First time I have been in this family dollar in Scottsboro and I was not impressed. It was a mess, with carts all down the isles.. so prices are lot higher than other dollar stores.. don't think I will be going back .

Slowly stocked sometimes. I understand not many people work there though so that's ok. Other than it being convenient i definitely spend 20 30 dollars on essential items. But like I said I happen to have one a mile away

Staff member, older graying hair with bowl cut about 5:50 tonight, had buggy in aisle, I tried to squeeze past. Before I could bend down to pick it up she rudely and loudly said thanks and grabbed the item and slammed it back on the shelf. Everytime I am in this store they are rude. There is one nice cashier, she has brown wavy hair. Other than that, the rest need an attitude adjustment. I never feel welcomed there.

This location has been my neighborhood store for years. They remodeled with wide aisles and more coolers for grocery. Good little everything store. Quick stop for a good deal. I don’t have time for Wal-Mart.

So since the last time I've been they have drastically made things better. I can freely go in and buy what I need within ten minutes. A lot better than what it used to be. :3 change of management maybe I'm not sure... But way better.

For a dollar store it's ok I guess... you get what you pay for without a doughty... Always friendly and easy help you about anything you may need help with..

I bought some knock off ecko unlimited sandels for 8 bucks they look just like the real ones ...there not all that comfortable though..but hey 8 bucks for slides...that cool..

Waaaay too much stuff. Thin walkways decent prices sometimes but two litre drinks are high.

They wait till last minute to do anything and you can't move along in the store freely because there are huge buggies in the way filled with stuff that desperately needs to be put up. Worst store I've been to I refuse to go back. to me this sounds like the managers fault.

Family Dollar does NOT HONOR their sale advertising. In my opinion it's false advertising, they advertise one thing but at this store, the mgner and apparently the DM for this store does what they want to do, whether you have the items on sale that is advertised.

The manager and staff go out of their way to help you with any and all needs priced very inexpensive and is a very very clean store everyone is always friendly and meet you with a welcome to family dollar greeting and a smile.
