Cashier was awesome. Went out of her way to serve me. I only had a big Bill that she really didn't have change for and I also picked up something that was marked wrong. She accommodated all my needs to make sure I made the purchase there and the price offered. Thank you!

Stoped in or a few condiments that wife asked me to get, noticed they were selling Valentine flowers, fantastic since tomorrow was the day and I hadn't thought about ordering any. Flowers are confusing so manager eagerly helped me fashion a suitable bouquet, she was great.This is a good place for quick items at reasonable prices.Recommend, and give these folks a thumbs up for a job well done.

This is the only dollar store or store of it's type near where I live, thankfully they are except for one occasion, the employees are very helpful and sweet to customers, the one bad experience I had was not the dollar stores fault, it was one employee, and the manager took steps to find the person (myself) who was treated badly by that employee. I thought he did a great job in fulfilling his job as a great store manager.

I was just in Dollar General about 15 minutes ago. While usually friendly and go out of their way to help you, etc., I just had my first horrible experience in about eight years of going to this particular location (Satsuma, AL). I was in line to check out when the other cashier, a new person, asked me if I was paying cash. I said yes and walked over to her line. After getting out of a long line of people to go over there, she said, "Are you paying cash?". Again, I said yes. She said verbatim, "I don't take no cash with her hands on her hips.". I was so upset. Fortunately, the guy I was in front of in the other line let me back in my spot in line. She continued to argue with me. I told her I was gonna report her attitude and, again, her response verbatim was, I don't care. I gots me another job.". The other cashier wasvtrying to tell her to shut up, but she kept on. I said, "good, you're gonna need it.". I won't stop at this post, but will go to higher management.

The store is very convenient to our house. It has cheap paper goods and other miscellaneous items that we might need last minute without having to go all the way to the grocery store.

Went into front door which was broken. Door popped back grabbed my right shoe, while hitting me knocking me down. Saw Dr due to damage to right hip.

This is one of the cleanest stores I can think of, but it can take a little while to check out, because it's always really busy.

I think the name of the manager is Misty...is Very Lazy...half the time she off doing whatever, while the line is very backed up...only register open...called up there to ask if they carried Nexium she said no...I went in and walked right to it...she never went and looked...really despise this store...the lines and her laziness are all the time
