Racist. Plain Racist animals work here. They have no clue how to attend to customers and have no manners plain rude animals.🛑IF YOU ARENT BLACK DONT COME HERE!1 I got a cold coffee I mean cold! I asked for fresh coffee and that upset the lady with the beard she switched my coffee into a smaller cup to stick it in the microwave and manager said no make coffee and this employee was more mad! I told her I was also missing a gravy she rolled her eyes and ignored me took a black lady’s order gave her order… I am still waiting… a young black girl asked for a gravy and got her order real quick…. I am here still waiting for my gravy… a third black young man was about to order and I took the step to stop the transaction to get in this lady’s face. ENOUGH ENOUGH WITH IGNORING ME!!!! She denied it but yet would not give me a drink. Another employee helped by giving me a coke. After I was set. I asked for a refund and gave them their food back. I HAD NEVER BEEN TREAT THIS WAY EVER!

Dont buy from here if you want to have the worse experience from a local fast food restaurant then go for it. Otherwise they are racist and very disrespectful i ordered for the family and they gave me the order and i explicitly said no ice on the drinks and what did they do. They put ice in there and i paid extra for lettuce and tomato for the deluxe sandwich and they gave me almost nothing also I didn’t even get the choice to get a Small Medium or Large for the order like wow!!!!! If i were the owner i would kick them out the place (literally kick them out) and fire them without any notice. Hate this place!! I would come back with the family if there is better service and attention to the customers.

The food was decent, but the service was very slow. Waited 10 mins to order and another 15 mins for my food.Those who ordered before me and after me did not have to wait for their order to be taken. It was literally 10 mins of me being the next person in line before she took ky ordered. The ones that ordered after me got their food before me. The counter person was cheerful, nice, and joking with the other patrons, but had a don't care and rude attitude towards me, I honestly think they were hoping I would leave without having to ask me for an order. All I wanted was a biscuit.A guest that came in right before I walked out the door made a racist comment about me, lets just say you use them with soup, and the counter person laughed. I laughed, too, internally, but it still wasn't right.I will say that I was the only one without extreme levels of melatonin in my skin.I won't be back to this location.

I went their monday morning and got a sausage biscuit. I said good morning and the girl looked at me like I said a bad word. Never open her mouth Well I told one of manager and she told me that is how young folk are. Well she couldn't be working for me if she couldn't greet the customer better. Who she think keep the place going. THE customers. Well other can keep right on going i" ll out of there. I'm not going to pay money to be treated bad no matter how hungry I am ,there are other places to eat. Marilyn's was the personMean lady to a 75 year old lady. She woke up and able to come to work. I was able to get up drive there and to Montgomery. It was a good morning. Blessing to all.

I used to love the breakfast here. And my coworkers and I would always eat lunch here. IT is unbearable now. I really don't know what is worse, the lackadaisical attitude of EVERY single person that works there. Or the upper management that you bring the situation up to. I can guarantee you this, neither my coworkers and I will never darken the doorstep of this hardee's. Of course, as evidenced by the reviews here, and the ZERO change there...they really don't care either way.

They were extremely rude when they took my order and then they gave me the wrong food. I had to go all the way back through the drivethrough to get my food and I still didn't get all my food. The endividual in drive-through was extremely rude and very impatient on trying to take my order and my order didn't take more than a couple minutes. To even decide on everything and with everything pretty much not being correct. And happen to go back through this place is not a place I recommend on you going because it is bad service and bad quality.

I've been going to the local Hardee's since I was a child. The the menu and employees may have changed, but the food is still hot and fresh. There may be a wait but I know the food will always be freshly prepared . Of course it isn't Carl Jr's, but you can tell that by the sign outside.

