I'm so very disappointed in their app, the items in the weekly special advertisements don't show up on the app. After many communications with the store about this we have just given up on them about it. The store managers have blamed the people in charge of the app. We have been told that when we find a discrepancy to just call in and they will adjust accordingly. This has happened too many times and is extremely frustrating, it has just become easier to shop elsewhere.

Wonderful store.. well laid out and open. Clean and wide aisles. Associates were pleasant and helpful; also greeted when entering and checking out.. love this store, definitely will return when in Saraland.

I picked up a ready made boil shrimp, corn and potatoes dish in the seafood department. I have to say it was the worst shrimp I have ever had. They were so over cooked the meat was mush. Breaks my heart to see such a waste.

I hope you enjoy restocking the groceries I left because of the refusal to have staff in the meat department for over 20 minutes. At least 4 others waiting. I won’t be back. Can’t even offer zero stars for zero service. $300+ in meat sales lost.

Great visit! Nice clean store. Isles were neat and clutter free. Shelves were stocked full. There were great selections. The staff was very friendly. Absolutely love the various meat selections. I love the fact that the seafood selection does on this play with season and non-seasoned items. If you want to grill this is the place to go I saw a Boston butt wrapped with conecuh sausages and seasoned!! all you needed was heat and a hungry stomach I will get it next time it looked awesome. I recommend this store and I will also be back. Some things were a little pricey but not too bad. some things were reasonable.

The last few times I have been to this store for their hot bar at lunch (which used to be good) they haven't even had it set up. They still have the signs up, so I'm assuming they still do it but when, by 11:30, you don't have the bar out for people to get food, how do you expect them to return?

Fresh seafood, will cook in house. BBQ on the grill. Sushi. Cajun. Ethnic foods. Large selection of beverages. Ice and dry ice. Good mix and local!

Man this place has everything ... amazing foods .. the sausage and shrimp and potatoes from the hot bar in the seafood section is awesome ... they have an amazing pet section too .. the fresh produce is great ... the bakery is delicious.. the meats in the butcher section is wonderful too and if you need your wine fix you can find it here

Love going to Rouses they have everything you need to cook for. Great 3 day sales! I always take advantage of the sales to stock up. This week sale is chicken quarters.39© a 10 lb bag.

For some reason Wal-Mart's financial area was not in operation on a Friday around 6:30 p.m. so I was unable to purchase a money order. So, after so many road blocks to accomplish this task, I was determined I was getting 1 before I went home! I went to Rouse's where I only waited behind 1 other customer for less than 1 minute and to my surprise, their money orders were half the price of Wal-Mart's!! .50 and more like a check with more space to write in, much easier to understand and fill out! My new money order store! While there I did a quick walk through. I forgot what a great place this is and also unlike Wal-Mart, there are weekly sales!! Signs on all sale items. My friend said they quit printing sale papers, helps further savings, right? I was like, "well, all ya gotta do is walk the store and look at the signs!" You're shopping anyway, right? We usually go down all the aisles anyway when shopping, right? So, why would you need a sale map!?!? Anyway, as usual, everything was clean, straight and organized! And all staff was friendly as usual! Next grocery trip I think I'll take the aisle by aisle tour with a shopping cart! Some sale items I saw this particular day were lower than Wal-Mart's prices!!

Awesome store. Manager Gary has been here for years through several different stores. Don't ever get rid of him or we'd take our business elsewhere. Always clean and well stocked.

The Gentilly cake was amazing! However the women at the bakery didn’t provide good customer service, my $60 cake was given to me in a box that was flapping around when I asked for a better packaging an older woman gave me a negative attitude!

I love Rouses I cook every Tuesday for a large group of people. Sometimes I plan my meal and sometimes I just wing it, I know when I come in your store I will be inspired as to what I'm going to cook and can always find what I need to make it happen. My only suggestion would have to be increase your number 10 can (bulk) selection. Your staff is very courteous your store is always clean I will always shop here. Rouses, Thank you.

The manager Mr. Watts is always so helpful and goes out of his way to help. When associates are unable to locate an item he seem to know what your looking for and can take you straight to it.

I loveeeee rouses! My daughters lovveeee them and they love them back. They have children's buggies so my mini shoppers can help too. They have great fresh selections from produce to meat. The new Cajun sushi 🍣 🤤 oh it is heavenly with a kick.

I actually really liked the store. The problem was the checkout line. The machine claimed chip read error for 2 of my cards and the clerk refused to enter the card in on his end. So I had to use my business credit card for a personal expense which created more work on my end after the fact.

I love Rouses! They have little buggys for the kids to feel involved. The store is always clean and organized! They aren't usually too crowded. The sale items are usually a good deal. The staff are really nice and helpful!
