They have poor management. Customer service is a joke. It's always a vendor that's supposed to stock the shelves. All in all if I could give negative stars I would be the only reason why I'm giving it 2 right now is because I didn't have to walk in that joke of a store. If I could get my groceries somewhere else the stuff I normally get from there I would. Why be a store that brags about having the lowest price and always in stock never in stock. The prices ain't the lowest and half of the time they do not have what I need much less my size. I'm a tall guy that needs clothes that fit. My weight changes constantly because of my diet and trying to regulate my cholesterol and blood pressure not to include I'm diabetic. So you take a 6'5" 250+ pound man that needs clothes and all they have is stuff for short people and let's not leave out their clothing shrinks. And groceries drinks is a " vendors" responsibility over half of the food is the"vendors" responsibility. So yeah if possible to give negative stars they deserve it 100%.

The best cleanest Walmart around but the breakfast biscuit already cooked they sell at the front is terrible. I should have known a heated up frozen sausage biscuit would not be good. So hard I couldn't bite it. And it had just been put out.

I would give zero stars if I could. I spend over $400 here only to be treated as though my family and I are criminals. It is absolutely ridiculous how they have employees following and watching you while you shop and even at the checkout. Today wasn't the first time we experienced this, but it will definitely be the last. I refuse to spend money where they treat you like this. And what's the point of having self check out if you are only going to act like people are stealing. Plus, their employees who do online shopping orders are completely rude. They act as if you are an inconvenience to them. They leave their carts in the way, blocking aisles and items; most usually try to run you over, like you aren't even there. Customer service is horrible here. And forget trying to contact them on the phone. If you're lucky to get an answer at all, they put you on hold and no one ever picks up. This is the absolute worst walmart and worst store to shop at. Save yourself the frustration and go ANYWHERE else.

Good old Chris in the tire department isn't worth dealing with. He lied to us he will also charge you for warranty that really doesn't cover anything. I made the mistake of using them, and they broke the low tire sensor and didn't replace nor took it off my bill. Then he talked down to my wife and tried to me until I told him I would come up there. I would use any other place, but Walmart to do anything to my vehicle.

The store is clean and organized compared to many other Walmarts I've been in. People in the deli and bakery were very helpful and courteous. They have associates in the self checkout to assist with any issues.

The door greeter was extremely fabulously smiling very cheerful and very genuinely happy to be employed there. She also has extremely friendly and spoke to every customer that I witnessed her and came in the door such a very professional crew of employees. The door greeter was very professional and spoke to everyone as if they had known each other all their life and that they were best friends forever.

They always have what u need for the most part but the customer/employee interaction is horrible. The employees avoid the customers as to not be disrupted from there time. If ask for help, they always have to find someone else because somehow the person you ask doesn't know. Sold me a dead car battery. They did exchange it though.

Russellville Walmart need to get there maintenance crew on the game. Today this door of the dairy department has the seals coming off, which could make the milk go bad. We bought a milk before and it was a waste. Saw this and I was like “that’s probably why “. Also, a year ago I told Walmart managers to get there Family restroom fixed, but there has been no change.

I don't shop here very often so I can only give my experience but this store has a lot of negative reviews. It has a good selection and is well stocked. I don't think management stress's customer service or customer relations a lot because their not friendly and definitely don't go out of their way to assist you and when asked most will look for a reason not to help, i.e. not their department, I'm new here, it's over there somewhere, etc. A few will tell you exactly where to go and even take you to help find an item, there are good employees, just not enough of them. I usually just try not to ask them anything unless I have to.

I give two stars because the quality of the goods sold are not worth the prices. I only go for the necessities cause I would rather order quality goods that is worth the price from on line. Walmarts want to make money over providing proper quality for the right price. But from all I've seen the quality has gone down faster then a rock in an empty pool yet the prices never go down till they can't sell the items them they hit the clearance isle and get marked down to an agreeable price just to clear inventory. It's not the folks working the Walmarts fault it's the owners of the store brand that does dealing with China and there many human rights violations before, during ,and I'm sure long after I'm dead and gone. What a shame is all I can say

Just a little upset cause they never have disability carts available cause kids are always on them and the employees won't make them get off them so disabled people as myself who actually need them can use them....also parents should teach thier better respect for people that they would know they shouldn't play on those carts cause some actually need them cause we can't walk like they can....I would give anything to be able to walk a walmart store again but it ain't gonna happen due to cancer....employees at this walmart are in a hurry to help any customer out they usually try not to make eye contact and pretend they don't see you and run the other way....don't want to help you but they want that paycheck....work ethic these days is a lost action...WALMART GET MORE HANDICAPPED CARTS AND KEEP PEOPLE OFF THEM THAT DONT ACTUALLY NEED THEM

Bad experience today at Walmart! We went through self checkout, and my card was declined 3 times, my husband's card was declined 3 times, the assistant that was helping us just walked off. A young Hispanic guy was waiting in the wings and stepped right in to help. Our cards were declined once again at that kiosk. We then went to the assistants station where we swiped my card again and it went through, I asked for both receipts just in case our account had got charged during the other attempts. We finally got our receipts and headed to the door only to be stopped for our receipt to be checked.

They stay out of my prescription more than they keep it in plus all they tell me is that they don't know when they may get any in and that they can't transfer my prescription or give me my prescription paper back so that I can go somewhere else

Shop here quite often. The shelves are stocked nicely and well. The site is very clean. The employees are helpful and available when needed. Registers appear to be manned quite often so there's no long lines.

Pretty much a one stop shop that covers your needs. Getting smelly? They got soap and deodorant. Hungry? They got groceries. Recently divorced and your tires get sliced by an angry ex wife? They got tires. Want to make your own pillows? They got the filler. Getting scared from threats by previously mentioned ex wife? They got guns. Need even more self protection than what a gun can provide? Heck, they even got condoms. Yeah, Wal-Mart's got your back. You gonna make it through this divorce just fine. 😊