I visited Hardee's in Selma, Alabama and it was one of the worst experiences that I have had in a long time. My family and I went through the drive through. Cashier Dee Dee as she called herself was very rude and disrespectful. I realize this is a low paying job but there is no excuse to be rude to customers. We wanted to change something on the order, we agreed to go through the drive though a second time to get our order correct. When we arrived at the window for the second time she addressed us with her back turned to us the entire time. Our order was still not correct so the manager had to come out to check on us. She apologized for Dee Dee's rudeness. I would like to say " put Dee Dee in the back so she doesn't have to interact with the costumers." We should not have to endure her rude attitude even if we changed our mind or wanted warm food. I'm just saying. The food was good but took a back seat to Dee Dee's attitude. -Catherine (drove 14 hours from Michigan to encounter Dee Dee's bad day)

Traveling through the area for vacation and stopped in for a few biscuits. Had to wait past the drive through (to be expected when ordering chicken). Along the way multiple staff repeated the order correctly but when the food came my bacon, egg, and cheese was missing. The one biscuit that should have been easy! Bad experience.

The food was always decent, just like every Hardee's that I've been too. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 was due to the unfriendliness of the staff. It was breakfast time so maybe other shifts are a little more friendly. Still solid food though

The store was nice and clean as was the staff and just as friendly. The food was fresh and hot. Managed to get my order correct the 1st time. The only issue I had with it was that I ask about their milkshakes being made with ice cream such as the chocolate shake being made out of chocolate ice cream and not vanilla with chocolate syrup was told they were in fact made with the ice cream and not mixed but was mislead. So for the fact that they mislead me on the milk shakes I am only giving them 4 stars because if i am gonna pay as much for 2 scoops of ice cream as I do a gallon of the stuff I atleast expect it to be the real deal. But other than that everything was up to par and would go back.

I had a very enjoyable breakfast & experience on 12/23/2018, @ 9:48. The Manager & Crew working together quietly got the job done!Moving drive thru & lobby very fast kept the customers happy; which will also, keep in mind that they'll return for the same service. Food hot & soft, very tasty & fresh. Everyone was happy & satisfied. No fussing, no arguments! VERY CLEAN! Managers set the tone for employees at all times! Thanks

This place has the breakfast down pat. The quality of the food is always great, and with only a few exceptions, they are pretty good about getting your order right. Unfortunately, they are slow, and even slower for the non-breakfast hours. I would have given these guys a 4 star based on food alone, but customer service almost earns it a 1 star.Last time i was there went through the drive thru, waited forever, and they ended up screwing up the order by leaving an item off. I caught it from the receipt even before the food came out. They forgot to ring up my wife's items. No biggie, I told them just add it to it. Nope, you got to go all the way around and order again. Poor customer service.

Lately Every Time I Go To This Location It’s A Problem.I ordered 3 combos & the cashier automatically upsized my meals, i realized it, after I had already paid. The cashiers’ response was, well you didn’t say what size you wanted. I’m really disappointed because Hardee’s use to be my one of my favorites.

I am familiar with Carl's Jr., which is the same corporate owner as Hardee's but they are located on the west coast and let me say that I was not disappointed with the selection of food but the service. The worst fast food service I have ever experienced. All I ordered were 2 fry's and 2 drinks and it took the cashier 10 minutes to ring it in and another 20 to receive the order. That is not fast food. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They seem under-trained and unaware of basic people skills. The management was no better as the reprimanded staff in front of customers and allowed customers to tell them how to do their job. The dining room was not clean and overall experience left me wondering how they can even stay open with staff so horrible. It really ruins the experience, since the food is not half bad.

We went through drive through and ordered 2 burgers. It took 30 minutes to get our order and the it was cold. I didn't eat but a couple of bites. I did think it was cooked properly. I won't go to this Hardee's again.

The food is great but the service is horrible. They are really busy during the morning rush and usually service hot food. However, when you get your food you never get a spoon, napkins or condiments. You leave and there's nothing to eat your grits with. No spoon, no butter, salt or pepper. This is a part of having good service .

The service is slow and the employees do not even pretend to show they care. I have eaten inside once and had a 10 minute wait. The last two experiences 12 minuetes and 15 minutes. Each of these times I had to go back inside to remind the cashier that they had pulled me forward. I honestly think they forgot. Hardees, you have good food but your service is well below acceptable.
