I tried to get my check cashed and by it said Official check on the top right corner she would not cash my check. They are a family own business so I could not report the cashier refusing to cash my cashier check. Atleast I know where I stand.

The only market within a few "block" of downtown Selma. A local favorite. There is a takeout restaurant with Breakfast and lunch.. meat & sides. Each day is a different lunch special. Great for extra groceries, snacks, a small produce section, refrigerated & frozen meats, drinks, alcohol, fishing gear & supplies, car & hardware section, keys made, checks cashed & much more! Household items as well. Good quick stop for tourists visiting the Edmund Pettus Bridge, Voting Rights Museum, Memorial Park & The Selma Interpretive Center.

Great service! I went in and they were extremely busy but despite being overcrowded I was still greeted with tremendously superb service, a friendly face, and even though they were busy, very prompt service!

Best place in Selma for some great soul food. Love the fried catfish as well as the fried chicken livers!Good place to get bait for fishing too!
