Will not ever get reserved parking again. It's all the way in the back when it should be closest to the store. I get reserved to be closer to the store so I don't have to go so far for the toilet in the mornings. I'm not a man who can just whip it out and piss in the lot like they ALL do.There are trucks EVERYWHERE making up spots and partially blocking driveways. It's a mess outside. I haven't even gone inside yet for anything other than checking in. The gal who checked me in was nice, though, so 👏🏼 for her.Do better, y'all. This industry is changing, and like it or not, all the truck stops need to change with it.

Clean facility with friendly employees. I had a reserved parking spot and arrived at 8:00 pm no problems. All the free spots were taken.

Really nice place to go lot of showers and a lot of parking some parking lots are a little tight and some of the nights the parking lot can get a little rough otherwise regular stands. This is a good place to go and do a long haul to rest just come in really early to get a good spot but after 11 you ain't going to find nothing here.

I when to this place to get a shower , for the first time, I was waiting at the driver waiting room , the screen that shows your number it doesn’t work and the intercom is not loud enough so I loss my chance . The customer service did not do anything to help just trounig the ball saying that it was my fault. I will never comes back to this location.

What a joke this place is employees are always on the phone and really don't pay attention to what's going on. Arby's in the same building is the worst, always out of roast beef how can this be the name of the restaurant is Arby's famous roast beef when asked employees said the manager told them not to cook more don't bother using the app it never works go next door to the chevron they have the best BBQ you'll ever eat and many other fabulous dishes I'll buy gas somewhere else trust me don't waste your time in this dump

An otherwise uneventful visit to a clean and well maintained store, with friendly staff gets 2 stars instead of 5 because of a critical lack of detail. There was no soap in the shower. Although this may sound trivial at first, after traveling all day in the road and paying for a shower that's supposed to include towels and soap, having no soap is a big let down.It's like going to a restaurant and being served soup without a spoon. Except your clothes are already off when you discover the oversight. Now what?I'm sure staff has a checklist they're supposed to use to make sure seemingly insignificant details like this aren't overlooked. Well tonight it failed.

We had to stop here to get coffee and use restrooms. The staff was friendly. The store was okay. The parking lot was little disoriented and had trash here and there.

Loved this location. Lots of parking! Friendly employees as well as other truck drivers. Bathrooms are nice. Soda machine is TOUCH SCREEN- which I'm fascinated by. AND they have boiled peanuts- which are quite hard to find these days!! We're absolutely thrilled over this!

BAD PRODUCT QUALITY$70 box wasted in this garbage ..Bought it 2 days ago and it just stopped working.. I have the receipt stored i digital but because i didn’t take the pic at the bar code at the button of the receipt.. They do not want to receive it.I’m not lying but you are treating me like a liar.Very dissapointed!!!

We went in here to take a leak and I thought this would be like a normal store but this is a huge store with many different things. They have electronic stuff, car stuff, knives, souvenirs and many more things. They have coffee and other drinks as well. I would go again with some more time

Went in to get a slice of pizza yesterday. The cashier was to busy with her phone and cutting up paper to get what I asked for. My husband told her the cheese for the nachos was empty and she told him she didn't have time to fill it. I'm sorry but if she got off her phone and did her job she would have plenty of time. Also, she was very friendly with the family in front of us but when it was our turn she was very rude. I am not a racist person and was never raised that way but yesterday I saw this in this person. I would not recommend going into this place if you want respect because you most likely won't get it and it is a shame.

Wow how many Pilots have a 4+ star rating? Just this one so far in my travels. Today there gentleman that prepared the shower rooms named Shamir really tugged at my heart strings today. He was so genuine. My shower had an ice cold water (that I didn't take) and it was CLEAN. Ever other Pilot should take notice, this should me the model store. I'm so tired of spending tens of thousands on fuel at Pilots and the place being filthy while employees sit around and managers hide away in the office. This one store should be the example for every other Pilot/Flying J in America. Sandy, the manager, you're doing a fantastic job and I hope you get recognized by upper management. God bless you both. I usually leave a $20 to the shower attendant when service is this amazing, I'm sorry I'm struggling right now as a start up company trying to grow. I will grow, I will continue to recognize these rare truck stops that excel above and beyond. John Matthes

Very disappointed!!! I’m a truck driver in and out all the time, spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HERE. Sold me a Bluetooth headset and won’t exchange it because I’m 6 days past the 30 day mark!! But have the audacity to tell me you’ll sell me another one!!?? If a truck didn’t deliver your items you wouldn’t have inventory!!! The least you can do is take care of those who keep you in business!

Half the pumps aren’t working but neither are the employees!!Wasn’t able to get any of the pumps to work. Went inside and cashiers just standing there talking not waiting on customers. Went to Arby’s side and several customers standing there waiting to place an order. Employees just standing there not even addressing customers! Guess they don’t need customers!!

Showers are nice, parking lot is going mostly towards reserved only. No greeting when I walked in. No milk. No 12 packs of pop. I get it, it's the wknd, but shelves looked empty, more than a few days worth. Arby's staff was super friendly & food was good.

Got woken up to Pilot guy banging on the door. They said the spot I was in was prime parking, though there was no sign behind the spot and any paint on the concrete there might have been has worn off to the point you have to be practically standing on it to see it. Said I could park in a free spot but none were left by then. Charged $17 which is higher than most places.Do not recommend this place. If I had known, I would have taken my shower then parked elsewhere. Never coming to this location again.

The restaurant inside has got really great hamburgers real meat double cheeseburgers are enough to fill you up for a day or two they got a full buffet really nice people inside there as well I like stopping here for the hamburgers they're real beef not mystery meat they do have five showers six pumps for diesel overnight parking not the best parking in the world but hey it's a place to park and grab a nap 10 hour break no slot machines very hospitality though.

Arby's says they are open till 10 pm....not...they close at whatever time they feel like--- so they're point blank lying to the general public!!!! I got here at 8 (8) pm already closed !!
