Today was the worst experience in this store. I had two buggies of groceries and guess what no register open. I had to go thru self check out. At ten am and no register open come on. There where three woman just standing around when I asked about a register being open and was told no. You guys really need to do better

My last experience shopping was ok. It is convenient, but it looked like the jars of pickles and olives were opened before I purchased them. The lid to the Zatarin's olives was rusted and opened to easily and the Claussen Pickles tasted spoiled and they were not past the expiration date. Also, three people bought out my order which was small.

Please start carrying baby bok choy! My husband stops here on his way home from work to get dinner ingredients. I'd buy the baby bok once a week I need that mess for ramen!

Very accommodating managers! Grant and Donna are awesome! I so appreciate them giving young and elderly employees the opportunity to work in their store. It's always always so clean and smells good!! The bathrooms are so nice and clean as well! It would be nice if the lights had all of the light bulbs in the ceiling. It's too dark! Also, I think they should maybe decorate the store walls, bathroom lobby area entrance by the seasons. This is a local hometown store! Not a box store, thank God. I love watching Lucy Greer on WKRG Channel 5! Keep up the good work Greers!

They have a lot of great meat choices $$ lower prices an real meat ! Thier meat doesn't make me sick like Walmart s meat the meat cutter will cut meat to your chioce!You get more food for your money

I have dropped in here occasionally from time to time. They have a brand of coffee I’m having trouble finding anywhere else. The second item on my list was tortilla chips. There must be seven locations in this store with chips but not on the aisle labeled chips. I asked an employee and was told maybe aisle 1 or the back of. So over by the deli I found them. Jokingly I mentioned the person that labeled the aisle for chips liked inflicting pain and was given a rather stern look. It was a lot of wasted time looking for two items. I’m not from here originally so imagine being in a place where all the signs were correct once but the locals changed everything and never updated the signs. When here I find myself traveling 15-30 min to buy groceries to avoid the time wasted hunting them. Save one box of coffee I can buy everything else at another store. Since I try to buy local wherever I go this is a real shame. Someone should update the store it has potential. Sorry if I offended anyone I just didn’t get even a yeah we should fix that from any employee I met.Added a funny pic today still the same store.

Greer's in Robertsdale is very friendly and helpful, this is the first time I've used them, since they've been in business in R'Dale.I will be using Greer's again, for sure. Thank you Greer's!

Everything looked nice and clean until I grab some Acorn Squash and it had a German Roach on it. I was completely discussed and Walked out after taken the Squash up front. I will not go back in there knowing that place has roaches!!!

I enjoy shopping here. The employees definitely need some training on customer service though. I walked up to the counter to ask where I could find an item I was looking for. 3 people at once yelled we’re closed. The correct response would be, good evening sir, how can we help you. That’s the case even if I was mistakingly going there to check out. When I asked my question, I got finger points saying “it’s over there.” They acted like I ruined their nights by asking them to do their jobs. I’m leaving 4 stars, because it is a good store. Most of the employees are helpful and polite. Maybe I just came on a bad night. I’ll probably shop somewhere else from now on though just because of how rude 3 separate employees were at one time.

We have an online order every week and are rarely disappointed. Jennifer will always reach out if there are questions about the order or substitutions. She is the best but no issues with any of the other people that pull the orders. We will continue shopping at Greers and recommend it to others!!

Placed a pick up order at 10am and it was confirmed by 10:09. My reserved pick up time was between 2:30-3:00. I got here at 2:30 and let them know I was here. I got no response via text. About 15 minutes later I called the number provided and no one answered the phone. So I walked in to ask about my order and it was not ready yet. They told me they would send a message when the order was ready and told me to just wait. I did not make a scene nor was I rude in any kind of way. They did not start picking my order until I had walked in and asked where it was at. The whole point in having a pick up time is for it to be ready at the time you reserve not to sit and wait literally the time it would take you to go in and do it myself. I chose pickup bc I have 3 children and it is a lot easier to just pick it up.

The only reason I wouldn’t give this place 5 stars is because I always run into someone I know there when I look like I’ve been rode hard and put up wet. It’s a great local grocery store with a little something for everyone.

Greer's is a great place to shop. Check out lady was very friendly and even said thank you for shopping. The white haired lady greeted me coming into the store. Prices are very fair. My one complaint - The store was very cold as if they didn't have any heat. I am not the only one who was feeling the cold. I would much rather shop at Greer's then Walmart any day. Thanks Greer's ! I ove going to this store you can always find some kind of bargains. The store is clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. They even have a small salad bar by their bakery.

Small grocery store that carries most everything. They have a great meat dept. I wish their deli and bakery were just a little more than what they offer, but it's sufficient. Prices aren't too bad considering how bad inflation is at the moment.

Did not realize uts one of those stores with decent prices yet b they add 10% to each item at cash register.. why bother?? Simply raise prices to what you want!
