first I came in looking to buy something to help my siding project go easier. I wish I had got his name, but he was so amazing and helpful. Then I rented the tool that I needed since the one that I wanted was not in stock and Cameron helped me after Cameron helped me I had to bring the tool back because it malfunctioned and Jim helped me and was so wonderful. I came back the next day to rent another tool and. was there. He asked about how my tool rental went and when I told him I had issues he gave me a discount I’m from Memphis Tennessee and I’m only here for a week doing some work locally and this is the best store I have ever been to none of the Memphis stores are this helpful and friendly.

I placed a large order of garden tiles with them. When their deliverer brought them, they hit my electric gate and destroyed it. Case was filed with their deliverer’s insurance company who denied it. Next they filed it with their own company, which I assumed denied it, since they are back to filing it with the deliverer’s company. That insurer informed me today I had a $1000 deductible. How is this possible when I have no policy with them? This all has been going on for over a year and Home Depot has been nil on communication with me. Lowe’s is my store from now on. Very sad indeed when a national company of their standing refuses to stand good on damages they caused.I cannot get your link to open.Copied link and filled out. You already have all relevant information on file at your store. This has been going on for over a year. I could not even get the manager to keep me updated. Shameful!

We rented a rug doctor and were told 3 different things by 3 different people- the first person said the deposit would come back to my account. Second person said deposit back for what? Third person said “you’re not supposed to get a deposit back.” she called back and said to get in contact with our bank.. ok cool before we even got a chance to say anything else she said okay thanks bye. AND HUNG UP ON A CUSTOMER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! sounded like she was speedballing as well. if i could rate ZERO stars i would.

Customer service is awesome here at this store. Bathroom clean, parking spots galore and it’s an added plus that it’s right up the street from the Maples Rug Warehouses.

ZOE was amazing! I I called to ask about products... she dropped whatever she was doing, and went out of her way on a late Friday night to find those products, and give me any information I needed. (You will not find that at Lowe's). And you will not find that with most workers, period.She was so friendly and helpful. ZOE deserves a RAISE.

I used to like this chain but after a recent experience where am item had to be special ordered, I will NOT be shopping there. The customer service was lacking, to say the least... Poor concentration (by the employee who completely messed up my order/account info/etc.), communication (I called to verify my order delivery and was told it wasn't in yet and they would call me. They Did Not call me. My order WAS There when I had called earlier but wasn't notified until that night by email), customer service (when I spoke to the TL in customer service about the multiple issues regarding my order, she was rude with attitude). Unfortunately, I have had to return for a few small things (simply because of location and time constraints otherwise I would have went somewhere else) but I will NOT be making large purchases there Ever again.

Ordered online, went to pick-up at store, marked pick-up area wasn't being monitored, but I stood there 10 mins before I realized. The store was almost empty. The only customers were around the service desk, which had one person. I spent nearly 30 mins in a store nearly empty to pick up something I already paid for.

This is, by far, the worst Home Depot I've ever experienced. Getting anyone on the phone is all but impossible. I have called six times over the last several days and only one time was I able to get anyone on the phone. I was supposed to have 72 sheets of drywall delivered a couple of days ago. It never showed up and I was never called about it even though I was assured in three conversations by the Home Depot online customer service that they had spoken with the store multiple times. Last night, I tried to give them a second chance. I needed 18 sheets of 1/2" drywall and 60 sheets of 1/4" drywall. They had FOUR sheets of 1/2" 4' x 8' on the floor. By the time all was said and done, it took an hour and a half of waiting during a very slow time in the evening to get the drywall down from the rack and get loaded. Home Depot Corporate needs to take a hard look at the management of this store.

