Would go to any other officeI've been to a couple different vet offices and none could compare.They always squeeze you in if you need.They make time to answer questions, they give you answers to questions you didn't even think to ask.They care about the pets and the owners and do everything they can. They listen. They are so nice to the animals and always make sure they are comfortable before proceeding with them.They are affordable, they are helpful, they are informative.I love this office.Wouldn't go anywhere else.Baxter , shadow and luna and groot loves yall :)

I only made one visit here. And it was sadly to put my dog down. She developed a tumor in her mouth and couldn't be saved. They were SO understanding, supportive, and compassionate! I wish I had been going to them to begin with. I appreciate their empathy for our family on that hard day! ❤️It was a decision I was NOT ready to make or comfortable with.I have posted a picture of ChikaMay she finally be free of pain and chasing all the hogs she wants!

The day after we arrived in Robertsdale, our fur baby of 16 1/2 years passed away. We were heart broken and brought him in for cremation. The staff was unbelievably caring and patient with us. When we were called to come pick him up, they included a card and care package for us. A personally hand written card with our Bandit's paw print on it. Extremely impressed!

Highly recommend this place! The vets are so gentle and kind. I bring my 3 dogs and 2 cats here! The staff is so knowledgeable. The facility is clean and always smells great. A+ VET!

When it was my Dixon Dog's last day on earth, the staff was sincere, attentive, sensitive and all around good to me being it was one of the worst days of my life. They also gave me the option for a private cremation and handled his remains with care and place them in a nice urn along with a clay paw print and an ink nose print of my sweet boy which I since have had tattooed on my hands. I am very grateful for this clinic and their sweet and understanding staff who made a horrible day more bearable as I said my last goodbyes to the best friend I ever had.

My Doodle has bad skin allergies the dr has been a blessing to refill his meds without charging me another vet bill to help my fur baby feel better. Right here at Xmas time this is a huge blessing!!! Thank you Robertsdale animal clinic for all that you do. Staff is amazing too!

This is the best veterinarian clinic I have ever been to, the staff is very professional and friendly and truly cares about animals. They were able to fit in my dog when she wasn’t feeling well and even called the following day to check on her. Highly recommend them.

Called about an extremely sick kitten. The first thing she asks is, can you pay for care? I said I don’t have money right this second but yes I can pay for care. Nope, no money no care. I get it, it’s a business, but when you have a dieing kitten you’d think someone would help. Every vet I called was the same way. So if you have money they care, otherwise just let them die

I have know Dr Moore Since he came to practice in the Fairhope/Robertsdale area he has cared for all of my animals with compassion, love and expertise. They are the best in my opinion. And the other Vets there are also of great compassion and knowledge. You can’t be in this line of work and not love what you do.

Were visiting here and my dog got a very bad ear infection. The vet got me in right away and took care of my Ginger. Doctor and staff very caring . I have since learned that she had a massive tumor that should have been seen at the time. I now have to put her down because of their ineptitude I would no longer recommend them.

Some of the nicest and most caring people. Dr Moore has taken care of all of our cats and after one needed surgery he took the time to explain everything and really cared about the well-being of our cat. The ladies is the office are wonderful and always very kind and patient with questions and concerns. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.
