DONT come here to fill propane. I called ahead both times to see if they did indeed have propane and someone qualify to fill a propane tank. Both times the team member on the phone said yes, and always made sure to tell me weather permitting. Both times I then visited the store and was informed they were acrually out of propane. No apology, no concern, and no one accepts any blame. Avoid this location if possible.

Their a tiny bit high on some items but the convenience is outstanding! And most of the time they have exactly what I need to get the job done

Zero of 10 girl couldn't stop rambling about a Facebook page and talking over me trying to correct me long enough to just tell me where what I was looking for was so I could just get what I already KNEW I NEEDED and just go. Finally said it's ok I'm good,I'm out I'll find it somewhere else.

I always love shopping here, they have what I need and what I want. lol The staff is friendly and helpful. If we ask a question and he/she can't answer, they will find someone who can help. I'm thankful they are building more stores in the cities surrounding us. 2 years ago my husband got All of my Christmas gifts from them and it was perfect! They also have toys for children. Great place to shop. I highly recommend.

Arrived a day early to deliver and before some severe rain and thunder. Didn't get the receiver's name, but he was wearing glasses and signed BOL looks like Calib Holland. He hardly hesitated to unload me. It ended up being a huge time saver for me and we endured a couple light showers as well with no complaints from him. Thanks again TSC-Saraland, SL

Love the employees and have became good friends with them, know the store decently well , it stays clean , and they are happy to help you with locating products to loading supplies and feed. Child and pet friendly. (I've even seen a pet pig in there) and some of them know and have livestock and can find the best thing that they have for you needs

Very rude employee by the name of Shasta. Went to inform her about a dead chick and she just stared at me with a blank expression. Went to checkout and she’s the cashier, I just politely let her know my bag of dog food had a 25% off sticker. She very rudely said she already got it. Needs to work on her people skills. Will not return.

I had a fantastic experience, I needed to find some food for my pet catfish ,Harold, and this guy Jackson came and helped me out ,I’m useless, Jackson was the single nicest person I’ve ever met working any retail outlet he was very nice and professional I will be a for sure repeat costumer because of him my only regret was not taking a selfie with him to celebrate his sensational service

For the camper, hunter, fisherman, gardening enthusiastic, or your average shade tree mechanic will all see this store as a breath of fresh air. While I'm sure they don't carry every brand or have all imaginable gadgets at their disposal, I'd be willing to bet you can find enough stuff in one of their stores to accomplish practically anything an extremely active imagination can dream up. If ya get stumped for ideas just ask the staff there. They're very knowledgeable and helpful in a wide array of things.

Great place to go when needing tools we went to get something for my dogs ears and my boyfriend needed a tool they are little pricey but it's well worth it and they will help you look for what you need they are very friendly there

The lady at the front was so sweet & nice. You don't have very large men clothes........size 3xLT (tall) & size 48 waist for any jeans or tan pants. The shirts need to be a tall because by the time it goes around someone it had taken up space & then it's too short.

Stocked up on chicken supplies and customer service was fantastic! They put the heavy bags in my cart and in my car. In and out in about 15 minutes. Excellent prices too.

First call lady was polite and asked me to hold, someone hung up her phone.Second call phone was picked up and sat down for over three minutes with no answer just could hear people talking I the background. Fi ally someone said can I help you.Put on hold for another five minutes.I will just spend my money somewhere else.It's worth the drive to lowes

Worst experience ever! Lost the merchandise! Resent it! No I'm sorry! No credit! First time shopper too! Never again! Horrible company!!!!!! Esp saraland ..got the email the merch was at the store...their computer said it wasnt! I was asked to check back later in the week! Dont u think u should've been on the phone to see where it was at? Not to tell the customer to check back! Treated me like I couldnt read the email that stated the merch was there! This company has major communication problems!

This is my favorite store in Saraland!But mainly because...I love love lovvvvve the sweet lady who works the register 💕 I truly wish I knew her name because she is the sweetest blessing in there and she doesn’t know a stranger... we always tell each other we love one another when leaving! She always helps me with making sure I GET THE BEST PRICE ON ANYTHING I COME IN FOR. I use to come in all the time for dog food but we switched to chewy and after today ... IM CANCELING BECAUSE IT SHOWED ME JUST HOW MUCH I MISS HER!Please my sweet Friend, never ever change and please never leave us in Saraland!You are truly a bright light in this world and I LOVE YOU!Next time I go in I will be sure I leave with her name so tractor supply can definitely give you praise for being an awesome employee and for anyone looking at reviews coming in to shop can tell you just how loved you are in Saraland 💗Thankyou so much for being you! Called from about 30 minutes away to ask if they had someone available to fill propane. A man answered and said “yes, we do!”We made the drive, and the employee at the counter first said— “we’re out” before someone else chimed in and said they didn’t have anyone qualified to fill the tank.So ridiculous.

They didnt have what i was looking for on the shelf. When i saw an associate I asked them if they carry the product.he stated yes, they just got it in and haven't changed the layout since it is new. He walked to the warehouse and brought it tp the register for me.Great customer service.

Young guy clerk working last night was the first real smile I've had here, genuinely interested in being helpful. Have to have help with big bags of catfood and he was the best yet. 4Health grain-free 16 lb. @ $19.99 w probiotics. Cashier forgot rewards (again), but happily remedied. Picked up hydrangea and butterfly bush starter balls for $1.

It's like playing craps driving over to get propane tanks filled if it rains they can't fill them if it's getting dark they can't fill them and the new one for today was oh know we had thunder at 10:20 and if we don't have anymore thunder they could start back filling at 11:05. My question is what does thunder have to do with it I pulled up WeatherBug and the closest lighting strike was 31 miles away just gets aggervating when a company put's a person in charge that has no common sense what so ever but oh well road down the road to a service station and got them filled cost a little more but at least I have propane. Gave this store over here in Saraland I checked the weather before I left the house and it was all clear so I loaded tanks and drove over only to arrive and find out they don't fill tanks on Sunday now so this store will no longer get any of my business and it's this store I travel all over the country for work and this is the only tractor supply store that has one reason or another they can't fill propane corporate really needs to look into the management they have running this store.
