Always the best to go to Tractor Supply. There is something special about this store here in Roanoke. Everyone talks to you like you've been old friends all of your life. It's an easy camaraderie that is always present. Store is laid out nicely. Easy to find what you need. Employees are always happy to lift and carry for me when needed, which is often at my age! Merry Christmas to Tractor Supply and Thank You!

Although, most of the employees are really great,, we have stopped shopping here. We get our supplies elsewhere. The manager, Ryan (I think), needs to be trained in customer service. A class in manners for him would probably be a good investment for the company as well.

Went to this store to pick up a battery for my lawn tractor. This was the closest store that had one in stock. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Purchased online for curbside pick up. Waited in my car for about 20 mins but no one ever came out for my pick up. Just went into the store and picked up my battery. No big deal. It was after 6:00 PM. Would recommend this store.

I have a large dog rescue in Randolph County. We use TSC ALOT. All of the employees go over and above to make sure we are always taken care of. Brent especially, drops what he is doing to help me with produc or even help me decide on how to build something I'm needing. I wouldn't trade any of them from another store. The Roanoke location and the employees are by far THE BEST!

I truly enjoy going into Tractor Supply. The store and bathroom stay clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly. If what ur looking for isn't in the store u can order it on line and have it shipped to the store for little to no shipping cost. The food for our animals seems to be fresher. They offer dog grooming and even have day for low cost vet care. Just a great place in our community.

There was a knock down drag out between a employee and a customer last time we went. However that ended and lead to the employee having a panic attack. I understand so I dont judge. Just know you might have a wild experience if you go. They always got what you need. Some things are very over priced but all in a a okay store.

The Roanoke Alabama store is becoming a JOKE!! If you need anything actually related to farm stuff, (fencing, etc) just go elsewhere. Most of the people working there don’t have a clue what’s going on. Brent is the only one that knows anything, and they got rid of everyone else that had an ounce of usefulness. More times than not, there’s some teenager working the register that’s more interested in flirting with girls coming in than selling items to paying customers. Not to mention the number of times I’ve had a young cashier that doesn’t have a clue how to do the job. Just today, had a guy refuse to sell me wood fence posts because he didn’t know how, then went on to tell me it was his first day on the job and he was there alone!! He was just standing there telling people he was sorry he couldn’t help them. I’ve already moved my feed purchases to another store, and now I’ll be buying my fencing from ML Awbrey from now on. If you need a dirt scented candle, it’s the place to shop… if you need actual farm supplies, it’s pretty questionable.I’m sure some TSC bot will be along shortly with the standard “We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on, etc bullcrap”.

A well stocked store with a friendly, welcoming staff. This is my dog's favorite stop! He knows he will be treated with loving respect and appreciation. He's told me that he loves the treats and food here, the kind you buy and the freebie snack he usually gets while waiting through the checkout area.The individual members of the TSC staff are service oriented and eager to help. They really seem to enjoy working there which makes shopping easier and even more pleasant.Occasionally you'll find great deals during a sale or as there is a need to close out specific items. The managers keep the store filled with interesting products and seasonal offerings. You can always find something out front for your gardening needs, the nursery plants are usually kept fresh.The one thing I wish they did more of is to offer more fruit and nut trees for sale. I've seen a few trees here and there in the fall and spring; just not that much in the way of selection and variety. Overall, this store is a positive experience and you'll always find something here to meet a need and to enjoy.

Called for information on a part. The lady that answered was quite snippy and told me they didn't carry parts like that. The website and the general TS website advertised exactly what I needed and more - she wasn't concerned with that - just another person with social problems enjoying a reason to snap at someone and cause TS to get another bad review. Shame for such a friendly community. Oh well.......................................

I really liked the supply company of the tractors. It really seemed like a store and the things to buy were just awesome. I wanted to get all of it but I couldn't afford it all. Also the floors were really shiny and all the shelves were level. The batteries for tractor were in just the right spot and the angle at which they were placed was so ergonomic. I just thank tractor supply so much for the lower price they had on John Deere snow shovels, even though we don't get snow but once every twenty years I'm ready. My tractor really likes his new snow bonnet and the dog really likes the yummy chewy things in the dog treat aisle. Apart from that the tractor had a great time in the supply store of the same name.

This place is amazing. I can buy feed tools hardware survival gear and pleasure gear in one shop. Being a country boy they have almost anything in want. They have great apparel and Footwear also. If you're a little great outdoorsy this is your place.

very nice people. Always smiling and always say hello when you walk in. We had a container of ZT oil and our ZT died right after we bought it. It was a while before we took it back. We didn't have our receipt but they let us exchange for merchandise to equal the cost of the oil.
