I had a very good experience here. I brought in a cat that had not been seen for 3 years to get a rabies vaccine. In examining her they found flees and a double ear infection. She was treated for both and they showed me how to treat her ears. They were friendly and gentile with a very scared kitty.. they do purge files after 3 years- but had digital records.

Called to see if they could see my cat same day because she was scratching her ears so much and I wanted some relief for her. They were so helpful and got her right in and we got medicine for ear mites as well as flushed her ears. She felt so much better afterwards. Great people at Williams Animal Clinic

I want to like this place, but after Bo passed, I cannot bring myself to go back. I loved that dog more than I love anything else on this planet. Some of the staff seem great, but there's a few that seem like they would rather be somewhere else.

I was a walk in & they checked out my baby in no time. Very nice facility & great staff. The Vet came in person to talk to me about what the issue was; he was very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I brought my dying dog to them. They needed 481 dollars up front. I said i could do 200 and pay the rest on Fri when I get paid. This was on wed. They said no. They may be good veterinarian's but , they will not work with you on the money. So ,if your dog is dying and pay day hasn't got here then you better find some where else to go. Btw. my dog died .

I carried my Yorker to them, I thought she had been poisoned. They examined her and worked me up a bill for 650$. They would not treat her until I paid upfront. The compassion here is non existent. The only nice effort was they didn’t charge me for exam. I took her up the road, got her treatment, they kept her to evaluate her. Treated us with compassion and kindness and 550$ less. Our pets is part of our family, They should be treated as such. Shame on you Scottsboro Pet Care. Bless you Phillips Animal clinic..

Money hungry, and not much care for the animals; my dog had cancer but the vet wanted to treat her leg, got x-rays and cost me a lot of money when cancer was real diagnosis. Took her to phillips and they told me immediately.Also took a dog previous to that and he was diagnosed with heart worms. Dr Elliot checked him out a few months later and said he does not have heart worms, he has fluid.

Everyone is super nice and really care. I only take off one star because they young lady who you first talked to us never smiled and just focused on the computer, no eye contact and gave the sense of not wanting to be there. Everyone else was AWESOME

Our dog is aging and the care she received at this clinic was exceptional. They had us drop her off and pick up later. In her life, she has Never been happy with that. When we came, she was happy to see us but honestly, she was still just interested in what all was going on, not scared and desperate to get out. She trusts them and that speaks a bunch. We appreciate the care and concern that they showed to our family member. It is hard enough when you dog is old and the hurt that goes with it.

I brought my service dog in due to a possible UTI (urinary tract infection). She also needed flea/tick and heart worm medication. I loved the friendly care, from the receptionist to the doctor. I felt the prices were very reasonable. They gave me a written estimate ahead of time, letting me choose what services I wanted and when I wanted them. We have recently moved to Scottsboro from out of state. Scottsboro Pet Care will be Bella’s vet clinic moving forward!!

I took my baby here today. She’s was having a seizure and she was hanging on to her life and they wouldn’t touch her until they got $572 from us. We asked about payments, we asked about care credit. They wouldn’t do any of it. I picked my baby up and took her to Phillip’s, she’s doing better but she’s still not herself. Phillips took her back immediately. I am extremely disappointed in this “Vet” so sad they care more about money than the animals that get brought in. You guys are ABSOLUTELY pathetic. It’s so sad that you have ALL THESE PEOPLE fooled. I hope you get shut down and you ALL lose your license. These people should never ever be around your animals, especially when they were WILLING to let my sweet baby die before they got their money. There’s a nice spot in hell for you guys.

I called and made an appointment in a Saturday, so I didn't have to wait long. They treated my dog and gave us medication to take home. The medication started taking effect the next day. They called me three days later to check on how my little guy was doing. The doctors seemed to genuinely care about his well being.

I love Williams clinic. We came in to Scottsboro to visit, I've always used Williams. I didn't have an appointment but they saw her, cut her nails and updated her on her shots. They are great and friendly people. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. They truly care.

Very nice! We stopped here at 4:30pm one day after Phillips Animal Clinic was rude and told us they didn't have time to deal with us that day. We stopped at Williams and they were great! Definitely will use them from now on!

In and out very quickly without an appointment, even on Saturday. Prices are very reasonable. My dog had a hot spot on her head, they were able to diagnose and treat it quickly. They gave us a prescription for her and care instructions, and we were on our way back home very quickly.

They took really good care of my family's special baby. They're very friendly and understand the whole "life happens" deal. If you're a little short funded, they're willing to work with you on payments.

Took our dog here about 3 months ago, he had been shot with a shotgun. The 24 hour emergency clinic said that his leg would need to be amputated. We wanted a second opinion. Dr. Mike took a look and told us that he thought he could save the leg. Three months later, we still have a four legged dog who is running and playing as if he had never been injured. Thanks for the wonderful treatment.

I absolutely love this clinic! Great staff and they took great care of my pup Uther! They also gave me a huge bag of free stuff including puppy food, toys, and other necessities that he would need. I would highly recommend bringing ur fur baby here!

Y'all could improve by doing the tests right, treating customers and pets better, refunding the money for y'alls mistakes...I could go on and on. The way my cousin and her dog was treated is unacceptable! Calling her little girl several times when she called is a huge No no! I would never recommend this place.

Terrible service! They only care about the money! My dog was DEATHLY sick and because it was a Saturday, they refused to give my dog fluids. I paid almost $800 for them to tell me that "if my dog makes it till Monday, they would hook her up on fluids then". They are EXTREMELY careless and I will never reccomend them to anyone I know!
