We took our German Shepard to Dr. Wilson today. We have had bad experiences with a local vet in the County in past. Dr Wilson , Christina and all the techs and office personnel were the best we have ever experienced.There kindness, and professionalism was outstanding. We highly recommend Central Baldwin.

The doctor and her nurse assistant were very concerned with the amount of pain Shyloh was in and they acted quickly to alleviate the issue. Also kept in mind that mom had a very small budget at the time. Thank you for being so kind.

Thanks so for helping me out with PEANUT HE MY HEART WITH OUT HIM BE HARD HE BEEN BY MY SIDE EVEN AFTER I HAD MY LEGS AMPUTATED HE BEEN SUPPORTING ME AND HE VERY EXCITED WHEN I GET IN MY WHEELCHAIR HE SAD IF I DONT BEST THING EVER HAPPENED TO ME LOL AMBULANCE CAME GET ME FOR UTI HE BITE AT THERE ANKLE they were laughing saying that he said that you not taking my mommy again so protective over me and Antonio I wish pets never hurt or get sick just like children it’s hurts me to see them suffer especially when he so little he has arthritis in his back and shoulders when cold weather but during the summer he he not hurting sometimes I hope he didn’t any sickness from me he took asthma from a little boy I baby sit my other chihuahua took my son fever away 104 fever I couldn’t get any one take me and him to hospital my baby girl chihuahua went laid down by his neck amazing thing my son no more fever that why I got chihuahua since when you’re not feeling good

Dr. Anderson and his team were very helpful and sympathetic when I had to put my little yorkipoo, Molly Mae, to sleep a couple of weeks ago. They made a clay paw print for me to keep which I have in her shadowbox along with her picture. They also followed up with a sympathy card with all of the staffs personal condolences, which warmed my heart. Their compassion and thoughts are greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be when I get my next fur baby.

Yesterday was our first visit when we brought a feral cat in a trap to be spayed. All the staff both up front and in the back were kind and gentle with "Mama," and it was great relief to know she was in caring hands. Someone even put a towel in the cage so she would be comfortable while she recovered. You can tell they love animals and I'm grateful to have found them. Will be back next month!

This staff at Central Baldwin Veterinary Hospital are so compassionate and caring that we drive from Orange Beach to bring our pets here. They know you by name and treat you and your pets like family. They saved my dogs life when everyone else only made matters worse. We board, bathe, get routine and emergent treatment Their prices are very reasonable. I could not ask for a better veterinary facility! So very grateful for them!!!

When I had to my 11 year old dog and best friend down due to an illness, they were very comforting and sensitive to my unbearable pain and they tried to make it as peaceful as possible. My Dixon Dog didn't suffer at the end as I said my goodbyes. They handled his cremation with care and gave me a clay impression of his paw print, which will be my next tattoo, and a paper ink print of his nose. His ashes were placed in a very nice urn/can covered in paw prints. Even though my visit was heart breaking, their staff was the best.

I am vacationing here. My baby dog got very sick last week. I called 2 vet's who couldn't fit me: in: 1 for 2 days and one a week later. I called Central Baldwin and they fit me in within 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and caring. The vet was professional, caring and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately we frequent the vet due to my goldendoodles affinity for dirty creek water. However, the staff are all very friendly and professional. We have used them for beginning of life to end of life and everything in-between for our dogs and cat...including a snake bite! I couldn't brag enough on the entire staff's investment in caring for our pets. Highly Recommend 10/10!

These people are awesome! I had an emergency with my Jack Russell and every vet I called was "out to lunch". They took him right away, performed emergency surgery, and they were so nice! I will be using them again for our dogs!

Very unprofessional group. Tried twice with my sweet calico, saw two different females. They do not listen and neither time did they leave the room and come back and talk to me, they send their assistant in who can't answer questions and doesn't care. The first time the Dr. didn't even say her name until she was walking out. I told her I wanted it tested somewhere else and she went and tested herself and didn't know what she was looking at. I asked the older lady for a list of what I was being charged before I paid and she said she couldn't do that, really???? I stood there and she started reading the charges to me. They, like many other vet groups in Baldwin county seem much more interested in the welfare of dogs. I love all animals and want someone that cares about my cat and my concerns, won't happen here at Central Baldwin. Both vets were so non-descript with zero personality, I couldn't tell you their names. Very bad experience. Will continue to look for a caring vet.

