Generally poor service at this particular Walgreens pharmacy. Others are fine, this one is not. Communication is extremely poor. They failed to notify me that they were out of a medication. They just didn't bother to fill it. They also transferred a medication from another Walgreens out of state without permission, which caused problems. The waits are long and mistakes are common. I would recommend switching pharmacies if this is the closest Walgreens. There are much better options very close by.

OMG! I called to ask about a prescription and the lady was so rude I just decided to go somewhere else! I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what! Usually I would always leave positive reviews for every business because I understand working in customer service is stressful but she was soooooo rude and disrespectful it is embarassing! She had an atitude for no reason and snapped me up! I was in shock because I didn't even understand! I am not even sure if she thought I was someone else calling or something who was giving them a hard time but that was totally uncalled for! I was simply trying to see if they had the prescription and she was nasty to me! I was having a great day and after talking to her she made me whole day ruined and I am still confused why she talked to me that way! Not waste your time going there just go somewhere else where they have better customer service and treate you kind

LONGEST wait time I have EVER seen for a pharmacy drive thru or inside check out. Don't even think you'll get them on the phone either, they don't answer.

I filled my scripts last night in the drive thru.The tech forgot to give me the needles with the script.I go back first thing this morning and the tech tries to charge me for the needles.I told the tech I needed to see the pharmacist or manager.I explained to him what was happening in and that they had never c.harged me in the past. He said they have to be rang up together to be free. I gave him the receipts to prove I made the purchase. His answer was to say I would have to pay and that's all he could do.I said well then, I'll take my business elsewhere.He said oh well.I informed the actual asst store manager on the way out what had happened, he didn't seem to really care either.I went over to Chickasaw branch and the ladies took care of me, apologized, and gave me the needles free of charge for the trouble. I will be using them from now on.

Rude pharmacy tech working the window. Both kids sick with infections running a fever, scripts got called in at 7pm. They copped an attitude because they had not checked their voicemails. Fail. Need new management, and coaching for employees. Unfortunately my insurance requires I use Walgreens otherwise I’d choose a local pharmacy.

Lines are always a mile long outside and inside the store. If you need a perscription picked up you should have at least 30 minutes to get through the line. They do not honor express passes at the pharmacy. The sign is still hanging for use of express passes. I was told to "just get back in line with everyone else." I thought that express pass was a convenience. Clearly not. Disappointing. Sad to see how this location has slipped.

Love the Pharmacist in the Saraland, Al location and several others. They are compassionate and give their time to assist in any way. Will, the head pharmacist (I believe) is just amazing. The entire store have a wonderful employees who truly work very hard. Love MY Walgreens for everything. Than you to the staff!!!

They are ok until you need a controlled substance medication filled then they act like you are some druggy looking for a fix, I've used this pharmacy for years without an issue, my daughter was prescribed a medication recently that's under controlled substance class and it's been 7 days and it's still not filled. First there was an issue with the insurance. Fine. Took 5 days to get that fixed apparently. Then all of a sudden they didn't have the medication and it had to be ordered, it was supposed to be ready the next day. Today went to pick up at lunchtime, and now it won't be ready until after 2pm. They don't seem to put their customers first anymore. I'm changing my family over to a locally owned pharmacy where they actually understand customer service and when you ask a question they are happy to answer instead of speaking to you like you are beneath them. Hopefully my daughter can get her medication today.

Me and my daughter came into This rude place I was looking for a Vitamin Called slippery elm A vegan Vitamin!!!! I ask the whyt girl by the drop off window They all laughed at me and thought it was funny & walk away talking about me lol like how is a vitamin so funny never will come back again.

Multiple times they have lost our prescriptions, the floater they had a few days ago was rude and talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain why I had called. Changing to another pharmacy. They really need to get to the bottom of who is loosing the prescriptions. Also, made a complaint to main office about the floater and th store never called back to fix the problem like customer service said they would.

a family establishment were the customer health is the top priority for their associate's... not a very long wait for you prescriptions.. moderate prices... and the store was well organized and neat... not to mention the customer service was simply fabulous.. real neighborly atmosphere..

came in at night and seen had great selection of limited edition makeup as i am a mua collection, i was super excited . some others never get good makeup or items in, but this one had it at the ends of the aisle which was perfect, i still wish had more than 2 of each but i got one before was sold out i dont live by here but i will be back when passing thru.

One pharmacy tech told me on three different days that tomorrow they would have the prescription ready. She also said I had no more refills on 2 scripts, so I took the bottles in to show them the labels stating I had one more refill.

Aweful! Will NEVER go back to this Walgreens. Was there to get some generic allergy meds that you have to buy in the pharmacy. It was 7:57 a.m. the "pharmacy" doesnt open until 8a.m. I have been to pharmacy at the Walgreens in mobile before 8a.m. and they opened right up for us. This Walgreens will literally stand there and look at you untill 8a.m. And lord knows I got a smerk for asking for allergy meds I NEED! If the store opens at 7..The pharmacy needs to OPEN at 7! Kinda need to cater to the WORKING class too. Rant over...will NOT be back to this one!
