Bathrooms out of order. Where do your associates go. Was told to go across hwy. to dollar tree to use bathroom. So sad. Lost my purchase and will loose more. Is this still America. 😕

Its OK. Probably the best place to shop if your out in Seale, AL. The only major down side that they don't always honor coupons when they should.

The store is a mess, all the time. I've gotten my own items off of u-boats/floats because nobody cared to stock the shelves. There is NEVER a cashier at the register, and even with a long line, only 1 is open even with more associates in the store. They have the product but don't put it out. It's a recurring thing with DG and they really need to get it together. It's like they just do not care at all. So much profit is lost by not putting out the products. But obviously, corporate doesn't care either!!

These stores have gone steadily downhill. Do not stop if you are in a hurry. It appears this specific store has had a major changeover. My choice of time was not great either. After work customers. Long line. New cashier. Looked like only one cashier and a manager who did not come out until the line was ready to protest. Not only bad customer service, bad customers.

It's the closest store to my home. I live in the country & don't have transportation. It's 4 1/2 miles from my home but the Manager doesnt6 do her job. I've been trying to get a can opener for 3 months. Was there 2 & 3 days ago & asked her, Stephanie, did they still carry them. She said yes & they had them but they were still boxed in the storeroom. I asked her to please get 1 for me & put it behind the counter & get it next time I came in, No Comment. I went the next day, looked for it, saw her, asked about it...No Response from her. I said out loud. I guess not & walked off. Still don't have it.

7/5/2021 very rude opening key holder. You could tell she was extremely annoyed with customers coming into the store or checking out because she would slam whatever she was doing down and walk over. Every single person that bags there including the manager is double bagging 3 items when each bag can hold up to 20-50lbs, the bags are made for that. Today received 12 bags for things when I can fit it into 3 and also categorize them. They don't know how to fill bags either, tall boxes and rectangle shape things on the sides, heavy things in the middle, which was taught to me when I worked at a dollar general. It really isnt that hard. Every truck day the whole floor is filled with rolltainers to where you can barely get through the store. Even when back space is not full, rolltainers everywhere on the floor. Only suppose to have 3 roll tainers per person and in the similair area of stocking. One for boxes, one for overstock, and one for stockings things on shelves. And you fold and lay the boxes on the rolltainer a certain way so it stacks nicely and is sent back correctly. Stocking should take 2 days max not the entire week. The shelves are hardly ever filled even before covid. Sky shelves look awful and products not worked down whenever I come in, that is also supposed be a separate day to do that in the week. I recommend the manager getting in touch with manager mrs. Lynn/Rebecca M. where she manages a dollar general in Putney GA. She is either there or in Baconton GA. She took an extremely broken store that is 4 times the size of this one, a heavily trafficked highway store, and fixed it within 6 months. You could recover within 2 hrs. I recommend she learn everything she can from her. And when a shipment comes in, have the driver organize the rolltainers by category. Cleaning, food, pet, health products, etc. It makes it much easier and faster to get through. The way it is managed now, will continue to have a broken small store.

When you have a cashier there to wait on you and she tells you that she can't and makes you use the self check out instead of ringing you up that is peer laziness and why have a cashier they sure don't stock the shelves, they just go outside instead. Never gonna go back there again.

I drove 30 mins to this location because online stated it opens at 6 a.m. I've been sitting outside the store for 25 mins now after 6 a.m. and the doors are not open. Im noticing that the store hours sign on the front door doesn't have a any times on it but right now online it says this location is now open and closes at 8 p.m.

What I like about DG is that they get good things to stalk, but one day my friend and me were on the phone and she asked a lady that was stalking the shelves, my friend asked her if she was stalking Takis, but she said no, but other days there are Takis, plz do something about this!.

Nice friendly workers. Sometimes there is a long wait in line. Sometimes the aisles are tight when they have to put up stock. Store is close to home which sometimes save me a trip to town.

This store is a hot mess forreally it's way to small and they can't keep any employees not even a manager they always run out of stuff and never seem to get the stock put all out before the next truck gets there. Dollar general should have a bigger one put there and get someone in there that cares.

Prices are good,but you still have a hard time trying to get down the isles. Carts blocked off most of them. I had to leave my cart alot. Don't understand how this continues to be a problem.

Manager now is rude and prejudice. Where did Harry go. I'm a local. Store use to be clean, stocked and friendly, but not since Harry left.

So much for convenience, this DG is trash. Messy and dirty store and not very well stocked, very unorganized. We were passing through traveling, next tim we'll be sure to keep going.

Right off of highway 169, this store sits by its very own. The store is crowded and tight, long wait at checkout. Restrooms are locked so you have to wait in line to get a key.

I live nearby and have stop by a couple times a week. The line is sometimes slow but I feel blessed to have a store nearby that usually has what we need ☺️ usually great customer service as well!

The manager had her employees asking if people want to round out their cash to the nearest dollar for a national crisis emergency if the customer says no Then they will ask you if you have exact change if you do not they tell you that there is a national coin shortage I spoke up and said no I've been to another Dollar General and they said nothing like this then the manager changed it and said it's the bank's that's having a national coin shortage not Dollar General

This place is a lifesaver. Clean restrooms. Good selection of value priced merchandise. Low cost cards, balloons, soft drinks and snacks.Low cost toiletries and otc medications.

Just stopped at this store at 8pm on a Friday night and they told us they were closed. They told us this store goes by eastern time but they are in the central time zone. Never heard of anything like this before. This store will never get a penny of my money!

Has many items that I drive to the city for. Some things are a little more expensive than in the city but it is convenient to have them so close to home.