We are a 501c3 rescue and have been working with Central Baldwin Veterinary Hospital for several years now. They are the most compassionate, hardworking, dedicated staff we have incurred. Dr. Campbell is a god send to the vet profession and to the animals. He is always puts the pets needs above everything else. He is always thinking about what's best for the animal and what needs to be done to get them back on the road to recovery. He handles all of our ortho cases and does an amazing job! You never would know they even had surgery. We truly appreciate everything he does for the animals in his care. Dr. Wiggins is a god send as well. She handled a dog for us with a 10 pounds tumor and did multiple surgeries on her to literally save her life. Without Dr. Wiggins, we wouldn't have had extra time with Harley. Both Dr. Wiggins and Dr. Campbell saved numerous dogs in our rescue lives and still follows up and checks on them even after the fact. It is very heartwarming to know that we are a partner of there's and we know our dogs are safe in their care.The front office staff (Jessica and Holly) are very friendly and very professional. They are always courteous on the phone and gets things done super quickly. The amazing office manager Christina is absolutely fantastic and amazing. She is extremely friendly and the animal whisperer of the office. Our rescue dogs go in scared and she comforts them and loves on them. They walk out a different dog thanks to the staff at Central Baldwin Veterinary Hospital. From the kennel staff to the technicians (Kinley, Bonnie) to the vets themselves, absolutely a tremendous vet.Thank you for all you do for our rescue dogs and for our rescue.

Central Baldwin is employed by some of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. They are kind, knowledgable, amazing, smart, have the best hearts and are all about the animals. They stop whatever they are doing and are always there to help an animal in need. Working in rescue, we have a lot of medical and orthopedic dogs that we pull from the different shelters and without Dr. Campbell and Dr. Wiggins we would truly be lost. They give these dogs second chances of being healed and on the path to recovery. They take care of each dog like their own and each dog parent like they were in their shoes. Christina the office lead manager, Kinley the technician, Holly and Jessica at the front staff, Bonnie, kennel staff and every one at Central Baldwin is truly appreciated and loved by the rescue we work with. We could not do this without their dedication and love for animals.Thank you so much for everything!

Overall, I had a good impression of the place. They explained everything that was going to happen during the emergency surgery on my pup. They were courteous and kind. My pup is doing fantastic. My only concern was that I walked away feeling that they were more interested in me and my money than my dog!!!

The cost was lower than expected , but that is not the most important part. The vet , and everyone else , were fantastic. That is the vet for my dog Gunner for now on. Can't sing their praises enough.

Initially started taking my cat here several years ago, because I was able to do payment plans for some of the treatments they were providing. We later got a dog and I will honestly say that the staff have been wonderful. I recommended them to several family and friends and I will continue to do so. Although I’m not completely positive they still actually let you do payment plans. I know that they will work with you as best they can. We will continue bringing our pets to this office. Thank you for being so good to our furrbabies Moxie, Boost and Pia.

My dog was treated like a Prince! They genuinely addressed our matter with concern and care ❤. My little guy had a terrible sting on his mouth and was in a lot of pain and discomfort so we took him in and he was given a steroid shot and meds. He was feeling better within 24 hours! We left feeling 100% aware of his diagnosis and felt at ease knowing he would be okay. The bill wasn't over priced either so that was a relief as well. This was the best service 🙌 ❤

I am not someone who leaves bad reviews, but I feel that I need to share my experience. I have been using this vet clinic for 5 years, and I have never really had any issues. I take my dogs every single year for their rabies vaccines, exams, etc. However, I have ALWAYS given my dogs their multivalent vaccines from Tractor Supply, I was a vet tech for a year so I feel comfortable doing that. My issue is that both of my dogs were just seen in September for full exams, rabies vaccine, X-rays, and my little one had testing done on his heart. While in this visit we discussed having my little dogs teeth cleaned. I specifically spoke with the vet and vet tech that I do not get his vaccines here at the vet clinic, and in the next breathe we were discussing his teeth cleaning. They even printed off a treatment form for me sign for consent of treatment. NEVER ONCE was I told he had to have his vaccination at the clinic or they wouldn’t do his cleaning. If that was the case I would have let the vet do them. I have no problem with that, I have just always done them myself. I call today to schedule his cleaning and they tell me they cannot do his cleaning until he receives his vaccines, so I explain the situation, and the front desk employee tells me I will need to come in and have him re vaccinated before they can see him. Im sorry, what? You just told me how his teeth need a cleaning this year, and now I either have to re vaccinate him, or wait an entire year to have his teeth cleaned. My dog is 15lbs with a heart murmur and you’re telling to have him completely re vaccinated ONE month after he was just seen in your office (I personally feel like that’s bad medicine, but I’m no doctor). “We’ll that’s just our policy” okay, that’s fine I understand policy, but where was your policy when you were literally one month ago doing X-rays on both of my dogs, EKG on his heart and a few months earlier extended blood work on my other dog? That makes no sense to me. I have spent A LOT of money with this vet clinic, and if that’s their way of getting an extra $100 out of me on another vaccine then I will happily go somewhere else. My dogs are my children and they are VERY WELL taken care of. I have already had my pets records transferred to another office. I just hope someone doesn’t deal with what I have had to.

Boss! Everyone loves my dog, Boss, when I come in. I don't like to give Boss his weekly allergy shot. I bring his serum, every Friday, and Dr. Campbell's technicians will administer that shot for me. I love those technicians!
