Friendly staff and cheap insurance, but...Unfortunately they couldn't transfer my insurance to be used for a rental car that I needed asap. Also, once I paid $70 and found out they couldn't do what I needed I canceled my policy. I was told that I wouldn't get a full refund even though it's only been one day...that it's prorated and I might get back $20. That all depends on their accounting department. So I asked for that number and was told nobody has it. So basically I wasted $70 dollars and had to find another insurance provider that could do what I needed.Update...Due to my post, a member of management tried to reach out to me. At that point, I've talked to several people about the same issue, so I didn't bother responding back out of disappointment and frustration. Surprisingly, I received my refund in the mail. So thank you to whoever it was that had the decency to show compassion especially during these times. Bless you and thank you so much.

I was struck by 18 wheeler and filed with trucking company acceptance total loss dept manager took my deductible and was very rude. I was the victim in this accident. They are one of the worst companies I know. They don't even return your call on claims. I spent quite a bit when I was insured with them and they didn't do anything to fight for me or help me.
