I stopped in at Safford Equipment and Trading Company. I had done business with then before. I bought my dad a zero turn mower 2 years ago and today, I bought myself one.The staff was soo very, professional, knowledgeable, patient and above all, very kind.I had the pleases of speaking with several staff and, was treated like family!This is 1 place that cares about you and, what you're buying!I won't buy from anyone else but them so please, check them out! Why buy a zero turn that's local and pay $3,000 more for the same mower when, you can make a drive to Safford and, all you're out is, a tank of gas at best?Before you buy, please give them a chance, such awesome people to work with. 👍

Went to Safford Trading Company Tire shop needing the tires on my camper changed. The job was completed in a very timely manner by Antione who was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend the tire shop! A+ service!

What can't I say about Safford Equipment they went over and beyond with my customer satisfaction. On yesterday I drove two and a half hours to buy a lawn mower in Safford AL. The smoothest transaction ever purchasing equipment from the first call that morning til pick up. Upon arrival I noticed the large inventory of equipment and was pleasantly surprised when I spotted my mower which had been set a side for me with my name on it. Will definitely buy here again. Everyone was SO polite and welcoming! Coming all the way from Murfreesboro, TN. I wasn’t even sure that I was at the correct location. But EVERYONE greeted me and made feel more at ease…. Oh, yeah, and they assured me that I WAS at the correct location😂 Everything was labeled and ready for me to pick up. The entire transaction was swift and amazing. I bought a bundle deal here a few years back. The buying process was easy and straightforward. My main complaint here was the after sale support. I have had a few problems with my mower that would have been covered under warranty, but the service department is horrible. I drove two hours to this place since its where I bought it to have them look at my mower. They spent a whole 5 minutes looking at it and said there wasn't a problem. I was having problems with one of my hydrogear transmissions leaking, steering dampener not working correctly, messed up linkage on my other hydro Trans and a short in my emergency brake. Calling to try and talk to someone or getting a call back is nonexistent. Taking it up, there was a waste of time and money. Another service dealer fixed my problems except my trans problem cause it is no longer under warranty and it's over $1,000 fix. I would highly recommend buying from another dealer that will give you service support after the sale and actually care that you're spending thousands of dollars at their store.

We ordered a 2 man deer stand from Safford. It was shipped quickly. Upon putting it together, one of the welds broke on part of the seat. We contacted Lisa in the shipping department. She requested pictures of the damage, which we sent that day. 2 days later, she contacted us letting us know that a new unit would be shipped. The customer service we received was very good. Lisa was responsive, and courteous. I would purchase from this company again!

I can’t say how impressed I am with Safford and their team. I had a specific need for a bundle of equipment and a pretty tight time frame for getting it. The sales staff (Lisa) and delivery crew were awesome they got exactly the equipment I wanted and had it delivered by the end of the week. Their service was above and beyond and I priced bundles with sever other companies Safford went the extra mile and made it happen for less than the others. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for any of my needs in the future also. Scott Lisa and the whole team I worked with are great.

Safford had the parts I needed and shipped them out promptly. I was buying parts for my snowblower and even though they are an Alabama based company, they had exactly what I needed. Pricing was fair considering the scarcity of the part. I appreciated their customer service when I called to follow-up. They were very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend checking out their parts listings for small equipment needs.

I recently purchased a bundle deal from Safford Equipment, myself and one of their team members customized the bundle package for the items and trailer I needed for business. The whole process was incredibly easy all done via text communication. They answered any questions I had and gave me details on each piece of machinery I asked about. And if there was something that wasn’t in stock they showed me other products of the same or better quality that they could put in its place. Also we had our trailer with equipment delivered to our home. They showed up on time and went over everything and had, manuals,warranties,titles etc. all in different envelopes that are marked with what’s inside. Overall great experience!! As our business expands we will definitely go with Safford for more equipment in the future. And their prices are unbeatable!

Heather delivered my new mower. Very helpful in getting it up and running. 1st mower I have had in 6 plus years. Ist z turn I ever had will take some getting used to. I think the tracking needs adjusted does not run straight. Arm adjustment I guess. Overall a good experence. Very friendly staff to work with

Zero stars if I could. I tried to spend $11,000 with them, but I had a question first. Phone call not returned. No email response. I have since purchased the implement elsewhere from a company that appreciates an $11,000 sale and their customers. Horrible, non-existent customer service. --- Update. After I posted this review, I did receive two emails from a salesman and the owner of the company. Both apologized for 'dropping the ball'. While I would have appreciated this attention when trying to make a purchase, I do believe my experience was not typical as others have had positive interactions with Safford.
