Our recent visit to Camping World was top notch. Courtney greeted us as we walked into the store with a smile and took some information from us. We were then handed off to Hannah Mobley who did an excellent job showing us the campers and answered all of our questions. Great job Hannah! Then we went over to retail side of store and picked up a couple of things we needed. The young man that checked us out was very helpful. Keep up the good work.

I honestly hate to even give one star, I spoke to Roxy yesterday explained to her in full detail what type of RV I wanted she said not a problem she get right on it given it was at 6 o’clock with an hour left in the day yesterday. No problem now it is 6 o’clock again the next day she’s had all day To get me a price on the RV that I’m Wanting, when I called her, she didn’t even know what I was calling about. This is the sorriest excuse for a sales person I’ve ever dealt with if you want to buy from camping world Robertsdale, I highly suggest you don’t buy from Roxy.

He wasn’t pushy just simply showed us how we could purchase our new RV and walked us through each step even answered a few questions after hours for us. Went to this place after getting ripped of in Denver Co getting sold a trailer I couldn't move because back axle was bent and going through tires. I met with Natalie swindle and let her know what happened on our first experience and she went out of her way to make this better again. I also met the sales manager Tyler deakle and together they have blown us away with there help its nice to meet two people that care and were very patient with us finding a better solution. Great customer service at this location they deserve a raise praise will be bringing my business there for a long time thanks again

We just bought a brand new camper from camp world, I didn't feel comfortable from day one, They made it very hard on us, But we got approved, Now we are having problems with it and want nobody help us 😞, My dad just died and I was trying to make us feel better , My son has autism and he loves the camper ,I'm a African American lady but I felt judged but I said maybe not,We had to come back three days straight from Mobile Alabama,If anybody go to this place good luck.

We were on vacation from New Orleans, driving to Gulf Shores, and called ahead to Camping World about trading in our fifth wheel for a great deal on a newer one. Eddie our salesman was WONDERFUL. The entire staff was amazing. When we arrived, the new trailer was completely detailed and ready for us. After signing, we moved everything from one trailer to the next, and within a few hours continued on our vacation with our upgrade 😎 We are so happy with their team, and especially Eddie. Thank you!!! Best vacation ever ❤️

We purchased our RV from the Camping World in Panama City. That location was a NIGHTMARE to work with. They are unprofessional and shady. Thankfully we are closer to the Robertsdale location and have been able to receive help from them for several issues we've had. Everyone is FANTASTIC in this location. Mary-Ellen is so kind and a great communicator. Working with her really gave us faith that Camping World is not a trash company. Mike is also really knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to answer our questions. Everyone at this location is amazingly friendly and professional. I wish we had bought our RV from this location (but lessons were learned). If you are looking for quality and honesty, I would highly recommend working with this location. (And avoid the Panama City Location at all costs).

Our water heater ruptured late on Friday night. I called them first thing in the morning Saturday hoping they could get me in. I got a call back 15 mins later and they said they could fit us in for repair on a Saturday. No cold showers. Thank you so much

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the terribly motivated service department. They will falsify anything. We had a camper needing repairs and had trusted this location without having know all the inside information on just how terrible this place treats their customers !!! Orders never got placed, lies upon lies upon lies about delays in shipments, mixed up orders, - and even knowing we had a terrible roof leak; they refused to even tarp it for us all while saying that they had identified terrible roof leaks during their inspection. Avoid this place - you have been warned. They are the most unprofessional bunch of folks I have ever encountered !!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my encounter at camping world. I had an exceptional encounter solely with the salesman named Scott but that's it. This marks our second visit, and yet they continue to provide us with the same information. Their website is filled with misleading advertisements. Unless your credit score is 650 or higher, you will not be approved. They frequently promote offers such as "0 DOWN AND 0 PAYMENTS FOR 90 DAYS WITH BAD OR GOOD CREDIT," but conveniently neglect to mention the substantial down payment required. Dealing with them is simply not worthwhile; it is a complete waste of time.

The camper is not bad. But, we made the deal on the assumption that the very nice and comfortable mattress in the bedroom would be in the camper when purchased but it had been replaced by a smaller and less comfortable one prior to delivery. I was also told to be at the dealership early to complete walk through, paperwork and a tech would set up my weight distribution system to my truck. The proper set up of the weight distribution system was not done. I was showed how to hook it up and sent on my way. The first time we went camping, by the time we got to the campsite, the hitch was screaming like it was ripping apart. Like I said, the camper is fine but the dealership let me down.

I’ve been full time Rv’ing for 5.5 years. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’ve also heard the nightmares about Camping World. So to say I was hesitant to bring my rig here for warranty work… was true. Mike D. In the service department was 1000% top notch. He actually called me weekly for updates! Yes it took weeks because of my work schedule and getting the warranty work approved. Mike was always patient and answered all of my questions. If I left a message, he called me back. He treated me better than the service department where I bought the rig. Almost every place would blow you off in this situation. While the rv was in for warranty work I had them do a lot of the honey do’s I just didn’t want to deal with. Robertsdale did all of that and completed EVERYTHING on time! No begging for one more day. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I’ve paid hundreds to have my rv detailed by people who missed spots that the crew here got taken care of. Fantastic job Robertsdale Camping World!!! Mike got the job done on time! Well done sir.

So we are wintering in the area with a 35' Vanleigh 5th wheel. We are looking to downsize, and would be willing to pay some coin for a trade in. Salesman wouldn't even look at my trailer....stated the have a process and wanted me to come back to his office.....I left, makes me remember a post where Camping World wanted the buyer to commit to a trailer before the would give a trade in value. Sounds like B.S to me

The people here care about the customer. The only problem I had with them was the fact that even though a customer has an active warranty, the customer has to pay for the freight for the parts that the warranty covers.Oh, and that they charge $95 for any quote for a repair if the customer declines the service.Otherwise, I was pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work.

Was not a good visit. CW placed a Facebook event offering free food and you can look at all the RV.s they have. Well got there and no free food for customers. It was only for the employees! They had coffee you could have so I went to get some and the coffee maker was out of water and the faucet for water next to the coffee machine didn't work!!! So all in all I drove 30 min's for nothing. I didn't look at any RVs. I came to check out toy haulers but after CW misrepresented there event I won't be buying from them!

Purchased our new fifth wheel from Tyler Deakle at Camper World and we honestly couldn't of been happier about the whole experience. Tyler was beyond helpful and it felt more like a friend showing us campers than a pushy sales person. The experience from beginning to end was a painless process unlike anything we have experienced with other dealerships.

Sold a camper out from under my daughter TWICE. Once when she was there to put a deposit down, that persons financing fell through. Second when she was on her way to purchase. Offered to give deposit over the phone to hold it but they would not accept a debit or credit card, with the knowledge we would be there in a couple hours. Do not do business with these greedy untrustworthy people. They obviously have never heard of customer service or care about building a repeat customer base. Shiesty people through and through.
