have much of a choice but to stop. Went inside to ask for permission to take the required ten hour break. The cashier behind behind the cage was nice acting but couldn't understand him well. His body language pretty much told me I was fine parked out of the way. There was an empty log trailer and a dry van dropped on the yard where I had parked. Later in the night another over the road driver parked beside me. Soon after daylight the driver was beating on my door saying to check my load. Upset and aggravated he told me that his trailer was broken into and his load was stolen. The police stay busy elsewhere I suppose because stealing is simply part of the routine at this place. Makes me wonder why this hasn't be stopped, well maybe it has been slowed down. Is it the same thieves? Is it organized crime? Is there some type of an inner city ring that has political or law enforcement ties? If you visit this location you will be welcomed to a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, pork skins, hot sausage, potted meat and vienna sausage, blunts and any type of spicy potato chips and meat sticks someone could imagine. Simply put, truckers with a load beware.

Kinda sketchy, didn't have enough time left on my clock to go anywhere else. You know it is a good spot when all the windows on the store have bars and a police cruiser spent the night in the parking lot.Will do my best not to stop here again.

Stopped here for 2 hours, was going to stay the night until I noticed the surrounding environment.Houses behind the truck stop with many adolescent men partying with loud music. Lots of people driving Cadillacs and hoopty type cars thumping loud base music, people running around on loud motorcycles, and a few loud arguments amongst different people in cars that were coming and going.Honestly felt like Compton CA.Then my fiance looked up reviews on this place.We found out about thefts that occur overnight.I got put to look behind my trailer and saw many broken load seals and empty boxes on the ground. I personal conveyed to a TA 45 minutes away to get out of there. Not a safe place to shut down your trailer will get broken to.I

Truckers beware!!!! Do not park your truck here overnight. There have been many trailer breaches while parked at this truck stop. You can look in the grass behind where the trailers park and see all of the cut locks and seals from the trailers. There are no warning signs or cameras, even though the owners know about the problem. The truck stop is located in a lower class area with streets that go behind where the trailers back into.

I pad locked my empty 53' dry van as always to keep kids from playing inside. On my pretrip the next AM noticed the lock was cut by bolt cutters.I was lucky and only lost a cheap pad lock. Use caution drivers , you may have your cargo stolen.

If you are a truck driver, stay away or at least don't spend the night. A local resident ripped the seal off the trailer and because of seal not being intact the load was rejected by the receiver.There was a lock on the doors so no entry was made. Not a good day!

Large store, pretty good selection to choose from. I was told no public restrooms. They do make really good pizza. Usually has police security.

Easy in and out. OK for a short stop. But we were there only 5 min and someone was begging for money. We left and went somewhere else so we could get some rest without being bothered.

ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEFT IS TRUE. WE HAD OUR TRAILER BROKEN INTO BEFORE DAYLIGHT TODAY. LUCKILY IT WAS EMPTY SO THE THIEVES DIDN’T GET ANYTHING TO STEAL. OUR LOCK WAS CUT, WE ALWAYS LOCK OUR TRAILER WHETHER LOADED OR EMPTY, THEY CUT THE LOCK AND THANK GODDESS WE WERE EMPTY.

Scary place. Trailers often get broken into and the area is just seedy. Even though the food is good, the problems of this place make it sooooooo not worth it.

Lock your trailer. They will try to break into your trailer while you sleep. Woke up seal broken. Lucky I had a lock.

Great service, I visited as a trucker and stopped for the night , didn’t have the problem of the other reviews such as getting stuff stolen. The cashier looked nice and got pizza for the night

Just stopped in for a quick restroom break. Restroom was filthy & there was a line of customers about 10 deep at the counter because the cashier was so slow.

Good stop for a 30 min break. Wouldn't recommend overnight there. Me and a few other truck's trailers got broken into.
