First time it is facility easy access easy to the docks just have to know what gate to go in so you can get it right the first time. Receiving unloads fast the real safety conscience and polite. And there is overnight parking in front of the facility.

People are not lying about this place. Getting unloaded is like pulling teeth. They stand around and just run their mouths. Girls sitting in their with bonnets on trying to look cute to unload scrap. Someone needs to report this unloading crew

Fast loading. Scale empty on the way in. Loaded on the way out.From I-20, go east on US 80, then east on AL 14. DO NOT TAKE Co Rd 80 short cut. Continue on AL 14 to AL 140 and turn right.Co Rd 80 says No Trucks. It's passable, but you risk getting a ticket. No power lines were injured in the process of finding this out.

If you pick up a load here most places will reject it because it's full of roaches so drivers don't waste your time this is costing me a lot of money and home time and yes this just happened am supposed to be celebrating the New Year's home with my family not sitting in a parking lot waiting to find out what to do with a truckload of Selma roaches

I was lucky to be loaded here in 30 min just because there were no truck ahead of me, but on my way out there were around 12 of them and that just in 30-40 min.Make sure you have the right pickup number starts with 200******Be aware these there is no mobile phone service in that area so make sure you got all pickup information before coming here

Fast loading. Young PYT security lady was courteous and gave clear instructions. Big, clear signs for directions to your dock. Slide tandems before getting to the scale. Looks like there’s parking just before the scale at Gate 4

I’ve been to a LOT of IP facilities. Never EVER have I EVER waited this long! 2 hours tops. This one, 5 1/2 hours and I’m still in the dock waiting to be unloaded! Wow! I wouldn’t come back here unless the reviews show that they have done something to fix their system. Cause this one ain’t working.

Had an appointment for 7pm delivery. Arrived a day early and got told come back the next day an hour earlier then your appointment. So, I am here for the last 3 hours and only one truck got unloaded. Your appointment doesn’t mean a thing.I won’t come back here again for delivery

I don’t know why so many people have problem with this place. Unless I got lucky. I Got a door right away. 10 min later was loading me. I picked up big rolls of paper. Load wasn’t ready missing one roll. That took 30 min to hear from broker who said load what they got Friendly people and fast load time for me. Kind of tricky getting here tho.

Timing is everything. If you have bales of scrap paper go to Gate 4 and get on the scale. Follow map they give you to docks. Put me right in a door and started unloading. Dock 2 is a little hinky. Truck and trailer lean 5 degrees to the left. Not a comfy feeling. 4 stars because no lights on signs leading into plant. Everyone here was friendly and helpful for a first timer. Will come back.

In and out in 30 mins. Of course all I has was 4 pallets of something to deliver but as long as that's all I have I'd be glad to return.Update. Went back 2 weeks later with a full 20 pallets and still only took 30 mins

I really give this place 4.8 stars because you have to have an appointment setup for your delivery. The lady checking me in Saturday December 5, 2020 before 5pm was very polite and didn't mind answering questions needed to unload product. On the other hand the lady as I was leaving the facility working on December 5, 2020 after 5pm was rude and could care less about drivers questions. She takes the job so serious that if she was told her job ended you would need to put other security measures in place because she would actually go postal. But other than that great facility, yard dog and forklift drivers who are willing to help in any way possible.

I hate coming to this place, 5-7 hour wait to unload bale's of paper. Got here at 10:15Am and it is now 4:15 pm and I'm still waiting. This is not a one off situation my company has been sending me here for about 2weeks now and this is how it is every day on every shift. Employees are just milking out the clock while burning the truckdrivers hours. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars. I definitely would.

If I could give no stars I would , the white racist lady at the gate where you pick up loads from is very unprofessional and has ridiculous rules that do Not apply to your company at all. She turned away driver after driver for the dumbest reasons,. Driver was wearing shorts that are part of the uniform and she turned them away .. that has absolutely nothing to do with picking up a load on a truck 😒. I’m reporting her and all the incidents I witnessed today. Please get her another position because she is costing you too much money

Eight hours to get loaded and obviously I ran out of HR so I had to spend the night outside the property on the side of the road and on top of that the property it’s totally disgusting the drivers lounge where you wait for them to load your truck it’s absolutely ghetto fabulous and disgusting 🤮

If you’re delivering oc/scrape paper follow signs for gate 4… pack a lunch and dinner. Been here 8hr and counting. You won’t be able to sleep in line because you have to pay attention

All i do is international paper and this place is by far the worst. On monday 7- 25-22 around 2pm sat here for two hours waiting to unload. Walked in and found the 2 " workers" standing looking at their phones and just chatting away. FIRE both their lazy as%#s and hire some people that want to work. No time for worthless lazy people costing me money.

Here for a pickup....cant speak for the deliveries. In n out in 30 mins.Slide ur tandems b4 u get on the scale...they will make u get to the back of the line n come in again. Long pants, safety vest, closed shoes. And safety glasses

It's not to bad if you are Western Express driver because most freight coming out is drop and hook and rarely is it a live load. Overnight parking also on the left just outside the gate.

Dont come here to load if you have an authorized passenger in your truck. They wont let you load if you have one. Also people here have attitudes that are ridiculous. When I was told that I couldnt have a passenger in truck I walked away and the parting comment was, dont know why drivers have to have wives or gf in the first place. Drivers are nasty people. So I ignored it and walked out.

I give it one star because it's mandatory because if it were up to me I wouldn't give them a single one. It's incredible the poor work of this place. I'm here early to unload and they are unable to do their job quickly.

Guardshack folks are miserable af. Quick loading, had to wait for a door. Scale on site. Lots of stupid rules - can’t wait in cab whilst loading for example.... sign saying safety vest must be yellow etc etc....

Have been calling for 2 days with no answer from anyone at this 24/7 facility.... there is no answering machine for call backs and the employees at the other facilities in Selma were less than helpful/professional and in the end, hung up on me.... would not recommend
