This was the first visit ever to a chicken salad chick.Number one please…Stop asking customers for tips on counter service and pay your team a living wage!Please!I wanna pay the price listed and that’s it!I should not HAVE to pay extra….Sandwich was good (chicken salad blt)Mac n cheese was NOT!The cashier was great! Sam!!! 5 stars!!!While looking at menu board was asked if ready to order. We needed more time.Revived food promptly. It was delivered to us.Poured our own drinks, cleared our own table at end of meal… and when we first sat down it was very wet and we used napkins which were already on table to dry it.Went to restroom before leaving and there was a queue (only 2 stalls), employee was cleaning it while we were in there.It was very clean and stoked.

I LOVE Chicken Salad Chick! I brought my husband for lunch, and he loved it, too! He had the chicken salad bacon sandwich and was very satisfied. I had the Classic Carol scoop with grape salad, which is absolutely delicious! The service was also great! Mallory rang us up, and she had such a delightful attitude, with her smiling and very pleasant. Such a nice experience when most customer service has declined. Definitely will return!

Heya, probably been here 100 times in the last 7 months so just throwing down my thoughts and praises.The food is consistently always good, staff always friendly, sometimes you will be missing something or an ingredient missing off your sandwich(I double check as I'm pulling away) but that happens; we are human. An easy 5 star rating for one of the best places to eat locally.Edit: **If the owner skims this** Make an option to add more bacon to the sandwiches at a cost, I would gladly pay it as I'm sure others would as well. :) !

I usually love going to this location but a few days ago I went at around 7:20pm and I ordered the Trio. I told them exactly what I wanted but once I got home I had 3 of something I didn't want and didnt like. I immediately called but they were closed. I left a voicemail with my name and number stating how displeased I was and it's been a few days now and still no one has returned my call so I'm assuming they do not care about their loyal customers!!

My daughter had the BBQ sandwich on a croissant and loved it. My husband had a delicious BLT chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious. I had the bacon ranch chicken salad on a croissant and ot was meh. It really had no flavor. The broccoli salad was so awesome, not overwhelmingly sweet. My husband loves the grape salad. The free cookie is scrumptious, the buttercream frosting was perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

They just took an order you come in at 8:03. Couldn't go out your way. I had to back my vehicle out because they had a customer at the window they had not served.What A Burger got 28.44 that could have been your business.

This was the best experience! Brooke took my order and she was patient and answered my questions without getting frustrated (because I was unsure how the meals came, etc.) but she was so sweet. Then at the window!!! Kaloni was absolutely precious. She double checked the order, made sure I had a drink carrier, and delivered my food to the window with the most sincere smile. I asked her name and had to tell her what a pleasure she was. It absolutely made my day. These girls don’t know that customer service is my passion and I have bragged on them ever since I left that window. My food was good yes, but I tell you their service made it taste even better! A+ Saraland Chicken Salad Chick, I will go out of my way to be back. Thank you again and keep up the good work. The sky is the limit for those girls!! 😍

I really like this place. Great chicken salad. However, I've have been here twice and both times my order was incomplete. The first time it happened, I went back for my missing item. Today, when I got to work, I realized two items were missing. I usually check to make sure I have everything but today I forgot. (my bad) with that being said, I don't like paying for something and not getting it. I will be making my lunch from now on. Two stars for service.

Trust me when I say that you can't beat this place for chicken salad. My mom and grandma made the best around, and since they've passed, chicken salad chick is my go-to when I have a craving. I highly recommend the scoop of Barbie Que with a scoop of Kicking Kay Lynn, paired with pasta salad and sweet tea. Mix em together for a combo flavor that'll make your tongue slap the roof out of your mouth.

Service at the Saraland location is going downhill. I saw at least 5 people working and had to wait 20 minutes to get a large chicken salad that is already made and in the fridge. Shouldn't crackers come with a $13 bowl of chicken salad? I had to ask for crackers and its never enough.

I am normally a huge fan of the food but this locations wait time is ridiculous. Tried ordering over phone and they put me on hold, i got here before they answered and i had to place the order over again. drive thru wait time was ridiculous. customer service doesn’t compare to Texas.

Great food but came inside at 7:29pm and felt like I was a huge inconvenience. They let me know they are closing soon if I was gonna eat inside. I get it if I was maybe 15 mins before closing but 30 mins I felt was plenty of time. Guess I’ll skip this place from now on after work as to not keep the employees open too late even though the sun has still not set.
