This is a nice big store with a fuel stop. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. The curbside pickers at this store always do right by us even though we rarely have orders less than 50 items. Any issues we have ever had are usually handled immediately through the app. The wait at the curb is usually 10 minutes or less. This is our go to grocery store because they carry everything we usually buy except for foreign food items.

Walmart is ok the only problem is I can't ever get someone to help me when I need it. And don't ever go there to buy jewelry after 7:00 pm because you won't be able to purchase any because the one person that works the jewelry dept has gone home and takes the only set of keys with them therefore no one can help you get anything in the glass cases or this is what I was told on two different occasions which is kinda crazy you would think the manager would at least have a key but that would not help anyway because the manager was gone home as well .It has gotten where they don't have many other brands except their own .The self checkout associates are not very helpful as a matter of fact they are very rude that is why I don't like going to Walmart . There are never any registers open with a cashier only self checkouts.I think if we are spending our hard earned money there they should at least have some Registers with cashier's open for people who choose to be processed by a human being.

Recently, I purchased the wrong glucose monitoring strips mistakenly for my diabetic meter. Remind you there are no policies listed by the diabetic meters and strips of no exchanges or refunds. Because Walmart were out of stock with my right strips. I thought to just buy the meter that goes with the strips so I wouldn’t waste money and I got the meter that was by the strips that I purchased. How about that meter didn’t go with the strips and they don’t sell the meter in stores at all that go with the strips I purchased (they both have the same colored meter and strips). Now if anyone knows a thing or two about diabetes you know that the disease causes vision difficulties. I don’t understand why these products were by each other in the first place. Now I’m stuck with a meter and strips that I can’t use because of poor stocking and management of policies.

Whoever is the old white lady with grey hair doesn't need to be working for Walmart at all I was in the store with my 2 year old getting me some boxer and socks to go out of town to work and was feeling the material through the hole that is designed for you to feel it in big letters feel this. And she yells you can't open that and implying I'm trying to steal a pair of boxers with a buggy full of stuff and my 2 year old in the buggy. I work with water and certain materials are not good being wet for 12 hour shift. And the package ever says feel here I've never been that embarrassed in my life. I'm also the same guy that had made a naked man stay on the ground until saraland police department got there little over two years ago I will never shop at that Walmart ever a again

It takes too long to check out due to a decrease in staff. I am afraid to use the self checkout after I have read so many articles about shoppers being accused of stealing. I am in my 80's and have never been arrested. I am not about to let Walmart have me arrested over some mistake I could possibly make. Anything that can be done to make shopping easier for your senior shoppers will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I want to get a job in the Saraland Walmart deli. I would keep it open later than 4 PM, and I could park in the space reserved for "Our Law Enforcement Partners " parking space like the current employee does. It would be a great place to work with my own Reserved parking space.

I had ordered some items from Walmart to be delivered. Unfortunately some items were missing. I called and reported the missing items/item and they sent someone out to bring them but instead brought me another pack of toilet paper so I never had my diner!! They need to do better even if they have to recheck 3 times

(I was not the person who purchased this but I work closely with them.) It looks like they have rats. Or did. All I expect from a store is to be pest free & sanitary and to make sure their products are ok before purchase. He should’ve looked at the container but the container shouldn’t have still been on the shelf to begin with.

Unusual to see this Wal-Mart in this condition! Every department I went to was a disaster! Like there was an emergency run on EVERYTHING! The parking lot was full of carts and trash when I got there, around 11:45 p.m.-12:00 and worse when I left after 3:00 a.m.! Unreal! Seemed to be a total lack of supervision and awareness of these issues! Sorry, guys! I've noticed this progressing this direction for the last several months! Get it together!! ***UPDATE: this was a while back, about 2+ years ago; pre-Covid19. I have not been here since that time. The time mentioned was when we had actual 24 hour Wal-Marts (leaving at 3 a.m.). Haven't had 24 hour in over 2 years now. This was more than likely stocking time back then and in their defense, I may have jumped the gun on this one. If this was the case, I believe they had 3-4 more hours to complete their duties and get tidied up before peak hours (6:00 or 7:00 a.m.). If this was and more than likely it was, the case, my sincere apologies!! And I'm changing my rating! Sorry! That's my update!!***

Stockers are rude , most of the employees are rude other than Ms.Earlene at the money center, and Ms. Helen at the door. And I hate self check out. And don't try to stop me at the door for ANYTHING! You wanna know if I paid for all my items , then put people at the registers!!

