DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STARStayed at the drive thru ordering station for 5 mins just for them to say one moment and wait another 8 minutes.Absolutely not busy at all, maybe two cars in the drive thru including me.Waiting at the pay window for 7 minutes, no one has came.Car in front of me has been sitting at the pick up window since I ordered.WORST McDonald’s on the gulf coast.Grown adults and can’t even hold down a McDonald’s with two cars in the drive thru in a timely manner.

There is an obvious discrepancy between each franchised operation across the McDonald's landscape. Most experiences in this area are completely unpredictable. Most places have employees that don't care and are rude, most places are always out of something, get something wrong, or the food is questionable. HOWEVER, this particular location is awesome! The workers were friendly and helpful, the food came out fast and perfect! I was so impressed. I would hope in the future, that McDonald's corporation would send out people to experience these things and do something about it. Every McDonald's should be as reliable as the next. I should be able to order the same menu item in 6 locations and it be the same. That is the whole idea isn't it?! Other McDonald's would do well to take notes from this location.

Even after showing the employee the list of ingredients for the beverage on the McDonald's app, my order of a large Iced Caramel Mocha was still prepared incorrectly three times. I finally gave up and received a refund.

A corporate manager needs to visit this place under cover. I walked in and stood at the counter for ten minutes and didn't see anyone so I just walked back out and started getting on my bike when the manager followed me out saying " come on back in I'll take your order now ". That's when I realized her and all the other employees were the ones sitting at the center table when I walked in laughing and making a lot of noise like they were having a party. McDonalds I know it's hard to find good help now days but you are hurting yourself by choosing quantity over quality.

Okay, this may have been a fluke, but we stopped in while driving through on the Interstate. Best fast food burger we have ever had. Fresh, hot, juicy, not overcooked and dry from heat lamp. Your experience may vary, but we had to give a shout out to them.

Had to repeat my order 5 TIMES ( which was literally 2 drinks and a kiss meal)to the lady at the second window. Everyone who talked to us had an attitude problem. Only good thing was the food was warm. I will also be leaving a survey .

Miss. Erica was awesome. My mom and I haven't been to a McDonald's in years that has wonderful customer service like Miss. Erica! She acknowledged us when we came in to let us know that she will be right with us. She came and took our order and started working on it. Another customer came in, she acknowledged him and said she would be right with him. Gave us our order and already had napkins and jelly in the bag. We did not have to ask for anything extra. She was very professional and kind. Awesome customer service! Awesome!!! Prepared readiness! Thank you Miss. Erica.

Best fast food experience I've had lately, with so many places short-handed still from pandemic related issues. No line when I pulled in, order was taken immediately upon arrival, cashier and server were courteous and pleasant, and I was on my way in no time. Food was fresh and drink wasn't watered down. And I have to add, MUCH MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN THE ONE A FEW MILES DOWN THE ROAD IN SARALAND.

The McDonald's in Mt Vernon needs to close and retrain and definitely restaff. I spent almost 1 hour in line and none of my food was right . After the third time of them changing my order I ended up leaving and not getting all the food I paid for and that wasn't the first time that has happened. And whats crazy i don't even eat McDonald's. I stayed in that line for my granddaughter .

We ordered a simple order to go.. I got two hamburgers..one was smothered in mustard and the other smothered in ketchup..the meat was gross..I only ate the bread after wiping half of the must & ketch off.. my daughter got chicken nuggets and said she has never gotten them that nasty before. We were just passing through so we won't be going back..even if they offer us free food..

Only ordered two large cokes and a large fry to share with my wife. We went through the drive threw thanking it would be faster. Fast food is no longer fast, took 10 minutes to get our order after we arrived at the second window. Then our fries were not even hot! Drinks partly full with coke. If we had more time I'd had gone inside and complained, but we didn't. Don't waste your time or money at the McDonald's in Satsuma Al. @ hwy 43 and I65!
