Big sign out front said OPEN just don't go within 10 minutes or so of their closing. Only thing you will get is lies. Went to try and get Propane tank filled, was told they were out. Refill tank said they had 276 gallons or lbs left however they measure it. I would have rather he just said, we want to go home not make a few dollars and I would have been fine with that. I guess Tractor supply will just get my business.

I only go to GreenPoint Ag for ammunition for my firearms. The guy at the counter is always nice, can’t remember his name at the moment. The staff at the front counter always welcomes you into the store with a smile.

prices are so much lower than tractor supply! friendly people. Quality catfish food, sweet feed, and, baled hay. The cheapest around hands down!

Found this place and thought I would check it out to see what it had. And it had just about everything you might expect to find in a place like this. I browsed for a while, found something that I didn't realize I needed until I saw it, and bought it. That is what I would call a successful discovery.

The last time I went the young man and woman there were friendly and helpful. This time was the complete opposite. I got told to try Dollar General for the item that I was looking for by a seemingly grumpy old gentleman who looked at me and treated me like I wasn't worth his time. Apparently they closed early today, because they kicked this family out as soon as they came in and told them they'd open at 7:30 on Monday. Cobwebs on the food items by the door. I talked my family into going there today and they told me that they will not be going back.

NO customer service. They do not acknowledge customers when they walk in nor do they ask if you need help.This is the second time I have been to this store, both times the man and woman were arguing and my request for help was ignore. I wont return.

The associate was not friendly at all. Short in talking to me. If I had to go back and see him. I will turn around. In fact I wanted to buy 2 leather belts,dog dewormed, flea and tick medications for 8 strays that on my land living in the woods but come out and lay around, Plus mine dog make 9 he get meds from Vet. But I needed a new collar for my dog furry son.I was so excited to locate 55% Malathion I went straight to the front to pay.People must realize your customer help the business. I would have spent a lot more but why buy more to be continually hv him be rude. There are other places. I got my 55% and lime and left. But not happy. He didn't pretend. Young but that's no excuse.Customers pay the bills and help in whatever the owner, owners and associates hv no matter how small it counts.That is not the only CO OP.I gave tge co op 2 stars because I couldnt locate the 55% marathion anywhere but finally there.It would have been less.The guy who loaded the my car of lime was friendly. I would him a 5 stars Customer service he has is great.

They have everything you could need from a farmers supply store and much much more. They help you find whatever you need to fit your needs and budget. The employees are very nice and kind and eager to help you. You get the luxury of a big store and having lots of varieties to chhose from without sacrificing the hospitality. I highly recommend the Central Alabama Farmers Co- Op in Selma vs. any other farm supply store around.

Very poor customer service...no follow up. Ordered a product to be delivered. Time set, but no show. No phone calls returned, or messages returned. So every time I would call them, just got another excuse why the job couldn’t be done. One excuse was if I can get everyone to come to work...geez lol