I love my Walmart in Saraland Alabama. Each person is helpful, thoughtful and kind. I cannot think of how they put up with the rudeness and unkind patrons. Mrs. Helen, Shirley,Charlotte, Terrinsea, and Pam are amazing as is Jesse Walker and the personal shoppers who help me every day. They worked through Covid with no help or PPE and deserve raises and wonderful treatment. Thank you all.

Our visit was a complete and total disaster. Saturday night we were out of town for my sister's wedding and we had a flat. We were going to get new tires anyway so we call Walmart and set up an appointment to get 4 new tires on Sunday. We are 300 miles from home.We arrive a few minutes early, get signed in and go do some shopping while we wait. Then go sit in the waiting area. 2 hours past the time we are supposed to be done, our car is still just sitting there. So I asked the person at the desk what was happening, she went and asked the guy in charge. They told her that because we got there a few minutes early it had messed up their timing. Getting there a few minutes early. That was what caused us to be there for 4 early. So, why did I give it 5 stars. The employees and the waiting room. The staff, except for the technician who did the work, were courteous and trying to be helpful. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable (big easy chairs for 6 people). In closing, the technician and the work flow was terrible. Waiting for 4 hours to get 4 tires done was ridiculous. But the rest of the staff and the waiting area kept it from being a disaster.

I'm sorry but this Walmart has some of most unfriendlist store managers I could name them but I won't lol. Self check employees need to learn how to smile and not frown and roll their eyes at me the particular Walmart store stays out of stuff and prices are ridiculous especially essentials like detergents for laundry and food items that are the main course of what people buy .

Empty shelves all over store for past year, rude employees who are filling online orders, VERY rude check out "guards". The place is dirty (dust on shelves, clothes wrinkled) I now drive to Mobile for Walmart items.

What can I say it's a Walmart. Some Aisles where blocked due to Unorganized clothing racks, employee csm acted like they they didn't want to be bothered with helping unlock registers when asked by the check out at the electronics. Check out at front was slow due to holiday shopping and not enough cashier's.

Big shout out to my favorite Walmart! I'm so proud to say they are the best. They provided absolute ease for my babies as they awaited getting their first COVID-19 vaccines. I approached the cashier at the pharmacy after signing my children in for their shots and asked how much longer would it be just so I could keep them at ease and right away she asked the tech who would administer the shots and he responded right away. As he was finishing the preparations for their shots she immediately offered them snacks and soda while they were waiting. The tech who came to administer their tests was very efficient when giving them their shots oh and did I mention they were super busy and still as always FRIENDLY!

super busy as usual for this time of year. 8p.m.on a Sunday, and only self checkout was open that i could see. With that being said, the two employees that were working the self checkout lines were very busy, friendly, and yet still helpful.

Crowed with one cashier open. Not everyone understands self check and others have alcoholic beverages that require them to wait on a verification which in turn holds up everyone else.

Truly getting worse every time I walk in. Get stared at by employees while you scan your groceries, like you are a criminal. Theb the machines want to double and triple scan an item as it goes past. So you are then stuck waiting for the employee to come cancel the item. Go to Publics or Rouses whenever you can to avoid this circus.Just going in to get shells and clays, is getting to be a nightmare.

I'm not a fan of Walmart but even this one was above and beyond unreasonable... My cashier was making a phone call during the transaction.. Inventory was no better... I don't expect much from them and this is why

Absolutely the worst Walmart in Mobile. The shelves are always empty and not stocked. The pallets of stock are always piled up in the middle of aisles to the point you can’t even get down them.

The employees at this location have become more and more rude over the past few years. This morning I asked where the vitamins were located & the employee responded so rudely that I honestly wanted to slap her but I'm against hitting women.

This place is horrible rude staff never have prices marked, dirty, manager is nonexistent and the pharmacy staff is a complete joke I asked the girl at the counter a question and was told the best way to get the b12 vitamins I wanted was to order it off Walmart. Com I told her no thank you I'll just use Amazon this store should be closed or fire the entire staff and hire a better one

I used to love going to Walmart. I hate self checkout. It never fails you always have something that doesn't scan, no scan code or machine just freezes up. Takes forever to get help but yet when your shopping, you see clusters dotted around the store, talking or leaned up against the wall or my favorite, texting. Hate is a strong word but I hate going into Walmart now.
