Stopped using them when I had my baby there by 7 and did not pick up till nearly 6:30. This happy several times after I was told sorry we will see they get out sooner. The cut was not as good as they use to be. I missed having Debra do my baby.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have taken my dog here 3 times. Every single time i have dropped her off between 7:15 - 7:30 am and she’s has not been ready until after 5:00pm. It takes them 10 hours to groom my dog. Also, this last time i picked her up they didn’t even bathe her!!!!! $65.00 and they didn’t even bathe my dog! Highly disappointing.

We were told if we had our dogs there by 630am to 7am that they would be fine before noon. We called several times to see if they were done. Finally at 6pm. We went to just get them. They were both bathed, she was just starting to cut one of them and had not even started on the other one. They do a great job grooming, but they do not know how to time manage. They did not give them anything to drink the entire time or let them potty outside. We are going to try and find someone else.

They are good at the services you take your babies to. But they need someone to greet you and your fur baby a little bit better than the girl that's in there. I know that when you work with the public you have to greet customers with a smile and " hi how are you and what can I do for you today" . I don't like to complain about anyone but they need to replace the front receptionist.

Our family dog was dropped off before 8:00am and when my wife called to check on her at 4:15pm, we were told it would be just a few minutes and she had a few other dogs in front of her. My wife proceeded to drive to the Debra’s after 5:00pm to find our dog yet to be cut. We were told she had an accident and had to be bathed again, but where was the communication earlier about this? It is now 6:37pm and she just had to leave the dog even after already paying. This is an unacceptable practice from a local business that will no longer receive our business, and whose use I would strongly advise against to anyone who would welcome the feedback.

They had me bring my dog in for a haircut between 7:30 and9:00 am. They didn't call to say pick him up. I called them three times that afternoon. They said there was still 3 or 4 dogs ahead of him. Finally called at 7:00 PM saying he was ready. If they weren't planning to trim his hair until the evening, why did they have me drop him off in the morning? I'll not be going back!

My dog was there from 7 until 3:30. He was signed in on the board at #5 out of 35 but yet 10 to 15 others were done before him. When asked why others were groomed before mine even though he had been there the longest, I was told that the other people bugged her more than I did. What? My dog sat in a cage without being taken outside to potty and didn't get feed (maybe not water) because I was being a good customer and waiting my turn. No! It doesn't work that way. When they finally finished, they charged me $35. I thought that was odd. I looked back at my check book and I have always paid $25. Because I didn't complain my dog was last but because I did complain I got charged more. When I called them out on it, the gentleman told me that I was mistaken. When I pressed it further, he told me that there was nothing that I could do to hurt his business. Well, I will leave that up to you. They were rude to me, to my dog and to my wallet. 3 strikes and your out. One star is too nice for what they are!

I called for an appointment and was told it is first come first served beginning at 7:30 am until 8:30 am. I have been a customer before and was always told that too many dogs were ahead of mine. I was there whenever they opened at 7:30. My 4 pound Yorkie, Rudy, was the third one confirmed and on the board with two small dogs ahead of him. At 12:44 pm I called and the lady who answered said that my dog was next in line. I said to her, "I had him there at 7:30 this morning and he was the third on the list." She responded, "Well, I don't know. Sometimes it just happens." I was upset. At 1:16 pm, I received a call back from another staff member who stated, "Rudy was done but she didn't think he smelled good so he went back for another bath." "You can come get him in about twenty minutes." Does it really take almost six hours? It was awful and they lied.

Liked the grooming work they did on my shih-tzu, but they did cut her stomach and did not tell me about it. I get that accidents happen, however, they should have let me know when I picked her up. I get home, and there's dried blood on her stomach. Not happy about that. I also think they're a little over-priced. Won't be going back.

I’m so disappointed in Debra’s Pet Grooming. I’ve always gone to them and they have done a great job until yesterday when they shaved my dog and he looks horrible. Despite the fact it states in their computer system what he gets. This error was made due to going by word of mouth instead of checking their system double checking what I wanted. I didn’t have to pay for the cut but still it will not make up for his beautiful coat being shaved off. I hope y’all will never do this to anyone again. Very disappointed.

This place is a Groomer's kind of place the receptionist was nice but the groomer wasn't as friendly, they had done grooming for our cocker spaniel jacob in the past sadly though we loss him in 2016 to a congenital intestines disease so if you had one please keep their belly checked out. Anyway my wife and I were trying to explain how we wanted Zoe cut her tone was kinda aggressive and she didn't know but I saw her facial expressions and she rolled her eyes throwing her hands up at the same time the cut was pretty good but she cut Zoe to close nicking her behind both ears and on top of her head in the end they became a little friendlier and liked Zoe alot I think that was the receptionist in my opinion she was the only sweet one I talked to but anyway Zoe won't be going back there again she has a great vet, and groomer so that was my experience they didn't make a very good first impression to me.

Both of my Shih Tzus have always been groomed by Debra or Jamie. They just love them to death.They also board my babies whenever I can't take them with me. I feel comfortable leaving them in their care

Debra’s did an awesome job on our Morkie. Eli’s last visit to another groomer tramatized him, but Debra’s was completely different. Eli was at ease when they were finished & looked so handsome. They were so kind to Eli & myself. Will definetly be using Debra’s for Eli’s groomer. Highly recommend!!!
