People at the service desk aren't very friendly and kinda rude. I use to go there to get a money order & stopped going because of the way they treat me. So I take that business elsewhere. Girls & guys running the lines are okay but not super friendly like I thought it would be for a small town!! I can go there or go to Walmart in Athens so I have no Choice but to shop there. Always a clean store though!!🙏💙✌❤😺🦋

Great people work here. Prices aren't too great, but I've always been treated really well here. They make it feel like home. I know that sounds weird, but you don't have to worry about being judged or people being rude.

Friendly staff and usually not busy at all. Super quiet for a grocery store, which is really nice.However, the pricing is outrageous for a small town like this. There's only two grocery stores here, and otherwise it's 25 minutes one way to either Athens or Florence, and the pricing is higher than Publix's for anything except raw meat. You can't live in Rogersville and reasonably buy groceries here. I was hoping that the Dollar General Market across the street would provide enough competition for lower pricing, but they seem to be competing for who can cost the most. It's unfortunate because if you want any kind of growth in a small town like this, money needs to flow through it, and it could be happening much more efficiently if you could buy groceries here without feeling ripped off.

Excellent, convenient location which helps for quick last minute needs or weekly shopping trips. Have good selections for location. Associates are friendly. Parking has always been easy here. Hours are good for the area too.

Great store an the store is very clean and the produce is always fresh. Everything is organized an easy to find. The staff is very friendly. My favorite place to go get what I need. Prices are very fair and affordable.

Prices could be better but it's open late and clean store and easy enough to find things as well employees were awesome too. Also enjoyed the stores Christian music playing overhead in the store, as a Reverend I quite enjoyed it and was surprised to have heard such publicly in a grocery store. Planning on moving into the area as I type this. Great place to live and raise a family.

Good small town grocery, never long lines for checkout, open till 11 pm every night.They have a butcher on site behind an inconspicuous door on the back wall. You must ring the bell to get them.If you want deli stuff or hot dishes (fried chicken, sandwiches, wings, etc ), you'll have to go to the Foodland in Killen, which is a larger store with a much larger selection.Edit: they also have no-fee cash back which is very nice.

Love the people that work there. They are all so nice. Everything always clean and organized. Nice music playing while you shop. Can be a little cold and been waiting for the expansion to open up already!

Since my first review of this store, things have improved quite a bit. The meat department being the best change of all. They store still carries too much,in generic branded products, but overall the store is improving daily.

Found a few good deals.bought a couple of strip steak s, very good! Lately they only carry preferred meats so I don't purchase my meat there anymore.
