Hands down the absolute filthiest place I have ever stepped foot inside of. I was going to talk about how horrific the pharmacy is but it looks like everybody else here has that covered so I'll talk about how absolutely disgustingly dirty this store is. Every aisle you walk up and down. You stick to the floor, there are fingerprints all over everything that have never been cleaned. Everything smells like urine. The floors up against the counters are black from nobody ever deep cleaning this place. I have never in my entire life a stepped foot into a place that is so filthy and so disgusting. Now let's get on to how rude the people are that work. There. Never been treated so poorly by such awful people for no reason whatsoever

They are always running out if my medicine, causing me to get it a week or two late. When my 30 day refill is not going through I call and finally get a human and explain that they need to call my insurance to get an override on my 30 day refill, and put me on hold for 5minutes to not even do as I stated.. their service is severely lacking. They don’t listen when a customer is asking questions or talking. I’m thinking of switching all my Rx to another company.UPDATE: just as I posted this the pharmacy canceled my Rx. I called my Insurance company and found out that Walgreens submitted and canceled my Rx 16 times for no reason. Insurance said they would approve and Walgreens would cancel. Went back and forth like this for 8 days.. I’m switching to Walmart.. I’m done with this childish games from this pharmacy.Only have one star but not even worth that. They are negative stars in my opinion

Terrible in every way. Used to be good - asked to transfer some prescriptions and they delete your refills...won't answer for the other pharmacist. Ya'll suck. USE EASTERN SHORE PHARMACY! THEY ARE AWESOME!

I have used Walgreens pharmacy’s all over Baldwin County. The older lady in the back, I don’t know if she’s the head tech or the pharmacist, but she is rude. There is no clear area for people to wait , you have to line up down an aisle. The other Walgreens pharmacy’s have roped off areas and chairs. Not to mention this pharmacy does not have a drive through. I changed to CVS as of today, much friendlier and easier to use.

I use Walgreens all over the country, I travel for work, I love knowing this is my Walgreens. There is not one person at this Walgreens that is EVER rude, short, or just don't want to help. They are busy sometimes but even then they seem to get your prescription ready in a timely manner. I use to use the one in Foley and they are just rude and look for ways NOT to fill your prescription. Best decision I have made in a long time was to leave Foley and start using Robertsdale. I can't say enough good things about this Pharmacy! Thank yall for being so polite and helpful EVERY TIME!

Worst pharmacy in South Alabama!!!!Today, this now former long-time loyal Walgreens customer has transferred all my family's scripts to the CVS just next door. There is quick and curious service at this CVS pharmacy. They also accept my insurance.Strongly suggest others transfer their prescription business from Walgreens to the CVS nearby too. Found out that CVS can call Walgreens for me and transfer all prescriptions over to CVS without involving my doctor having to writenew scripts. Just have CVS handle all the details for you. What a relief to know I never have to deal with Walgreens ever again.Most importantly, I am not afraid that this CVS will be putting the wrong pills in the medicine bottles my doctor prescribes for my f

This particular Walgreens has been problematic on multiple occasions to a point I will no longer be giving them any more of my business. After continually running in to long waits and incorrect info about prescriptions being ready when they're not, today I waited in line and was told my prescription wasn't ready and it would be a 30 min wait. No problem. I return an hour later, wait in a long line for 20 min, to get told it would be a 20 to 25 min wait to get my prescription. The employee was nice and polite as they usually are here, but the store as an entity in general is overwhelming incompetent. This also happened to an older gentleman in line in front of me so it's clearly not an isolated incident. I'll be finding a new pharmacy.Update: Returned after waiting, was THEN told there was a problem with the prescription and I couldn't pick it up at this time. Utter incompetence. My loved one will have to go several more days without a much needed prescription because these people can't seem to do their jobs correctly.

Been going here for 20 years when it was Rite aid. Service is terrible now, workers are nice but waiting 45min in line to pick up ready prescriptions is a joke. Whats the point of express pass if there is no express line any more. Will be taking my business to Lee drug's.

Absolutely horrible employees, terrible customer service, and a worthless pharmacy that waits well over an hour to tell you they don't have the medicine you're grandmother needs to stop vomiting uncontrollably. The worst part is 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, someone approached me and said they were working on it and it was almost ready. 20 minutes later is when they told me they didn't have it. I recommend using any other pharmacy (even walgreens, just a different location). I'm absolutely disgusted with the way the conduct themselves.

It's been a couple weeks since the pharmacy officially changed to Walgreens from Rite Aid. They have yet to function normally. Wait is always said to be 45 min. Yet it takes hours. Prescriptions called in at 10am aren't even checked on by 4pm, much less filled, that takes hours longer. Leaving the pharmacy after today. They are the perfect example of incompetence.

Never before had someone been rude, but today... Christmas day, my son walked in and asked if they had carrots or canned mushrooms. The crabby B#+@$ behind the counter replied "No, we're a drugstore, not a grocery store"... Glad you got that one right, you're also one of the only places open that also has food in the store! PICK A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU CANNOT BE NICE! MISERABLE LITTLE SHREW!

Honestly don't leave too many reviews, but there's a lot of negative reviews here and I routinely shop here and haven't had any issues and feel the need to balance it out. No drive through is about the only real negative thing I can say.

Everytime I come in to this store to pick up my Rx there is a problem of some kind. I HATE coming here. My insurance is forcing me to use this company, otherwise I would be going somewhere else

This pharmacy is the worst! I normally wouldn't give riteaid my business, but my usual pharmacy and another one I go to sometimes didn't have my medicine available at the time. The people working are rude, the facility is dirty, and it took an hour to get my medicine filled while I waited in the sitting area. Next time if my regular pharmacy doesn't have my medication available, I will just wait however many days it takes so that I never have to come back here again.

I really don't make a lot of comments or do any kind of reviews. But I thought I might start.I would like to be upfront and honest. I have always went to the Walgreens in Foley. But one day I was to tried to go so I went to the one in Robertsdale. I had very bad experience when it was RiteAid. So they got a new pharmacist her name is Andy. You have meet someone that you felt so comfortable with the first time you meet? Well that is how Andy made me feel. She didn't look at me as 99% of the people do because I have Cerebral Palsy. She looked and listen to every word I said. You just can tell when someone is not paying attention or just don't care. But Andy really does care. She is a beautiful people from the inside out. And she is drop dead gorgeous as well!!! The only thing I would say bad about the Walgreens in Robertsdale is no drive through..
