Finding great deals here lately! Always an adventure! Never know what you'll run up on! Always friendly, comfortable. Pics are of the newly arranged store! Totally different from my last visit. Still a great place, items on every aisle for everyone, every taste, every price range! Very organized and open feeling. Lots of room to get around.

I never shop at Goodwill because the prices are high for things that they receive for free. Today, I decided to stop by to just see if anything has changed. The store was messy and unorganized. I did see a medium size dog kennel that was a little rusted and the plastic bottom piece was chewed. It was marked for $69.99. You can buy a new one cheaper. That was my proof that nothing has changed.

The little redhead that works there made me and my girlfriend uncomfortable. The first words out of her mouth when she was scanning our items were " you two look more like brother and sister than a couple". Her offensive lack of manners are probably a big reason we got silent in line and felt weird at the idea of ever coming back here. The other employees especially Lakeisha who was such a ray of sunshine singing throughout the store, were kind and helpful. We went to the Goodwill in Semmes, AL before this one and had such a great experience with no problems there.

Love this store been shopping there since the grand opening great staff great selection great prices if they don't have it today check back tomorrow.Found a used set of Titleist golf clubs for 20 dollars, regripped them cleaned them up a little and now I can suck at golf for a fraction of the cost of new clubs. 🏌️

Nice location. Mostly clothes and some electronics & furniture. Looks great after the remodeling. Go frequently, because you never know what they may have from day to day. The good stuff doesn't stay on the shelves for long.

My bathroom at work over flowed. Rotter Rooter was taking their time. My stomach was not going to be able to hang much longer. I had to go , but where.Bam it hit me. Good Will.The bathrooms where on point. Clean, and private. Definitely recommend. Will be visiting again.

The store has become more organized and shoppable. My only complaint is these are donated items and sometimes they mark them at FULL retail. I gave them 5 stars because of the improvements and my kids love putting together items for costumes for pretend play.

I love shopping in these goodwill stores, you just never know what you might find. I found a stepper she's trying to step 3,000 a day. Your child's safety comes first. We don't let our children get to for out of our site. Now she can exercise at home. Great stepper at a great price.

I found that if u buy their clothes when they have the specials of lower prices due to color tag on them u can buy them at great prices. BUT, the prices on them for everyday r a lil Too High. Some of them u can actually buy brand new for the prices they have and some even less! Just check ur prices before buying!

Still turning people away if you need help unloading. They're currently prohibited from unloading cars. I had a FULL trunk of items but they would NOT make an exception and help me. Very frustrating because it appeared rain was coming at any second. Despite wearing gloves, a 20 year old male stood there and watched me unload. Even doctors and nurses still work wearing masks and gloves. Ridiculous! They say they need donations, but they refused to help. This seems a big deterrent for people trying to help by making donations. It’ll be the last on I take there for a long while or ever. I would just a soon take it to the Salvation Army.

Good deals some time but certain employees over price items and when their friends come I have seen them mark down more than half price I am not the one customer that has witnessed this they should be fired.

Good place to find good deals on slightly to moderately used items! Their prices are ok but higher then American Thrift. I still go by there every now and then just to see what they have. Def like the fact that they have fitting rooms!!!

Turning ppl away if you need help unloading. They're currently prohibited from unloading cars. I always get them to unload my car bc I usually have someone load heavy boxes into it, but they would NOT make an exception and help me. Very frustrating bc, for one they're supposed to HELP ppl who are impaired. And, they got on tv saying they need donations, so I drive all the way there, and got stuck w stuff left in car bc they refused to help. Asked a friend to help me and drove to another location which closed two hours earlier than normal and had their drop boxes padlocked.

This is absolutely THE BEST Goodwill in the area because of the employees and the selection in this store. Eliza and Tiffany helped me with my purchases and I will be returning for their amazing customer service which is really lost in days like today with so many online stores.

This Goodwill is very nice, I'm just tired of this BUSINESS using charity as a cover for being retail! Things are donated for FREE and they charge people like its retail with no reguard for the people they are suppose to be helping.I was out of a job at Christmas and tried to shop there for my grandkids and for a 4 outfit pack of Barbie clothes they wanted $8! Come on Goodwill at least give a break on kids things...SHOES,CLOTHES, BEDDING, TOYS. Show some GOOD WILL........
