Selma Alabama Sonic. Broken microphones in several drive in parking spots. The worker took our order and never responded. I finally went to the front door to ask if our order was received. ( it was not, and we were left waiting)The words describing the sizes under the prices of “Blasts” are so small. We ordered mediums and were confused when our order was much more expensive than we expected due to the very small words describing the sizes under the prices. (Mini,small,medium)The order was incorrect and the waitress was unprofessional. I wish I could give lower than one star rating.

Probably one of the most annoying and rude drive in experiences I have had at a sonic. Most stalls packed with loud, roudy, teenagers, loitering, barefooted and barely dressed who are not ordering anything... Just taking up space for paying customers. Food was good but the ordering process was difficult because of the loud music and teenagers being so loud. The person taking our order took 3 times ordering because they couldn't hear us over the kids (teenagers) hoping from car to car. (Way to practice social distancing guys!) Upper management definitely needs to do something about the teenagers loitering in the stalls. We counted 18 empty cars between the stalls and parking lot. Some even parked in the stalls and got in other vehicles and left. They are definitely losing money because of this. We won't be back.

This place is my go to in the dog days of summer! Taking advantage of the small shake deal for 1.99! Liked the new burger, but; when I ask for packs of mayo, it doesn't mean that I don't want the poppy seed dressing on the burger. When I say add caramel to my banana shake, it doesn't mean I want a caramel shake! They usually get it right, but this last time was, lacking!

I am a door dasher and today (6/30/2023) i have an order and waited for over 10 mins and they do not come outside to hand it to me! I would suggest to close this business down or to fire everyone here and hire better ones!One time i waited for over 20 mins its an ABSURD AMOUNT OF TIME!! Also its a waste of gasoline!

I was craving a shake needed one to help me get through the long drive ahead it takes good got out there pretty quick tooVegetarian options: Tater tots is about the only thing I can think of and the lettuce and tomatoes on your hamburgersParking: It always seems like one or two of the order of the menu things where you order are out you got to be careful where you park and kind of know which ones to go toKid-friendliness: It's a Sonic there's a kid's meals all kinds of stuff they can get and they pretty much just stay in the car with their parentsWheelchair accessibility: You never even have to get out of the vehicle they bring it to you all you do is pull up

Food was fresh and HOT. Service was good/bad. The order taker was very nice and efficient, as was the "car hops" except for one girl (tall, long braids, lashes) with a HUGE attitude! To the point we asked for someone else to please bring our food out. The manager brought our food out personally, apologized for the girls attitude, and said she would take care of it.

Beware! The large is the actual size of a big gulp! Be prepared. We ordered 3 Sonic Blasts (2 Snickers and 1 Reese's). So good! Service was within 5 minutes. Curb order slots were packed. Took the last spot and still had our treats in 5 mins. About $22.

We stopped in just to get a couple of frozen drinks. After pressing the button and getting the we'll be right with you message we waited; for at least 15 minutes and whoever was working behind the screen sounded agitated that we were agitated. It was the rudeness for me. The drinks however were delicious

They are always friendly. I mostly order drinks. When ordering food it's either a hit or a miss. My last two orders were great so that means improvement. Also lots of times there are new hires and that could be why it's a hit or miss and that's understandable.

So normally I never had an issue with sonics. But this particular evening, I ordered my food and it took 30mins for it to come out. I looked at my food and the tots were under cook. My chicken tenders were cold.I couldn't get them to answer after pressing the red button 4 times. So I called them. The manager came outside grab my food and told me they would remake it.23 minutes later my food came back out and the tots were still undercook but my chicken tenders were perfect.I don't know if it was a bad night but I was very disappointed with my service's.

Website says they close at 1 am Saturday. I'm here at 11:52 pm on Saturday, 2/18 and they just cut the lights off and stated thy are close. When I just a car pull out. So internet hours not true.

Never messes up my order like most local fast food places do. Food is always good and hot. No complaints, eating here for yearsEdit . Just came in with an order to feed 6 all combos with differing upsizes and special stuff. I told my crew that this was going to test em. They didnt miss a beat and nailed it as usual

Worst fast food restaurant in Selma . Order is never correct. They need to employee people that can read . If it's correct on my screen and says the same on their screen. I mean come on. Gave them a second chance. I'm done for good now. It's sad .

Stopped by when traveling through last weekend on a Sunday afternoon. Great service and good food!! Car hopper (didn't get her name) even came back to check on us after a while!! Gave her a tip which I think surprised her. Guess folks in Alabama don't tip huh?? Will return again if ever in area.

Don't use the app ! Either it is defective or the workers are not trying to really serve through it.I ordered twice this week and had a problem both times .sat and waited 35 minutes for slushes (yes I checked in ) the first time,second time I was given the wrong order (although my name was written on the bag).On the second visit when I did receive the the correct order it was horrible,dry ,and cold.What a waste of calories and money tonight?!

Well went to Sonic and pulled up to the handie cap spot and pushed the red button to order waited. The light went out and pushed it again still no answer. Moved to another spot and pushed the button and we waited 1 minute and placed my order with no problem. Thanks for the shakes the lady that waited on me was nice she had a little accident fixed and we was on our way with no problem. Thanks again we will be back.

I visited this location on May 18th, 2021 They are very impatient and short with you, when I tried to make my order, the attendant rudely be cutting you off mid sentence and then messed the order up and then when you reorder they charged me twice. I asked to speak to theManager on duty she never came and spoke with me. Has the nerve to print out a slip and sent it to the car by a carhop and Lied to me about a refund that I have yet to receive back. I call twice about the issue and each time they say it takes 30 days. Well it's about to be July soon and I still don't have a refund. The manager claimed she had the bank on the phone and they supposed to refund me yet again in 30 days. We shall see. Do not let them take your money. They are crooks at the Selma, Alabama location. They are very programmed to say in 30 days, but if you are not persistent they will steal your hard earned money. This is very unprofessional and Something needs to be done. I really don't care to visit this location again.

Very hit or miss. Mostly miss. Needs A LOT of work on customer service and employee training. Also need to work on accurate food temperatures. Might need a technician to come and look at the stalls since about 90% of them do not seem to work correctly. I have run out of stars to take away at this point.

Ordered lunch and sat there almost an hour. The two stalls nest to me had four vehicles place orders and leave and still didn’t get my food. Hit the button to ask where my food was and they all they said was it is coming waited another 15 minutes and still no food. They have the worst customer service and employees I have ever seen. Will never go back.
