I've lived in several cities from Athens AL to Soddy Daisy TN. The OGP (online grocery pickup) department for this store is atrocious. As a Walmart plus member I have spoken to both the online customer support team as well as several key managers at this location several times regarding multiple ongoing issues. Sadly, I can assure you it's not incompetence, but THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. Obviously they must assume that since their overall volume and sales are good, they don't have to insure accuracy of inventory, timeliness, or true customer satisfaction. As a Plus Member for over two years having shopped dozens of stores in two different states for comparison, my feedback is absolutely non biased and fair here.

You have some very rude employees…. (not all, but definitely some). An orientation class should include a class on acknowledging the public with respect 101 would be a recommendation from this customer…Management needs to make a trip to a Publix store and get a lesson on how this is done.

This store needs more cashiers! They should be able to recognize when the 2 or 3 cashiers are being bombarded. Half in hour in line to be checked out is not good customer service. Not the cashiers fault.

They going to 80% self checkout !!! Do i get the 10 % discount for working there ? While emplyees just stand around and watch you do the work ..... friday evening lines out past the checkout entrance and only 3 registars open ...... walmart sucks

1st time, at this location. Our Cashier was polite and personable. And efficiently packed my bags. There were more Cashiers available, unlike locations in VA., and the lines went down quickly. The Self-Checkout, was practically empty, which is great. Quick in/ Quick out. The store was clean of debris and re-shop. Will be frequenting this location!

Online says auto center closes at 7 (auto center sign says 7pm also)I show up 3:45 needing tires and they are closing at 4 and can't help me. I'll pay more to go elsewhere from now on

It's Walmart...No cashier's, no one available if you need help...The ONLY bright spot was the guy working in the Automotive department, he was knowledgeable and helpful.Other than him, it's the worst place in America to shop....Worst customer service around and least friendly staff as directed by their piss poor business plan to disenfranchise the customer.

There were several sales going on and I like seeing manager specials..I got lots of sales and special buys. The shockers were very friendly and helpful as I shopped. This store is busy so they have to stock often.. I have no problems shopping this store. Getting in and out usually goes real smooth..This store has a hiring sign out front when you enter the store..drop by and put in application.. The fresh fruits and vegetables are a plus.. recommend

This is one of the best locations for a hot plate of food.. mind you,, rye chicken tenders were to hard on the outside but 5he side dishes were seasoned and tasted great without having to add salt or pepper...

Some workers are friendly customer service sucks they act like your invading their personal space and will not ask can I help you until their done talking to each other. The jewelry department sucks nobody is ever around to help so what the point of having it open. The tire center says online they open up at 7 am but at 7:30 they still have it roped off so cars can't come in and nobody answers the phone so you may or may not get the help you need here

This tv was marked 299 but when i wanted to buy one they said it was 650 ! You can clearly see the sign in the picture says 299. I think they should let me buy this tv for what THEY priced it for !

The place appeared huge and well lit compared to Superwalmart in our state. They had everything in stock we were shopping for. It was clean, and the staff was helpful.I'm really impressed because we won't shop at our store in PA because there's never enough cashiers, stock can be unorganized on the shelves, and sometimes doesn't even feel safe depending on which day and time of day we shop there.
