They are great stores to save big on cleaning products. Canned goods like vegetables soups and other fruits etc.. Also most staple foods are at very low prices. The most expensive items are batteries, electrical items and hardware. I shop most of my list there except for meat and fresh vegetables...

They do not always have what I'm going for..they need to staff stocking instead of using their cashiers. It seems way too often that I find items out of stock. The people are friendly and enjoy just running to the dollar store near my home. This is the only complaint I have otherwise its great to visit.

The employees are nice an helpful even though there isn't hardly anything on the shelf's the stuff for the shelf's are parked out in the halls an when asked why that the stuff isn't put up an why the shelves are always bare they say that they don't get enough of hours to put the stuff up an that they are not hiring that they already have to many

This store isn't very well staffed and half of the items that they sale isn't even in the computer. Last week I went to this store to purchase a box fan for $20 and it wasn't in the system. So instead of the employee calling a manager or another associate to find something of equal value so he could charge me $20 he told me to get out of line and find something of equal value and then he can sell me the fan. I understand they are short staffed but that day I personally saw 3 employees working so why couldn't they have done their job and got something for $20 or just put it in the system. That whole store was very unprofessional and it's always dirty inside of the store. The trucks don't run as much and I understand that is not their fault but they still should be courteous to customers because without customers they wouldn't have a job.This is the dollar general in Columbia Tennessee on Bear Creek pikeway btw.

Very Nice Store Shop there often good prices on refrigerated items if your in a pinch. Nice selection of Weber's spices we used all the time. I'm going to give it 5 stars for being handy to get to if you're in a hurry and good prices on name brand items you would find in a grocery store.

Its clean and the staff are friendly but it's a bit disorganized and there isn't a large variety of stuff compared to other dollar generals. Overall it's a good place to go to pick up odds and ends and cheap kid toys when you want to get out quickly and maybe save a buck or 2.

This store is hands down the absolute best Dollar General we’ve ever been to. The employees always speak and ask if there’s anything they can help us with. Every one of them are courteous, and show customers they care about them. We’d recommend this store to everyone!

They had something listed for one price but at the register they wanted to charge me $8.00 more said that they could not over ride the price was being nice to the guy then the manager walked up fussing at me even the guy said that I was being nice about it but she was very hateful to me with other customers around to see and here the issue I will never go to that dollar general again would rather do without than to deal with her ever again

Really a messy store hard to find anything. Prices on shelves don't match at what they have at the register I had 2 things that didn't match at register was more. Watch your charges.

Manager very rude ,store is filthy floors look as though they never get swept or mopped!! Had to stand in line 10 mins while waiting on mgr to come make a correction on cash drawer that the cashier made a mistake on .will never be back in said store!!

Cross between a convenience store and a grocery store, it is quick in a pinch. Well organized aisles, but you have to ask the cashier for a bathroom key.

Kinda packed but the cashiers were doing the best they could with what they had. Could have more workers helping but there is not much that can be done about that

Everyone was very friendly. My son talked to them about getting a job there. He put in an application several months back when the manager was whining on Facebook that he needed help because he was having to work 110 hours a week.

I can rarely find any help in there. Waited 15min for someone to check me out. I went in one day, got what I needed, waited for a cashier, finally used self checkout and left. Never saw an employee

Nice quick stop off Highway 43 and has a good selection of stock, at times it is a little unorganized, but still deserves 5 stars.
