They are amazing. My dog broke his femur at the head everyone told me I had to wait a month to be seen even though I already had an X-ray as well as another month to have the actual procedure. My dog had already waited a month for the X-ray. Selma was amazing I called Friday my dog was seen and had surgery performed the following Monday. Thank you so much for your help I greatly appreciate you guys. The price was super affordable and a breath of relief. The drive was almost 4hrs but I highly recommend this hospital.

I was told to bring my puppy in for check up between 8-11 am got there before 11 and was basically yelled at for showing up 8 mins until 11 and told I wouldn’t see Dr. I asked when I could come back and was told any day between 8-11 and talked to like I was stupid when I said but I’m here and it’s before 11 now. Lady at front desk just cost this hospital a lot of money I have 3 babies that will never go here because with that type of attitude I wouldn’t let anyone there touch my babies.

The staff are so very nice, and made me feel like I was the only pet parent there, although there were at least 4 other cars there. Thanks for taking care of my cat and her newborn kittens, and doing a great job with my dog, Buddy. Debra, thanks for being so nice and making me feel welcome. Dr. Lawrence, thanks for your kindness and patience. And the sweet lady that took care of Buddy Thursday (I cannot remember your name) thanks so much for treating him like he was the best dog in the world! Y'all are all awesome!!

Awesome, fast, convenient curbside service. My dog was in and out getting her rabies vaccination in about a minute. The person that come out was friendly and knowledgeable and got me out of there in a very timely manner. If I lived in Selma I would have all my animals going here!

Been using their service for nearly 30 years. I haven't he as an issue yet. They have a great record keeping system as well. That's very rare, because most places change and update their systems, which sometimes cause old information to be lost. Try them out for yourself😇🐕😇🐕

I work here and I love it! There is not a single person currently on staff that does not love what they do. This job is so rewarding we all value our positions here. We try to treat our clients and their pets like our own family and friends. Don't belive me come meet us for yourself!

You can tell from your first experience with them that they are actually here to help your pets and not just in it for the money. They are very easy to work with on payment plans. They are very thorough and gentle with the animals and they don't look an animal as vicious or mean bc of the breed. I take my pits there and they treat them like big puppies just like I do. I absolutely love selma animal hospital and recommend them to anyone with pets.

Selma Animal Hospital was the vet on call this weekend. I called about a problem my 6 year old Boxer was having. The vet on call made it clear that he did not want to come in. She had labored breathing and coughing up blood. He spent 5 minutes or less with her. Checked temperature, listened to heart and lungs, and said everything was fine. He gave her a shot for nausea (diagnosed digestive upset) and said if she wasn't better Sunday morning take her somewhere else. Monday morning her personal vet diagnosed her with severe pneumonia. She passed away Monday night. The service I received was uncaring and inept.
