This place has turned into one of my favorite places to shop. They have tons of stuff inside, gas and propane outside, a huge lumberyard with tons of inventory and an amazing selection of some of the best grills and outdoor cooking supplies anywhere in Mobile.

Friendly, helpful, nicely stocked including lumber & other building supplies. More than ”just” a hardware store. Not much in the way of vinyl siding is the only negative I discovered. Prices around what you'd expect.

We went in to the back at the contractors desk and the help was out of this world. The very knowledgeable Lady got exactly what we needed to do the job. The loader in the back got right to us. We finished our job. Got paid and went to the house.Great job at the Andrews Hardware.

I walked in for the first time and multiple employees were right there at the front. They all said hello or asked me how I was doing or if I needed help. I said I needed a specific drill bit for a specific tool and every one of those employees told me exactly where to find it. Which side of which aisle and halfway down about knee high, etc. Those are employees that care about their store and their customers in equal measure and I'm more than happy to drive out of my way to shop here. They also have damn near everything you could ever need and that doesn't hurt, either.

I've visited quit often the guys that work the floor are always very nice and helpful but some of the ladys that work the front dont seem to be very friendly or engaging they make you feel uncomfortable like you dont be long there so.... that's why the 3 stars

Jason Andrews is one of the most helpful guys you'll find at any hardware store in the nation. If you don't believe me, go ask for him by name... He'll take care of you - period. Also, he's one of the top grillmen in the South (which means North too by default). He keeps an extensive amount of grilling goods and grilling accessories available year-round.