This store is terrible. Last week I placed an order and half of the items were pulled in error. They didn’t look at the item number. I guess they are a bunch of kindergarten kids pulling by picture. So I got 4 inch gutters with 6 inch connectors. So I made the mistake of placing another order. Much simpler, or so I thought. When I got to the store . Two items weren’t pulled. So the person at the service desk wrote down the isle and bay #. So that I could pull them myself.So if you ABSOLUTELY HAVE to shop the Home Depot in Scottsboro, Al. Just go do your own shopping. Because they don’t know how to fulfill an order. DONE with this store

Do not expect corporate office to help you . Pro service counter does a great job on orders , but corporate sent wrong material a week late . Now waiting 2 more weeks for my original order to be delivered.Home Depot is not going to be my first choice anymore.Home Depot corporate is a waste of my time , trying to finish my customer jobs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called 8 times and no one answered the phone. I had to call customer service to be transferred to have someone at that store to answer. This seems to be an issue at this store that needs to be addressed.

Pretty Horrible, I have been hung up on by managers. DO NOT BUY HERE. I Purchased 2 Shaker Doors for my Remodel, I do not have the receipt as they were items I picked up at the last minute, I purchased them by themselves, they are the only ones that sell this brand they are obviously their doors and I obviously didn't steal them to run a scam on Home Depot, Clown Show Rude and abrupt, Melissa literally hung up on me. Awesome yall, I recorded both of the phone calls where they hung up and were rude. Thanks for nothing.

Do not recommend purchasing appliances for delivery from this location. We ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered and installed today. The guys they sent said it was their 1st day and came without any tools or know how. We had to loan them a knife to cut open the boxes, as they didn't even have a box cutter/knife with them. They only dropped off the appliances and did not install them. We spent almost 2 hours on the phone with both the store and the delivery department. I even had to call the delivery department on another phone line, as I waited about 30 minutes without any interaction with the representative. Worst service ever!

Caleb in lawn and garden was EXCEPTIONAL with customer service, helping me decide on mulch, plastic and garden fencing.... loaded all 30 bags of mulch on the trailer and helped me tie it down!!! He deserves a raise FOR REAL!!! Thanks again Caleb!!

I love Home Depot but this was mostly a terrible experience. The ladies at the service counter were the actual best people and after going to the rest of the store, I now understand why everyone was going to the service counter. I have never witnessed so many employees standing around refusing to help people. I needed a simple tool that was locked behind a cage. I had no questions about it, I knew what I wanted. At other Home Depots the employees standing around the self checkout area usually help in this matter, NOT HERE! I asked the lady standing there, doing nothing but looking around, if she could get a tool for me. She says "No, 'some guy' is here and he can do it". I was shocked by this. No one had ever said "No, I can't/don't want to help you at Home Depot. So I go ask 'guy' (sorry I cannot remember his name) and he was with another customer but the customer said thanks and walked away, so I ask for the tool I need and he chases down the guy that walked away and tells him if he buys some combo set that he'll knock $50 off the price just to get this dude to buy some set. The customer was saying no to the employee until he offered $50 off. The customer agrees and finally he's done. I am waiting at the tool I need and instead of 'guy' coming to unlock the cage to take my tool to the register he stops and asks a group of guys if they need help. I'm a woman and I'm pretty accustomed to being ignored and talked down to by men when it comes to tools, and now that I'm pregnant its even worse, but this was absolutely ridiculous. After he's done with the group of men and has no other ways to avoid me, he finally comes and unlocks the cage and is rude to me the entire time. Acting like I was such an inconvenience to help but was just happy to help other men. At the end he stuck the tool in my buggy and let me walk around with it until I guess he thought he better take it to the register? I'm not sure what happened there but I know one thing. I will NEVER step foot in this Home Depot again. Everything here was unacceptable accept the lovey ladies at customer service. Blessings to them.

Came in for flowers. Pretty basic selection. I really wish stores would start carrying more native plants and not so many invasive species. Even the "Wild Flower" seed packs were full of nonsense native plants.

I stopped to look at several items. They have pre-hung steel exterior entry doors with half lights for $324.00, inluding machinging, hinges, and frame. There is a nice selection of kitchen double sinks at reasonable prices. They have several options of double curtain rods for windows up to 120" wide. The last item on my list was solid surface and stone countertops. They offered several patterns at $32.00 & $41.00 per square foot. There are several good choices for my project.

I always have fun looking around, they have a great supply of building materials, plants, grills, patio furniture and the list goes on. I can always find a helpful, polite, respectful employee when I need help.
